A brand new furnished apartment with WIFI, air con an a large shared swimming pool.

Le logement

Apartment Oleander is based within a new resort of well finished apartment no higher than 3 floors surrounding a large swimming pool and children pool.

The apartment is spacious and open plan. At the front a small private terrace gives access via the front door to the open plan living area with a dining table, 4 chairs, a large corner suite, television with European channels, wifi and air conditioning. The well laid out kitchen is very well equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, Washing machine and dishwasher. Also you will find a kettle, toaster and microwave. There are plenty of utensils, pots pans and glasses so a real full size kitchen to enable you to create some fabulous meals from the fresh local produce on offer an the daily market in the village.

Towards the rear of the apartment you will find two bathrooms, one with a shower, bidet and basin. The other has a bath, overhead shower toilet and basin.

The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a large double bed, side tables and reading lights, wardrobe space, aircon and french style windows with shutters. The second bedroom has comfortable twin beds again with side tables, reading lamps, wardrobe space, aircon and again french style windows leading onto a small balcony with shutters.

Apartment Oleander is the last on the block so sits on a quiet plot with a small garden at the front and a view of the swimming pool.

The resort also offers secure underground parking and secure living, entry to the resort is gained by keypads and in turn a lovely safe environment for children.

The large swimming pool area is fenced agin offering extra comfort to families with young children and also has the added extra of a lovely little children's pool. The apartment has sun beds and a parasol that can be taken to the pool area.

Located less than a 5 minute walk from the centre of Santa Luzia and a few minutes more the the boats for the beaches this holiday location does not need a car making it the chance to enjoy a really relaxing holiday.

Guests have access to the whole apartment and shared access to the swimming pool, terraces, gardens and underground garage.

Before arrival we will send you meeting arrangements, directions and some local information. At the apartment you will also find a welcome book packed full of information about the East Algarve.

Upon arrival one for the friendly MarsAlgarve Team will meet you and help you with anything you may need to make your holiday a pleasant one.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost.

WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.

We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months. Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.

Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.

Within the property you will find a blue folder stuffed full of information, our local contact details, local maps and plenty of restaurant recommends and much more.

Equipment Hire, Car Hire and Transfer Information

Equipment that can be hired include camp beds, travel cots and high chairs. Each item costs €20 per week and again please make sure you book any item you require in advance.

El apartamento fantastico, el mejor ubicado de la urbanización. Bien situado del centro a 10 min. Pero el anfitrión no es un particular es una empresa inglesa y desde el principio no me comunicaron bien ni en el idioma no las indicaciones no la manera de proceder. También comentar que desde el primer día no funcionaba la televisión, fueron a cambiar el aparato de canales al día siguiente, cuando lo probé tampoco funcionaba , avisé pero no pudieron venir, al final estuve los 6 días sin televisión. Creo que deben comprobar que todo funciona correctamente antes de que lleguen los huéspedes.También a rompió la cerradura de la puerta principal, que la arreglaron el mismo día, en fin mala suerte.

Hi I do feel this review is not accurate. Yes the owners of the Company are English but all the staff speak a number of languages including Spanish and that aside they all speak Portuguese , the mother tongue of Portugal so to point out we are English as a negative point, and in my mind a little racist. Whist not all our communication is in Spanish being so close to the border it is something we are working on and we do send out our arrival meeting and directions e mails in Spanish if required. Also we did not break the door lock we arrived at the apartment to deal with the television issue on the day the problem was reported and found the lock failing to works and had to call a lockmsith. This then meant we missed our time slot with the MEO engineers as they could not gain access to mend the tv channels as the issue was with the service provider MEO than us. It is a shame the guest feels the way they do bearing in mind we found them to be clean compliant guests.

Mars place was beautifully presented , it was well ahead of our expectations in respect of the quality and completeness of the fittings and the level of cleanliness. Mars were helpful in guiding us to the property and very responsive to our needs. The property is on a good site with a lovely swimming pool.The complex is very clean, secure and well maintained.

Prima appartement met volop ruimte en spullen voor ons (2 getrouwde stellen). Toen wij er waren eind april was het daar wel wat leeg en in de plaats is sowieso niet veel te doen.

Es war einfach eine saubere, neu renovierte, schöne Wohnung. Wir hatten einen großen Pool + einen großen Balkon. Ich kann dieses Apartment jedem empfehlen. 5 STERNE bei jeder Kategorie.

The town of Santa Luzia is beautiful and perfectly situated for visiting Algarve. The apartment itself is well appointed and very comfortable. Everything works. It is clean. It is also very comfortable and very pleasant.
