Make yourself at home at this cozy, CO mountain retreat located at the exceptional Vail Racquet Club Mountain Resort, close to all Vail mtn activities! 2nd floor unit, newly remodeled 2 BR/2BA condo with views of Gore creek. Fully stacked kitchen.
This is one of the best locations within East Vail and Vail Racquet Club! Unit is on level 2 with a great view of Gore Creek. Vail Racquet Club offers great amenities, including a world-class gym, olympic size heated pool (open year round) with mtn views, tennis courts and easy access to Vail bus stop.

Newly remodeled unit with hardwood floors in the hall, kitchen, dining & living rooms, marble tile floors in the baths and carpet in the bedrooms. Granite countertops in the kitchen and marble countertops in the baths. Beds include memory foam mattresses and luxury linens. Kitchen is fully stacked kitchen with everything you will most likely need to enjoy meals indoors or on the outdoor grill.
Unit includes free wifi throughout. In the living room, free cable, HBO & OnDemand programing. TV in guest bedroom a Smart TV with has access to my Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, in addition to a BlueRay/DVD player. Note, there is no TV in the Master BR.
a. This unit is being directly rented through the individual owner and not the Resort. As a rental guest of the owner, Resort services are not available for your use such as Front Desk, Concierge and Lobby amenities, Key handling, Housekeeping, Maintenance, On-‐call assistance etc. Please direct all questions or service requests directly to the owner; do not contact the Resort. A request for assistance from a VRC employee could result in a $100 fee per instance, which will be deducted from your deposit.
b. As a rental guest of the owner you may use the Club facilities for a daily outside guest fee. Fee for facilities is $25/day for Adults and $10/day for Children. Guests can purchase a "punch card" at $10/day/guest ( transferable among guests). These are available at $50 (for 5 passes) or $100 (for 10 passes).
c. Pets are not allowed.
d. The maximum number of people allowed in this unit is 6 people.
e. You must display a parking pass in your vehicle at all times while on property or your vehicle will be tagged, ticketed, booted or towed at your expense.
f. Two (2) parking passes will be provided. Parking passes will be left in the unit for your use. A $25/parking pass fee will be charged to Occupant for failure to return any and all Unit parking passes.
g. Please remove shoes/ski boots at door.
h. You may park only one vehicle in the primary spaces in front of the Building. Other vehicles must be parked in overflow areas.
i. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. No noise or other disturbances are allowed during these hours.
j. Direct all regular unit maintenance items to the owner. Please do not contact the Resort. In the case of emergencies that need immediate attention to avoid damage to the building or surrounding units please call owner. For life threatening emergencies call 911.
k. Blu's restaurant and bar is open and available to all guests. Please enjoy this and other public amenities including massage appointments, tennis racquet rentals, snowshoe rentals and the White River Sports Retail Shop.

I bought a condo in Vail, CO as it's one of my favorite places to go year-round. I love hiking Vail in the summer and fall and skiing and snow shoeing in the winter. I am excited about hosting visitors at my Vail Condo via AirBnB. Enjoy!
