This place is very nice, clean and spacious (huge) - very helpful to have two bathrooms for 3 people. It is also well located as it is a short walk to the downtown area of Porec but in a quiet part of town. Our key pick up was easy coming off of the ferry - we were able to pick it up from the travel agency where Denis works from Denis' colleague. The first night we got in we had a few questions for Denis (including that the wifi wasn't working) and he was able to come over to show us a few things and said that he had been talking with the internet company and would be able to bring by a wifi hotspot the following day at noon until the internet company had fixed the wifi. At noon the following day, we could not reach him to get the hotspot. Later that afternoon, the wifi started working, and we let him know, but then 30 minutes later it stopped again and we let him know this too.
It was an area wide wifi stoppage, which was not at all his fault, but it was difficult to spend 3 days waiting on him to bring the solution- the mobile hotspot promised on the first day.
Denis is a very nice man and I think the main issue here was that we were the first guests in this property. I would definitely stay here again as long as I had double checked that the wifi is working (if you are traveling from a country where your phone will not be working in croatia).
Other highlights include the extra long bathtub (for tall people) with great hot water and good water pressure, it's a short walk from the old city, Denis gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation, the beds are comfy, equipped kitchen, safe, A/Cs work well, the balcony is great for drying laundry and there is a washer inside, and there's an awesome key and orthotics shop just downstairs.
