The Sunset Watch Upper Level Villa is the perfect place to relax, recover, charge your batteries, and soak in the spectacular sunsets each night.

Sunset Watch’s Lower 1-bedroom also features an atrium den for relaxing after the day’s adventures, catching up on your reading or a private chat.
The king bedroom is outfitted with quality linens and rests beneath a hand-painted mural. Your patio is just beyond the glass sliders in the bedroom area - the beautiful blue sea and an array of islands will be your supreme view. Luxury extends to the bathroom with its double vanity, Jacuzzi with shower, outdoor spa shower and white tiled floor.

Accidental Damage Waiver Policy: We require a $60 non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver fee for all reservations. This fee is in lieu of a damage deposit and covers all minor accidental damage or breakage up to $1000. If damage occurs during a stay, please let us know immediately and it will be paid for by Caribbean Villas Management. This privilege is offered to you as our way of saying thank you for your business. This policy does not cover intentional acts that result in damage, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, or any cause if the Guest fails to report the damage to Caribbean Villas Management before departure. Coverage does not apply to theft or damage of any property owned by or brought onto the premises by a guest. In cases of abuse and malicious damage to rental property the Guest will reimburse Agent and/or Owner the amount of all damage including attorney's fees.
The Accidental Damage Waiver will be applied towards breakage, damage, missing items, additional cleaning for villas left abnormally dirty, long distance calls charged to the telephone, and other charges incurred before, during or after your stay, still outstanding. All normal utilities (except for long distance phone calls or careless or excessive use of property’s utilities) are included in your rental price unless otherwise noted on your rental invoice. You hereby agree to pay Caribbean Villas Management on behalf of the owner of your property the cleaning or replacement costs for all damages to personal property or to the real estate, which may occur as a result of your occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear which exceed the coverage amount. Locked pantries and closets are reserved for the use of the property owner and are not included in this rental. You as the Guest agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that your family and other guests in your party adhere to the rules and regulations affecting your property. All properties are privately owned, so decor, colors and inventories will of course vary. All properties are fully furnished, including an ample supply of bed linens and towels for Guests’ use.
