Welcome to Cabana Del Sol, our hidden beach house in the city. Bike to festivals, galleries & restaurants. Very Private/Very Secure. Guests have full access to the Relaxing Tropical Courtyard, fire pit, cabana with Grill & covered Pool. Currently the Owners are the only others on the property and we like to give our guests privacy to enjoy everything this studio has to offer. Available for short and long term reservations. Located just west of downtown on "The Avenue" in the warehouse area. Drive thru a private entry door into your covered parking area. Walk through the tropical courtyard into the covered pool area and you'll find our beach house in the city. An 800 sq ft open studio apartment with tropical décor. The space is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed as well as dining & living furniture. You'll find everything need from linens, towels and cooking utensils & supplies. We have Cable TV & wireless internet. Easy access to I-20 & I-49. Currently our small family is occupying another apartment on site while we are under construction of a condo inside a building a block away. Wayne & Paula are Real Estate investors focusing mostly on commercial properties which we manage ourselves. I am also a licensed Realtor in LA & Wayne is a local musician in 2 popular bands. We have a 16 yr old son, Alex who is a great kid. Our Family, friends & previous Guests have all enjoyed the cool relaxing vibe this space offers. A super Sta-Cay for Locals & Vaca spot for out of town guests. If you have questions please start a conversation with us instead of a booking request so that we may discuss your needs.

Guests have shared access to the entire property. Pool & Cabana del Sol. We will meet you at the property to give you keys and a garage remote, please give us an estimated time of arrival and call or text us when you are near our property so we can open the drive through door for you. Text us again when you are ready to leave & we'll meet you or give you instructions on how to leave the property secure.

I describe our neighborhood as the warehouse area as that is what it appears from the street. Surrounding us are Bustling businesses during the day, very quiet at night. There is an upswing of loft and new business construction downtown. Many new coffee shops and restaurants have popped up. Read our reviews, we are so grateful our guests love it here as much as we do.
Taxi downtown in just a few minutes. We offer bikes if you prefer. Located 2 blocks from the heart of downtown. 1 block from Elvis Presley Blvd and the historic Municipal Auditorium. 2 Blocks from the historic Strand Theater. Great restaurants, galleries and casinos just a few blocks away. I-20 and I-49 less than mile away. Great location for Riverfront festivals. 1 mile to casinos.
Please turn off lights when you leave and be mindful of the thermostat.
We understand that our place seems great for friends to gather however we've found that inviting anymore than 2-4 guests can cause problems. Please limit your guests to this amount, be courteous of others living on the property and be sure your guests follow house rules.
Please keep exterior doors locked at all times and be sure roll up door is lowered before you drive away.
Prior to leaving wash & put up all dishes, bag all trash & take to the cans in the parking area.
