We're Kip and Rudy, Living the Life in the DC area and Virginia Beach, loving our family and neighbors and driven by a passion for experiencing life to share our homes and explore the world. Our aesthetic is eclectic with a definite mid-century pull. Kip's core values include Give a Hoot Don't Pollute and he comes from a family that loved themed rooms. These manifest themselves in reclaimed furniture and decorating themes involving ancestry and creative outlets. Rudy's core values include Good Design and Efficiency and he comes from a midwestern family that prizes self sufficiency. These manifest themselves in the organization of our spaces and our building some of our own furniture and fixtures.
