Eclectic room with two windows, and a large size closet. It is a single bedroom in my 2 bedroom, one bathroom, apartment. It can fit 2 people, but is probably most comfortable with one! Steps away from Soho, NYU, Noho, and Washington Square Park.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely stay in Jessy's flat this weekend! The room was spacious, clean & nicely decorated. There was an empty wardrobe we could use and an AC unit for those hot summer nights. The room is on the ground floor with the window opening to the street but it wasn't at all loud and we found with the fan going we didn't even notice it at all. Also there are bars on the window so very safe. This is a great location right by loads of restaurants, cafes and bars (brunch is particularly amazing around here!) and also really close to Washington Square park. Jessy was really helpful with sorting out what was quite a last minute reservation and everything went smoothly. Her recommendations for the area were also really helpful! I would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks Jessy :)

Being able to stay in an apartment and not a hotel room was a great experience. The apartment is pretty spacious for New York and considering the location (at the heart of NYU's campus in the Village) the price is fantastic. You'll likely pay $200-$300 for a hotel room in a decent location, so I am so glad I found this place at such a great price. The only thing to be weary about would be the fact that it is a ground floor room and if you want to leave your windows open you can hear people talking right next to you on the other side of the screen almost all night (there are bars on the window, however, so it's not a safety issue). I would recommend this place for anyone looking to live like a local in the Village, shop in SoHo, and be walking distance from a bunch of nightlife. It's probably not for those who are looking for a "family" vacation, but if you're coming to NYC for that then you're better off in a hotel, to be honest. Overall, a great experience. Would stay here again.
