Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.

This condo is in a great, quiet location, accessible to retail and restaurants. The comfort of the condo is desirable as well with more than adequate living and sleeping space. It is an older condo, however, and is in need of updating.

Customer service was spectacular. Any questions I had, the host service got back to me within minutes. I even forgot a piece of jewelry at the condo after I checked out and was on my trip home. I called and the host service said they would alert the cleaning service. The next day, they called me back and told me they found my jewelry and would mail it! Got to me safe. Definitely appreciated. Nothing too much to complain about in regard to the stay/condo. The decor and appliances are outdated and it's not the most glamorous of a stay. However, the condo in itself is cozy and has a traditional cabin type of feel. Kitchen was stacked with the basic utensils and stove/oven wear, again, nothing special or new. The location is almost perfect. 3 or so minute walk to the nearest ski rental shop, which is just a minute away from the nearest chair lift (Quicksilver lift at bottom of peak 9). 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants. We had 9 people - and everyone fit happily and we never felt crowded. In order to sleep 9, we did have to share some of the beds, but was not a big deal for us. (beds were full or queen size).
