À propos de ce logement
Air-conditioned but breezy, fully-equipped studio apartment in gated mountainside community. Security guards, spectacular poolside and apartment views, free wifi, basic cable. 1km from Savannah, city convenience, countryside quiet.
Our unit is one of 57 apartments, but you will still find it is extremely quiet! You will hardly know you have neighbours when you're inside. The pool is a few steps away, close enough to go to just to have a drink but far enough you won't hear others enjoying it. Often you'll find you have the pool to yourself or one other family. there's also a little tub in the pool area which you can enjoy with a drink while you look up at the stars or the mountainside. The washing machine and dryer are just at the bottom of the stairs, but there are many more around the compound, you can buy tokens at the office but we will leave two if you are unable for some reason to get. we ask you replace them.

We are on the top of a hill and there are steps to our unit from the car park (16 down, landing, 14 down - 14 steps up:-). The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very tropical. You can access all the shared areas and there is a barbecue pit at the pool, you just need to check with the main office if it's available for you to use it. I'm not sure if they have coals you can use.

We will be happy to give you lots of information on dining, shopping, sightseeing, live music and entertainment.
Quiet but in the heart of Port of Spain. We often walk to the savannah in the morning or evening but remember we're on a hill, so save energy for the walk back up. The reward is the pool at the end of the walk!
You can get taxis easily in Cascade but I would recommend renting a car or hiring a private taxi. It depends on how adventurous you are.
We would advise that you rent a car in Trinidad. The public system isn't that dependable and it's very hot to walk. If you prefer to get a taxi we can help you as well with that.
No smoking. This is our home in Trinidad and we have it set up with everything to make your stay comfortable. We ask that you treat it like it was yours, lovingly and respectfully. Thank you.
Respect our neighbours please. Apartments are close and soundproofed well but please be considerate.
Please read the pool rules which are by the pool.
Garbage must be put out into the designated area (just after the security gate on your right as you exit the compound) The apartment is small and we recommend putting your garbage in a small bag and tying it before putting it in the big garbage. But really you should empty the big bag every couple days depending on what food is rotting in there. Thanks
I'm a publisher and an aromatherapist. The magazine I publish is called Cre Ole and is the guide to dining in Trinidad and Tobago. I was born in the UK but lived all my life in Trinidad except when I went to University at UT in Austin Texas. I live between Barbados and Trinidad and this is our home base in Trinidad which we rent out when we're not there. It is very precious to us and we love it. We hope you do too
