Located at the corner of Broken Lance Drive and Columbine Road, the Corral at Breckenridge is perfectly situated between the slopes and downtown: just a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Super6 chairlift and all the shops, restaurants and great nightlife on Breck’s Historic Main Street.

Corral at Breckenridge 307E is a large (1,650 square feet, with sleeping for up to 10) deluxe three-bedroom, two-level condo with a bright, open feeling. Because it's a corner unit, it boasts some of the finest views in Breckenridge! Step out onto your private balcony and take in a 180-degree panorama that includes one of Colorado’s legendary “14ers,” Quandary Peak, as well as Peak 9 and Peak 10 of Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Inside, you’ll find comfort, style (top-notch mountain furnishings and appointments throughout) and plenty of space. Upstairs, there’s a master suite, complete with a luxurious, recently remodeled private bath and reading loft. Downstairs, the living area is spectacular: huge windows with great views, plenty of room for the whole gang to gather, a cobblestone gas fireplace and a brand new 46-inch LCD TV to catch the morning snow report.

The kitchen features brand new appliances, maple cabinets and countertops, and a beautiful dining table seats that six (with room for four at the counter). Directions to our Breckenridge Office from Denver for Check-in:
Take I-70 west to exit 203 (CO-9 South). At the top of the exit follow the roundabout to Hwy 9 South towards Breckenridge. Continue 9.6 miles to the second roundabout just as you enter the Town of Breckenridge. Stay on left lane. At the roundabout, proceed straight through the roundabout to access Main Street Breckenridge. Turn right at the second light, Ski Hill Road, and turn immediately left into the first parking lot with a large brown building. You will see "Summit Rentals" on the building sign. Building address is 111 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge. Short term parking is available for check-ins in front of the building. Summit Mountain Rentals is located up the stairs and to your right.

The location of the condo is absolutely perfect! It's literally steps from Main St. Breck and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the free shuttle rides. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the condo. We spent Thanksgiving with another family and having two master suites was exactly what we needed. The main master bedroom is located on the second floor and the secondary master was on the first. A third bedroom with a bunk bed and another twin bed is also located in the main floor which was perfect for the kiddos. A few minor concerns that we had during our stay is that the bedrooms didn't have much window coverings. This became more of a concern at night when you need a dark room to sleep in. The master suite offered a paper thin blind that didn't do much for cover the street light that was beaming right inside the room. It felt like it was daylight all night long so we weren't able to get a decent nights sleep. The heated floors were a nice touch but only seemed to be on at night and definitely off during the day. We had no way of controlling the setting either. The fireplace set a great mood especially after coming home from being out in the snow but the flames in the fireplace were regulated to be at a very low setting. We didn't have access to the gas key so we weren't able to change that setting either. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. So equipped that we were able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner! There's also a gas grill on the patio which we also took advantage of. Overall great stay and would possibly stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! This gorgeous space is so close to Main street and all the shops and restaurants. Everyone enjoyed having a kitchen and their own rooms. The deck, although small, is comfortable and has a nice view of the mountains. Be sure to know your Netflix login information, and you're all set. It was great to be able to open the windows and use the stand up fan we found in the closet to have air circulating at night.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8. There was plenty of room for everyone and our stuff. The kitchen was absolutely wonderful with very nice appliances and dishes. The full size washer and dryer were amazing!! I would definitely recommend this location and the property management company!
