Private room, double bed, bathroom with jet tub in a New Mexican style home - lots of Southwest detailing. 10 minutes to the plaza and galleries, 20 minutes to Taos Ski Valley. 360 degree views with skies forever. Each day brings a new and amazing sky to ponder. Nearby hiking and biking. Quiet, spacious lodging on 1 acre with gardens, patios, BBQ. The house has lots of windows and is filled with bright light throughout the day.
Views - did I mention the views. We're up on Blueberry Hill where you can sit and watch the sun rise, set or anything in between. You can see for miles in all directions. The colors in the sky are always changing in only spectacular ways.
Neighbors are off in the distance, so no feelings of being boxed in. The house is New Mexican style with the wood ceilings, beams in the living room, and Spanish tile floors through out.
We live on an acre of land, so lots of out door space as well. There is a big BBQ - which can accommodate gas OR charcoal on large brick back patio. It's a beautiful and gracious house - you'll really enjoy the serenity of the place. This property is a non-smoking property.

We have one shy cat and so please, no other pets. Also, please, no night owls. This house is not a good fit for people up around the house with lights on, etc. after 11-ish pm. Absolutely no smokers, please.
We have shy cat and so please, no other pets. No other guests aside from the registered guests allowed - so no parties. NO smoking allowed. Otherwise, please enjoy the house!
We are a professional couple who split our time between Taos and San Diego, CA. We love the outdoors, skiing, walking/hiking, and biking. We are big foodies and love wine. I'm also a writer, resilience coach, and astrologer while my guy works in the sustainable seafood world.
We are pretty laid back hosts, and only ask that you not bring other people to the house or make tons of noise. We've both traveled widely and are happy to share stories and conversation, even over a meal or glass of wine if you'd like.
