À propos de ce logement
A private bedroom located at the attic of the house!
The low and cozy ceiling makes everything special and unique.
Private bedroom with breakfast in a local restaurant included!
Enjoy São Paulo during the day and rest properly in a quiet house, hearing some birds tweeting in the morning
This is the coziest bedroom in the house. It has a lot of light and low ceiling that makes the place special. All linens and towels are brand new, and so is the bed.
If you want a quiet place to rest after a long day in São Paulo, this is the place. The birds singing, the plants at the yard and the quietness in this street will make you forget that you are actually in São Paulo, one of the largest cities in the world. Oh! Breakfast is included in a nearby restaurant (La Quiche), except on Sundays and holidays.
We have many hangers and some side furniture, the decoration is minimal and clean. Fast wifi everywhere in the house, you can even use the office area where there are two desks. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook, we might share a glass of wine at night and chat a little about life!
There's a washer/dryer so in case you need to wash your clothes, feel welcome to!
There are so many restaurants around my house that I haven't tried them all yet!
By bus you can practically go anywhere. For those who prefer comfort, now we have Uber Pool in São Paulo! Yay!

I live here at the same house, so you will see me... Quite often, I hope!
I work nearby, so I'll be around!
I love my neighborhood. We are few steps from everything you might need: supermarket, pharmacy, banks, bakery, restaurants, stores and bars.
There is this famous flee market at Benedito Calixto square, two blocks from here, where you can buy clothes, shoes, accessories, old furniture, old LPs, books and have a great feijoada!
We are exactly in between the neighborhoods of Jardins, Pinheiros e Vila Madalena. I just love the location and the fact that I can do almost everything just by walking. And the greatest deal is that my house remains in a very quiet street, so you won't hear the city's noise. You will barely notice that you are in the middle of São Paulo! It is really a bless.
There is bike sharing station just at the corner, lots and lots of buses (Av. Rebouças and Teodoro Sampaio st.), cicloways and the subway is 6 blocks from here.
If you come by car there are some public parking spaces in front of the house and three big parking lots 50 meters far from the house.
But honestly, the best way to move is by bike or walking.
In case you are wondering if it is safe to stay in a house in São Paulo, I let you know in advance that there's a security guard at the street and we have an alarm system monitoring the house, so it is probably safer than most apartments around.
We don't have many rules, but we do expect you to be reasonable and friendly! I really care for my house, it is my home, my temple. I like sharing it with people but I expect some respect - just like we do with our families and friends.
No big and noisy parties at nights, respect the shared areas, wash your dishes and keep your things inside your room. Not that difficult.
Extra guests that may come during your stay are charged separtely (max.2 guests per room) and need to be told in advance.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 5 jours avant votre voyage, vous recevez un remboursement intégral, frais de service compris.

I'm an architect/urbanist/geek/designer who loves to discovery new cities by walking around and getting lost/surprised.
I am just passionate about flowers and plants.
And I can't resist a good design - I buy bottles because of their shapes, not because of the content...
I like the wind as much as I like the stars, nature amazes me.
As a traveler, I am super curious. I avoid the obvious touristical places and I try to follow my shoes - whatever it goes.
I cofounded a startup and while diving in this environment of shared economy, we decided to open our home and our life to the brave touristis visiting São Paulo, hosting and helping them to discovery this imense, complex and amazing city.
We have been building our home with lots of love and care.
It is our temple, it is where we want to return at the end of the day.
It is not fancy, it is not perfect.
But little by little, we try our best to embrace every person that comes into our life, so you feel at home even when overseas.
I try to get to know all my guests, but it is not always possible.
I love working and that has its consequences...
Just can't live without my soul, wine/tea, iphone, deep conversations and... love!
::Currently in Iraq, working! Claudinho is taking care of our home while I am abroad::
