2 BR, 2 BA CONDO – DOWNTOWN – PRICED RIGHT

Located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O’Clock Road in downtown Breckenridge, our Park Place condos are close to the lifts and a short stroll to Main Street. Guests can ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to their condo. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom moderate condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to seven. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and an LCD TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles.

- Parking: 2 outdoor spaces total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.

Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.

The listing was accurate, location was perfect. For the price, this is a tough value to pass up. Would definitely recommend for a small weekend trip.

This condo is in an excellent location, and it is decently outfitted and comfortable. The furniture and finishes aren't NICE per se, but they're adequate. The bedding situation is odd (BR1: Queen + Twin; BR2: Twin + Twin) but the beds are comfortable, and each bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom which is nice. The MAJOR downfall of this unit is that any activity in the unit above is EXTREMELY loud. You will hear people upstairs walking around VERY loudly, in all rooms. If possible, try to get a unit on the top floor (Floor 3) instead.
