Thank you for your review and for your stay! There is actually a washer and dryer in the apartment. It's in the hallway bathroom across from the sink. Some of the windows are double-pane windows, and the build up is between the two pieces of glass. The only way to clear that build up is to completely replace the window. With the building being almost 100 years old, some of the windows will have this problem. The ceiling fan wasn't actually falling off the ceiling. It was the cap that covers the wires that became loose and slid down. This does not affect the use of the fan itself. The fan is pretty secure to the ceiling, and the ceiling itself would have to be falling apart for the fan to be at risk of falling down. We also could have come by and secured this back on if we had been notified about it. As for the parking structure, most hotels have a parking structure that is run independently by the City of Anaheim, and it is handicap friendly. There are two elevators in the structure, at the ends. There is also 15 and 2-hour parking available along the curb of the building, as well as temporary parking behind the building that can be used for loading and unloading so long as car hazards are turned on.
