Great space!! It has two double beds, kitchen, small dining area and bathroom. Unit recently updated. Looks great. Walking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants and beach! Single nights allowed through October- Minimum 2 night stay required as of Nov 1st.

Welcome to 4145 By The Sea!!! Below please find some details for to make your stay and check-in process simple. Please take some time to read through all of our notices below.

Directions: from I-95 take Commercial Blvd. exit and head East. Go over Intracoastal bridge and Bougainvilla Dr. is on your RIGHT right before the traffic light at A1A/Ocean Dr. Take a right and we're down the street on the right hand side before the stop sign.

Check in is 3pm and Check out is 11am. When available we try to honor late check outs or early check-ins but please understand it is based on availability only. Check in requests before 11am and check-out requests after 1pm will be subject to a fee. No refunds for early departures.

Office Hours and Check-ins: Our office is located on the second floor and open Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm; we are closed on Sundays. If you are arriving after 5pm or on a Sunday, please make sure you fully understand our check-in process before you arrive. Units 1-5 use a code on the door which will be provided by e-mail the day prior to your arrival.

Emergencies: If you have an after hours emergency please call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Emergencies constitute: fire, water leaks, electrical shortage/failure (not power outtage), gas leaks, civil disturbances, injury, robbery, etc.

Parking & Visitors: Only one car per unit allowed. Parking pass must be on dashboard at all times and returned to unit before checking out. Any vehicle that is not displaying a permit will be towed at owner's expense. To ensure our guests enjoy their time with us, visitors are welcome but may not park on site, stay overnight and must vacate property by 8pm.

Additional Parking Options:
1. Asta Parking is a privately owned company with an overnight parking lot behind a closed restaurant called Jojo's Tacos (216 Commercial Blvd, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, FL 33308). You cannot pay for overnight parking by meter, it is by mobil application only. Download their app at (URL HIDDEN) and the lot code is 974. They charge $25 per 24 hours and their app will send a reminder to your phone to update every 24 hours.
2. A cheaper option, though 20 minutes driving distance, is (URL HIDDEN) You can make an overnight parking reservation online and they have 2-3 different garages downtown.

Housekeeping-Towels are provided for the number of guests listed for the length of your stay. We offer complimentary weekly housekeeping to include towel change during your stay for stays longer than 5 days. If you wish to have extra housekeeping or fresh towels daily, this is available for an additional charge. Additional housekeeping is $30 per day requested and daily change of towels is available for a flat fee of $15 per week.

Laundry Facilities are on the North side of the building and it's the only door with a keypad similar to yours. The code to use the Laundry Facilities is 4145. There are coin operated machines for your use; we ask that you please lock it once you're done. We sell detergent pods for $1 each at the office upstairs.

Occupancy: We allow 2 guests per room in our efficiencies and up to 4 guests per room in our 1 bedroom units unless otherwise pre-arranged. We charge an additional $10 per night for each additional guest after 2.

Tackling the humidity in Florida! Humidity is something all South Floridians battle with and the only way to keep the humidity out is to keep the doors closed and the fans/air conditioners running when it's above a sunny 75-76 degrees outside even if in a lower setting. The humidity is quick to creep indoors and will result in a musty smell over time so we do ask you help us maintain the rooms with continuous air flow in order to avoid this. If the temperatures dip into the low 70s or below we do welcome you to open windows and enjoy the fresh air!

WIFI: Complimentary- the password will be provided in the welcome pamphlet in your room.

All rooms are non-smoking; a $500.00 will be charged to guests who smoke in the rooms. Non-smoking areas are provided on balconies and outside areas.

No Pets allowed; a $500.00 deep cleaning and upholstery cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy and guests are to immediately vacate the unit without refund for unused time.

We work hard to provide you with clean, updated facilities and fresh linens and appreciate all you do to help us keep our property clean and free of damages. Inventory is taken before and after you check out and your account will be charged for missing/damaged property such as towels, dishware, sheets, TVs, furniture, etc.

First time booking with airbnb i wasn't sure what to expect. I was impress how easy everything worked out from booking and arrival. The suite was the same way as the photos, clean and roomy for all 3 of us. The location was spot on walkable for night life,food and especially the beach.. will definitely book again...

Amazing location... minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and very safe accommodations. Loved that the place was accurate as it was described in it's listing. Connie sent out few correspondence with accurate instructions. Overall, I love this place, would rent it again and would recommend it anytime

Great little place, near the ocean. Not as new as it appeared, but plenty adequate for a fun little stay near the beach. Connie and staff were very helpful and kind.

Great location, a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Convenient parking. Nice kitchen space. The bathroom in my opinion was dirty (bugs, hair, not a deep clean), and made me uncomfortable. But, for the price point overall it was a fine place to stay for a few days.

Thank you for the helpful feedback. We wish you had mentioned the cleanliness issue during the few times our staff interacted with you during your visit, because we would have made sure to provide a deeper clean immediately. Our property is part of the Superior Lodging Association and has a White Glove Award for cleanliness so cleanliness is absolutely something we pride ourselves in! I will reach out to you in a personal message as I would like to know which photos you feel do not accurately reflect our property and which carpets were not clean (I am assuming bath mats since we have tile floors and no carpets anywhere). I will certainly have a chat with housekeeping to reduce the chemical smell after cleaning by perhaps leaving the windows open longer. In regards to bugs, this is another concern we would have handled immediately if we had been notified during your visit. We have a monthly pest control that services our buildings. Because we are so near the beach and in a humid area, we take extra precaution to avoid pests in our apartments. We have discussed your review with my staff and hope you will give us another chance to show you why our properties hold the White Glove Award for cleanliness.

We enjoyed our stay in the Studio Apt. 3 at 4145 By The Sea. The price and space were right for a quick weekend get-away. Marina greeted us when we arrived and was helpful by supplying an area map that we referenced often. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. There are definitely some pros about 4145 By The Sea: 1. Communication with Connie and Marina was efficient. They left a welcoming card in the room saying thank you for choosing 4145 By The Sea. We celebrated my daughter's birthday while staying there and they left her a birthday card and boutique gift certificate. I appreciated the nice, thoughtful gesture. 2. The room was nice and cold which was refreshing after a day at the beach. I sleep best with a fan running so I was pleased that their ceiling fan functioned well. 3. I loved the ease of having a keypad entry system. It was so nice not to worry about toting keys around. 4. The location was awesome! So close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There is a Publix within close driving distance to stock the kitchen. 5. They have boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, etc available for use on a first come, first serve basis. My husband and son had a great time on the boogie boards. 6. There is a nice area outside with a grill and two tables. Unfortunately, there are also a few cons: 1. We experienced some stained linens and ripped towels. They apologized and quickly replaced the items as soon as we alerted them. 2. I felt perhaps the turnover to get our room ready was rushed. The bath mats felt damp and the dishes were put into the cabinets wet. We had to pour water off the plates and dry them before use the first time. 3. The bathroom had a mold/mildew smell that worsened when taking a shower. The bathroom does not have a vent so the smell really came out when it got steamy. Overall, our stay was nice and we thank Connie for having an affordable beach option.

I am retired from the advertising world and decided to turn a family hobby into a full time job. This is a family run business. We own several properties all along South Florida and have decided to list our properties at Lauderdale by the Sea here in order to welcome a new generation of guests into our town! :).

The properties featured in our listings are 4145 By the Sea "Inn/Vacation Suites" in Lauderdale by the Sea, Fl. If you haven't even heard of our town boy have you missed out! ;) You definitely need to check it out!!

4145 by the Sea was our most recent remodel- we turned this 5 unit apartment building into a vacation rental and it was by far the most fulfilling project to see it go from hum-ho to wow!

We don't have a lot of rules but what we do ask is for everyone to be respectful of each other's time away from home.

We don't live on site but we live close enough and we're available for any questions you may have. We also have an office on the second floor and keep short business hours during the days.

We can't wait to welcome you into our neighborhood!
