Le logement

My Apartment is a 2BHK fully furnished with Air Conditions in both Bed Room, TV's in Living Room and Small Bedroom, Kitched is equiped with Induction.

It is in the centre of Lavasa City covering all Lavasa view from my balcony, right view roads leads to Lavasa Corp. and left to mountain view villages...

And more to add, my apt is just opposite to Lake Shore Water sports.

Dear all,

Firstly, we wish you a pleasant stay in our accommodation and hope you will enjoy your time. We ask you to use our accommodation as you would your own home and to treat the equipment provided with respect including the material belongings. These will avoid any misunderstandings and will ensure that the house/apartment stays in good order.

Guests will require to follow the House Rules at all times during your stay.
No loud noises or disturbances after 9.30pm (respect neighbours, as they have to work and study long days and require a good night sleep).
No parties and at any time.
No strangers are allowed, however family visitors after previous approval by manager. Fines apply.
No smoking, alcohol, bad language, or drugs on the premises.
Use the door knob, do not slam the doors!
Do not run downstairs (it's causing the noise in the room below).
If you are using a computer to talk to your family in late hours, please respect those who wish to sleep by keeping the noise down.
Report to manager any broken or malfunction things.
Keep the house clean and tidy at all times, if you are not doing so, fines will apply.
Show respect for the needs of the neighbors as you would like them to be considerate of your needs.
Ensure the safety of yourself and others
Provide the House Manager with your contact details and contact in case of an emergency.
Please do not leave your personal items unattended. Anything lost or stolen is your own risk and responsibility.
Please close the windows once you leave the house for safety reasons.

No food in rooms permitted, you are to eat and drink in Kitchen/Living room areas only.
No visitors over night are permitted.

Kitchen:

You are provided with space in the fridge and cupboard. Keep your belongings in these areas.
Keep an eye on your food and be aware of when it goes off, otherwise if rotten it will end up in the bin. Empty and clean the fridge once you check-out.

Bathroom:

Use shower cubicle to shower in!
Always flush the toilet after each use and turn off the water taps properly, so that no water is dripping.

Common Areas:

When you are leaving common areas, always:
Turn off the lights, fans and TV.
Disconnect all kitchen appliances (e.g. toaster, coffee machine etc.(URL HIDDEN)
Make sure everything is nice and tidy.
Close all the windows and doors (theft, animals & insect). Double lock the patio door(URL HIDDEN)Ensure there is no excessive waste or usage of water, electricity.
You are not allowed to bring any other furniture into the house or apartment
Keep the noise down after 9.30pm, please respect your neighbors.
Animals and pets are forbidden in any part of the property
Close the tabs properly to avoid any leakage

In the kitchen:

Keep the house and surrounding areas clean and tidy
Should you have any comments/suggestions, please feel free to contact your house manag(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

Return keys
Please remove all your personal items when moving out and make sure you take everything with you. It is your responsibility to check for your belongings before you move out from the house and you return the house key.
You are to arrange the new key in case you loss one.
Please note that you can ask somebody else to do it for you. In this case, please contact your house manager.
In case of damages:

For breaking or damaging the house equipment, charges after individual assessment between (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
No refund of Accommodation fee will be made.

We also preserve the right to expel any guests for bad behaviour without any refund of fees.

If police officers visit the house for any reason, “The Guests" will receive notice, forfeit the bond and prepaid amounts for accommodation and will be evicted from our property immediately.

We understand that these few rules and recommendations might seem tough and demanding. However, if you use the accommodation and house equipment correctly, it will preserve the houses and apartments for one single aim: to serve you the best and longest possible.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mr.Mohan's place. Visited with the family and drove down from Mumbai. The house is very spacious with all the necessary furnishings and very well kept. This is around 5-10 mins leisurely walk from the areas with restaurants and shops. It has 24x7 electricity and water supply. The promenade is just across the road and one can take a walk around the lakeshore which is very nice. As a host, Mr Mohan Gadgie was very helpful and courteous. He was always a phone call away to provide any help or information. The only glitch was the Lavasa administration which at times does not allow guests into the township, not even of owners of the property. They only allow visitors who have confirmed booking in one of the three hotels which comes under Lavasa Corp. We had to request and work our way round that to enter which took some time and could have put our visit in jeopardy. So before planning any trip, please make sure that this is not the case around the time of the trip. Rest all was excellent.

Had a very comfortable stay in the apartment. The apartment is right opposite Promenade and has an easy access to all the eating joints and watersports in Lavasa. Moreover, the host, Mr Mohan is also very welcoming as he was personally present to greet us when we reached the apartment. Overall a great place to stay if you are going to Lavasa.

Welcome was perfect. No issues. As this is a new property and limited occupancy hence no issues related to neighbors. It's a clean and homely property with all basic necessities and comforts. I would like to hire this property again

I recently had the pleasure of being hosted by Gadige in his very lavish 2 BHK apt. The best decision I made during the trip. It is bang opposite to the water sports arena and very close by from the main happening streets of Lavasa. The house is so spacious, clean and lavish with all the amenities you might need during a trip. We had a tv, lavish beds, air conditioning, kitchen that can be used for your service, dining area and balcony over looking the water sports arena. The best part was that gadige was kind enough to let us book the house even though we were just 2 people and the host was gracious enough guiding us even before we reached lavasa.. Overall a lovely experience and made our stay at Lavasa really worthwhile. I would definitely recommend Gadiges to all my friends. Keep it up!

It was nice and pleasant stay in Lavasa. Thanks to Airbnb, the flat which we got was beautiful having all the necessary items required to have comfortable stay. Thnx to Mohan being so helpful and a nice host. I shall recommend this place to stay in Lavasa to all Airbnb members. Cheers!!
