For the most part we enjoyed our stay at this location. It is not right near all the action. It we were comfortably able to walk everywhere even in the rain. Our first night (Thursday) was fine but I would not recommend this location of you are a light sleeper or hope to get a good nights sleep. Both weekend nights we were kept awake by partying in the courtyard until 7 in the morning at which time we heard individuals puking. This has no bearing on the host of course who is not responsible for his neighbors. Some additional issues were an almost complete lack of hot water in the shower, we were not introduced to the other people in the house so we never knew who lived there and has access to our belongings as there was no lock on the door. Again, even with these few items the value was quite good for a city like Dublin, as everything was walkable, the room was clean, we were provided with nice towels, and we had our own private bathroom and could easily access the apartment. All in all the value is great and as long as you know what you are getting into its a great stay.
