Summer Wind sleeps 14 guests in seven bedrooms. The first floor contains four bedrooms which sleeps eight and has two full bathrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom contains bunk beds perfect for the kids. The second floor contains three bedrooms, two of which have queen beds while the third bedroom is equipped with two twins beds. There are also two full bathrooms.
Keep in touch with the outside world via the free wireless high speed internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, dishes, flatware, cookware, glassware and kitchen utensils.
When the sun begins to set, step outside to the courtyard to sit around the fire pit to enjoy conversation while roasting marshmallows.

THE OWNER AGREES TO RENT TO THE RENTER UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. DEPOSIT: SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO RENT. DEPOSIT WILL BE MANAGED BY AIRBNB. SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF A CLAIM IS FILED BY OWNER TO AIRBNB FOR ANY DAMAGES ACCESSED DURING GUESTS STAY. PROPERTY IS INSPECTED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND AFTER DEPARTURE. SHOULD ANY DAMAGE OCCUR DURING THE STAY, PLEASE REPORT TO OWNER IMMEDIATELY. THE COST OF DAMAGES OCCURRING DURING RENTER’S STAY, KEYS NOT RETURNED (CHARGE FOR CHANGING LOCKS) AND ANY REQUIRED EXTRA CLEANING (BASED ON CURRENT HOUSEKEEPING FEES AND CONDITION IN WHICH PROPERTY WAS LEFT), WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM DEPOSIT. IF THERE IS ANY OVERAGE IN CHARGES INCURRED, RENTER WILL THEN BE BILLED.
2. PETS: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES AND PROPERTY OF THE RENTAL HOME. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
3. RENTER’S PERSONAL PROPERTY: OWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO RENTER’S PERSONAL PROPERTY, TO INCLUDE VEHICLES AND PROPERTY LEFT IN VEHICLES.
4. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: CHECK-IN IS AFTER 4:00 P.M. ON ARRIVAL DATE. CHECK-OUT IS 10:00 A.M. ON DEPARTURE DATE.
5. PAYMENT: PAYMENT OF $______ IS REQUIRED BY VIA (URL HIDDEN) AT TIME OF BOOKING.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY: OWNER REQUIRES 60 DAYS CANCELLATION NOTICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION, DEPOSIT AND TOTAL CHARGES PAID WILL BE FORFEITED, UNLESS PROPERTY CAN BE RENTED TO ANOTHER RENTER FOR THE SAME TIME PERIOD. IF RENTER SHOULD VACATE PROPERTY EARLIER THAN THE DEPARTURE DATE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
7. REPAIRS: ALL REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE ISSUES SHOULD BE REFERRED TO OWNER IMMEDIATELY. A REPAIR PERSON WILL RESPOND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PROBLEM, PROPER TIMING MUST BE ALLOTTED.
8. GARBAGE: GARBAGE MUST BE PLACED IN PLASTIC TRASH BAGS, TIED SECURELY AND PLACED IN PROPER TRASH BIN AREA.
9. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY: SMOKING INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS NOT PERMITTED. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC LOSS OF DEPOSIT.
10. ACCESS: OWNER HAS RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PREMISES DURING REASONABLE HOURS FOR REPAIR AND INSPECTION IF DEEMED NECESSARY.
11. RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF THE PREMISES AND PROPERTY OF THE RENTAL HOME, AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE RENTER OR ANY OF THE RENTER’S GUESTS OR VISITORS. RENTER MAY NOT SUBLET RESIDENCE OR ASSIGN THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT TO ANYONE ELSE. RENTER SHALL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD OWNER FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSS, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES CAUSED BY NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL ACTS OF RENTER OR ANY VISITORS OF RENTER.
12. OCCUPANCY: A TOTAL OF NO MORE THAN TWO PERSONS PER BEDROOM MAY OCCUPY A UNIT. FURTHERMORE, SPECIAL EVENTS, SUCH AS RECEPTIONS, PARTIES, WEDDINGS, REUNIONS, ETC, MAY NOT BE HELD ON THE PREMISES
13. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: TO HOLD THIS RESERVATION, A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT, SIGNED BY RENTER, MUST BE RECEIVED BY (EMAIL HIDDEN) NO LATER THA(URL HIDDEN) ______________________. RENTER’S COPY OF THE EXECUTED AGREEMENT WILL BE RETURNED AT TIME OF CHECK IN OR VIA EMAIL.
14. HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE THE PROPERTY OWNER OR ANY HIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES PROMOTERS, ALL FOR THE PURPOSE HEREIN REFERRED TO AS “RELEASEES,” FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, HIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, ASSIGNS, HEIRS, AND NEXT OF KIN FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELTED TO THE EVENT(S), WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
15. HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES AND EACH OF THEM FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST THEY MAY INCUR ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EVENT(S) WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
16. RENTER AGREES WITH AND SIGNS FOR RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY FOR THEMSELVES AND ANY AND ALL GUESTS THEY ALLOW ON THE PROPERTY.
