Dear Mrs Michel,
Usually I do not respond to guest but it is quite disappointing to receive a msg. from you after all the help Mrs AnaPaula and me gave during your stay.
Just remember that at first you had a problem and ask me to change the reservation and we did that Appling no fees for last minute cancellation.
Once you arrived you made zero complaint about the fact (and of course we are not responsible) that there were work in progress in the facade to paint the building.
Last day you complained of the workmen and in 10 minutes AnaPaula came and asked to be more silent although usually guest is out all day, she brought a bottle of wine and cleaned the windows. You had a additional guest coming during the stay and we did not charge nothing.
Of course we do understand that work in progress may have caused some troubles and if during the stay you would have sent me a msg. I would have applied an additional discount, although 60 euro per day is a wonderful price for a house in the canter.
Maybe was your first time in Rome and you have no idea of price in the historical centre.
Via Giulia 87 is in the heart of the Rome even better than Spanish steps, so I really feel that your complaint is based mostly in the fact that you are to communicate.
The apartment is very bright but during the work of the façade of course was reduced, air conditioning cover the entire apartment an open space of 35 mq. And can be chilly!!
Next time just ask help during the stay and not at the end and from professional and care people such as me or AnaPaula you will receive it immediately.
