Great quiet and safe location close to Underground station , supermarkets with river view . It gives you access to central London in a few minutes and also quietness and useful amenities in a walking distance.

The neighborhood is a developed area, modern, safe and quiet. It is one of the most demanded areas in London.

Just 1 minute to the Canada Water Underground station. Ideal for tourists wanting also to have a quiet place to rest after a long day walking.

Guests will have also Supermarket really close.

The neighbourhood is quiet ans safe. The flat is in a residential road and it is 1 minute to the station.

From Canada Water station, you can go in Central London in 10-15 minutes. Piccadilly Circus in 12 minutes and Canary Wharf is just one tube station away.

We decided to let our apartment for the duration of our holidays.

The guest will have the access to:

*From Stansted Airport : take a stansted express train untill Liverpool street station, from Liverpool street take a (Circle or Metropolitan or Hammersmith Tube line untill Morgate station , from Morgate station take a Northeren line until London Bridge (email hidden)om London Bridge station take the (Jubile line) untill Canada Water.

*From Gatwik Airport : Take a Gatwick express train until Victoria station, From Victoria station take a (Victoria Tube line) until Green Park station, from Green Park station take a Jubilee line until Canada water station.

*Really close to Canada water station ( 3 mnute walking)

*Decathlon store ( 4 minutes walking)

* 3 minutes from Canary Wharf a major business district , one of London's two main financial centres

*15 miutes from central London (Piccadilly Circus , Oxford Circus , Trafalga square , Westminster)

* 15 minutes from Westfield Stratford city shopping center (the largest urban shopping centers in Europe)

We would like to meet the guests if possible before leaving the apartment, otherwise we will leave the keys at the concierge.

The apartment is in a residential, quiet and safe area. In 1 minute yo can take the Canada Water Underground station. So you would be in central London in 15 minutes. There is a nice walking place with a lovely view on the canal.
There is a popular food market nearby, just 4 min walk from the apartment.

*Please only use black bags for the rubbish or recycling bags. White bags or any other is forbidden by council and penalized by £90 fine.

* Please take shoes off in house

It was flawless to say about Martin's house. Let me detail some features that might interest your expects. First of all, the location is ideal to go shopping and commute amongs main zones, just 3 mins on foot to Sainsburry and Canada Water underground. Secondly, the facilities are comfort, tidy and sufficient that make me feel like home. In addition, the sofa and big-screen TV is a good combo for relaxing after a long-day travelling. A truely home indeed. Finally, Martin is very friendly and hospitable to answer any of your enquiries about his accommodation. I guest I am lucky enough to receive his reply almost 24/24 to sort things out right away. Once again, thank you for your kindness and a lovely house. This is the best Christmas ever for us by the way!

Place is on a really great location. Nearby a supermarket and the tube station for the jubilee line. Just perfect to move around town in no time. Lovely place in a quite neighborhood.

We hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in het appartement van Martin. De communicatie vooraf en tijdens ons verblijf was prettig, we konden alle vragen stellen die we wilden. Het appartement is prima gelegen, had voldoende ruimte en was schoon. Zeker voor gezinnen met kinderen is dit een aanrader aangezien er spullen voor kleine kinderen aanwezig zijn.

Great modern flat in a superb location - a minute away from the Jubilee Line so ideal for access to the West End and Docklands. Supermarket nearby, and free on-street parking all weekend about a minute's walk away. Very helpful host (via email) and easy check-in / check-out process via concierge. Wifi, massive TV and all facilities worked perfectly. Absolutely nothing to criticise! We have two children under 4 and they loved it - and cried when we left! Looking forward to coming back again next year :-)

It was a great experience staying at Martin's place during our family holiday. The flat is ideally located near the underground station with several amenities within the area. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped for a family. Martin and his family were very welcoming, considerate and accommodated all our needs. I would definitely recommend his place.
