The property is a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment located on the second floor of a 4 unit complex. There is a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and in-unit laundry. The building has a security gate and is on a central, residential Montrose street close to some of the most desirable restaurants and attractions in Houston.
The interior of this vacation rental home is open, and light-filled, with a collection of warm, modern furnishings. The open-concept living and dining rooms flow into one another for easy conversation and hanging out.
The kitchen consists of a gas range, full size refrigerator, and laundry closet. A full set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided for those that prefer to eat in.
The 2 bedrooms are warm and spacious - one queen bed and one king to enjoy a restful night. Each has extra lighting, full length mirror, closet, and the queen bedroom has a desk with printer.
The full bath is cozy and well lit with a makeup counter in the hallway to avoid congestion while getting ready for the day or evening.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment as well as the deck space directly in front of the apartment. The yard space is reserved for the first floor tenants.

This property allows the Guest to check-in without the owner being present. I am available ahead and during your stay to answer any questions. Please communicate using the AirBNB app.
Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of guests.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

Guest who completes the booking must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
Smoking is not permitted on the property.
Pets: Not permitted.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $250 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee.
