Both the living room and bedroom have balconies that have views of the signal hill on the one side and Park with ocean vistas on the other side. Very quiet apartment set on Green Point main road close to the Virgin Active Gym, Park, restaurants and Sea Point promenade.

It's a great place and an awesome location. Easy to commute everywhere and Ubers knew where to pick us up and drop us off, as well as tour operators. Breakfast in the balcony with a view was great, the kitchen had everything we needed.

Ivan was a great host very friendly and made the arrival arrangements very easy.. His thoughtful touches throughout the house made our stay that much more convenient and fulfilled... The apartment is in a great location and he has really made sure the place is well equipped. Walking distance to some delicious restaurants and busy bars... And so close to the beach road..

We had a good stay in this apartment for a week. We've been trying out various neighborhoods and apartments over a few months in CT and liked this location a lot, maybe the most. There are places to shop and eat within a short walk and it was perfect to hop on the bus to Clifton Beach or just stroll along the waterfront. We enjoyed the dual balconies a lot. The apartment is bright and airy, but never hot and the ceiling fans are perfect in the summer. It is super quiet and we slept very well. The layout of the apartment is a bonus for two people; you can have some privacy on different floors. Kitchen is adequately equipped. We were not able to use the oven during our stay. We had a few issues that Ivan resolved quickly. He was responsive and professional whenever we contacted him. This is a rental unit, not someone's home, so it lacks character, but we found it very comfortable, definitely met our needs and the location is top-notch.

Die Wohnung liegt im Bezirk Greenpoint und ist in zentraler Lage zu vielen schönen Gaststätten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, dem Greenpointpark und in der Nähe der Beachpromenade. Perfekt für alle, die die Gegend zu Fuß erkunden wollen, selbst zur Waterfront sind es nur max. 20min zu Fuß. Schöne, komfortable Wohnung im 3. Stock, mit allen ausgestattet was man für das tägliche Leben benötigt, selbst an Duschbad und Geschirrspülmittel hat der Gastgeber gedacht. Zur Begrüßung gabs einen Blumenstrauß und eine Flasche Wein durch den Gastgeber persönlich. Fragen und Probleme werden sofort geklärt. Perfekt, weiter so und vielen Dank!
