Hot tub is for the condo complex (20 units) but only steps from the door between the buildings... We're happy to share tips, advice, etc. Garage for one vehicle. Limited guest parking other than our garage.

Full access to the condo, on site and Main Street Station amenities. Unless you have pre-arranged early arrival or late checkout, please respect the need to prepare for the next guest that my be arriving and allow time for us to make sure it gets properly cleaned.

We will most likely not be close by during your stay but you are more than welcome to contact us for any questions or concerns you may have.
Check in: 4 p.m. Check out: 10:00 a.m - unless otherwise arranged prior to stay. There will have to be a $50 charge if the cleaning crew arrives and you have not cleared completely out since the company charges us :(. The 10:00 am check out allows for a proper cleaning prior to the next guest.
The Town of Breckenridge assess a 5.9% Sales and Occupancy Tax. This will be added to the rental price when you book.
Make sure the keys you receive from the check in desk work before you leave the condo. We have had some that have not worked for whatever reason, such as storing near cell phone and magnetic money clip.
Condo security: We have outside security cameras on entrance and on balcony for security reasons. Feel free to ring the "ring" on arrival at the door and say hi.

We (Bill and Laurie) are outgoing and adventurous, love people and have a passion for traveling and wine. We live part time in Breckenridge and part time in Austin. Some traveling might find us in the wine country and also love snow skiing, mountain hiking to 14k and wine tastings. Bill is an executive wine sommalier and loves to share his knowledge.
