À propos de ce logement
Walk to downtown, Veteran's or St. Luke's Hospital, Foothills trails, or Greenbelt from this private, clean, comfortable, spacious 1-bedroom apartment with equipped kitchen. Safe, quiet neighborhood. 24-hour, well-lit entry by access code.
Owners live upstairs with their 2 dogs. We're a quiet couple, but house is 1939-built, and floors creek. Wi-fi included, but NO CABLE.
High ceilings (7.5'). Temperature control with window A/C - Heater. A bike loan or 2 can be arranged.
Basement apartment for value and location. Whether you're visiting Boise for work or for family & friends, you can claim a private, clean, comfortable space to call home while you're here. Located in a quiet neighborhood, 10 blocks from downtown.
For a basement, the space is light, spacious and high ceilings (7.5'). Please note, however, that the wood floors from the [upstairs] main level creak and that noise transmits to the basement. Hosts live upstairs and are sensitive to this. We wake up ~7AM, and light sleepers may hear us walking. If this is a problem, the space is probably not a good fit.

Rob moved from California to Boise in 1990 to work as an process engineer at Micron until 2013. I met Patty in 2007 and we married a few years later. Our career now is managing our short-term and long-term rentals. I enjoy outdoor activities, especially mountain biking and gardening. I also enjoy cooking, so a well-equipped, functional kitchen is important to me.
Patty grew up in a suburb of Boston, and has spent her post-college life throughout the West, first working as a wildland firefighter, then switching careers to teaching 3-6 year olds in Montessori schools. Patty enjoys hiking with the dogs, running, and [more recently] mountain biking in the Boise Foothills.
