Le logement

Our Fully Furnished Apartments for short-term rental are luxuriously furnished and provide accommodation for short-term as well as long-term rentals. Our apartments are well-equipped with a full kitchen with convection microwave/ovens, fridge, dishwasher, stove top cooking facilities and in apartment laundry facilities (Washer/Dryer). It offers a dining and lounge area with a minimum 42-inch flat-screen TV including 30 Foxtel channels including movies and sports. There is a secure entrance and elevator access in the building. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi.

Your hosts Shannan and Sasha will be your main point of contact but they will be supported by a team who will endeavour to make your stay hassle free, from allowing you to check-in 24 hours a day, to our Operations staff that are there if any maintenance is needed. We have a genuine/manned 24/7 emergency line meaning if anything major happens to go wrong in the middle of the night you have one of us only a phone call away.

We offer a 24 hour check-in service. If the property has a guest departing at 10am then check-in can be arranged for anytime after 4pm. If it is vacant the night before we are more than happy to arrange an earlier check-in time. We will be in touch to arrange a suitable time.

Upon arrival, we will be there to meet you, let you in and give you the keys and give you an introduction to the building and your you have any questions we are more than happy to help you.

Secure on-site undercover car-parking is available in most of our properties, providing you with 24 hour unlimited access for you to come and go as you please. Car parking charges may apply so please ask about this when making your enquiry. Parking is subject to availability, so please ensure you mention that you need a car space when booking.

Your apartment is designed to be totally self-contained with all linen and towels, washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner provided and there is no housekeeping service. Please note we provide a starter pack of toiletries, we do not envisage that there will be enough for your whole stay. Please ask on check-in for the closest convenience store.

Please note we are not able to provide a meet and greet check-in service on Christmas Day. Your keys can be collected via a pin coded lock box from our Port Melbourne office.

1) Payment (deposit or full payment) formalises an agreement between the guest and the host party to occupy the premises for the specified days and signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2) Full Refund will be given up until 5 days prior to arrival minus any fees.
3) You must only provide credit card details which you are authorised to use.
4) The number of guests must not exceed the number of guests included in the tariff.
5) Strictly no parties.
6) Our apartments are subject to body corporate rules. Please refer to the apartment manual on arrival at the apartment. Non compliance of these rules will result in you being removed from the property without refund. Acceptance of these terms and conditions signifies acceptance to abide by the specific apartment and body corporate rules found in the apartment manual on the property.
7) Your booking includes a basic exit clean. If you do not leave the apartment in neat and tidy order, and follow the instructions in the apartment manual, your credit card will be deducted for the extra cleaning required.
8) Guests can book extra cleaning services (including fresh towels and linen) during their stay for an extra $70 per service. At least 24 hours notice is required per interim clean.
9) It is the guests responsibility to notify management of any breakages or damages which occur at the property. Money may be deducted from your credit card to cover replacement or repair.
10) The cost of any missing items will be deducted from the guests credit card.
11) Lost keys – guests are liable for keys which are lost or not returned.
12) Strictly no pets allowed
13) Payment must be made in Australian dollars
14) Our apartments are strictly non smoking
15) Non adherence to these terms and conditions will result in you being removed from the property without refund.

Shannan and Sasha were good hosts, and easy to communicate with ... but they work for (or run?) a commercial hosting business so I did deal with a few other staff who were also pleasant. As I had booked this place as well as another of their properties, someone booking only on Airbnb might have a more 'personal' experience. The Lilli property is a fairly modern residential building, secure and in a great location. Everything was provided but the unit was a little 'lifeless' compared with an Airbnb where you stay in someone's own place. This style probably suits corporate guests staying for a few nights. I would be happy to book with these hosts again, ans stay here if the price ia right but would probably check out their other properties first.

I've always had a soft spot for Melbourne. South Yarra to be exact. I found myself in the perfect space with easy access and close to almost all of my favourite places surrounding. Perfect location and a beautiful building.

Lovely new apartment with everything you need! Close to Chapel St and the train/tram. Hosts were great to deal with and booking was easy. We had a great time. Thanks!

The apartment was very nice and clean, it had everything we needed and it was close to the CBD.
