Featured on FYI Network's Tiny House Hunters! Very spacious houseboat with a vaulted ceiling in the main cabin (living room). Sleeps 3 comfortably. Lots of room to move around with a queen size bed in the Captain's Quarters (Bedroom) and a twin bed in the living room that's a day bed. FAQ: Q: Location? A: Mid-Peninsula Downtown Charleston which is roughly 1.5 - 2 miles to the heart of the historic district. A five minute / $6 Uber away or take the bikes! The boats are located downtown in a private marina where our 5-6 boats are slipped & only shared with a large mega-yacht that rents the outside slippage 5 months out of the year. We rent this slippage from Seabreeze Dry Stack Marina (49 Immigration Street). This accommodation is for people looking for peace and tranquility as the setting of the marina is quiet and secluded. You'll have a stunning view of Charleston Harbor and the Ravenel Bridge. Q: How can I see all of your boats for rent? A: You can instant book a 1 night rental if it’s the same day as your reservation OR if you see on our calendar that your date fills a 1 night gap. We handle 1 night reservations on a case-by-case basis depending on availability but can almost always make it work. We will respond to an inquiry within minutes most times, most of the time immediately. Q: Is it comfortable? A: VERY! Our boats are designed with live-aboard / stay-aboard in mind with all the creature comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchens, premium furnishings, updated HVAC, TV, Keurig coffee makers… etc. Q: Any restaurants close by? A: TONS! Some of Charleston’s best are within a mile of the marina. Q: How to book: A: If you don’t have any questions after reading over the FAQ below then simple instant book. If you send an inquiry we’ll respond promptly, if not immediately. Q: Why is the price so different for my dates? A: Airbnb automatically sets our prices based on demand & seasonality. If you don’t search with exact dates Airbnb shows the lowest price throughout the season. Prices range from $99 per night for weekday day-of bookings in January all the way to $499 per night for weekends during peak season summer and everywhere in-between. Q: Bathroom… explain! A: The boat is equipped with an apartment sized (12 gallon) water heater ensuring you get hot water throughout the boat. You'll always have enough hot water to enjoy a 10 - 15 minute shower. The boat has a full sized marine toilet that is easy to use as long as you follow our simple instructions. Q: Heat? Air Conditioning? A: Our boats are equipped with BOTH ample Heat & Air Conditioning. No matter the time of year you can be assured that you will be staying in a climate controlled & comfortable environment. Q: Can we take the boats out & drive them? A: No. We don’t carry any insurance for bareboat charters but we do offer captained Charters on specific boats which are really fun! Charters include sightseeing in Downtown harbor, sunset cruises, full hay & ½ day cruises, special moments like engagements, or anything else you can think of. All charter requests are handled via inquiry & paid through Airbnb as part of your stay. Q: Can I check-in earlier than 4 or Checkout later than 10? A: We will do our best. Most days there’s someone checking in the same day there’s a checkout but we try & go above and beyond if this is requested. Q: Can we fish from the dock or boats? A: Absolutely! We ask that you fish either from the side or front of the vessel & stay clear of the props so your line doesn’t get prop/shaft wrapped. Fishing from the dock is also allowed as long as you mind the props of the vessels. You can easily get a fishing license from the DNR online. We operate on the honor system & don’t check for licenses but ask that you support the local DNR & pay the small fee to make it legal. We don’t supply fishing equipment & keep in mind there are no tackle shops in Downtown Charleston. Shrimp from the local Q: What to expect that's different than a hotel? A: It's a boat, it is a unique FUN experience. There may be noises and smells that you'd expect from a boat. Pumps, motors, ocean water, etc. Every boat is broken the day it hits the water, especially salt water. We take great care of our fleet but we expect guests to tell us if anything isn’t working properly & we will PROMPTLY respond & repair. Q: Waves? A: The marina has a sea wall which dilutes any waves. We are also lucky enough to be tucked behind Drum Island at the base of the Ravenel Bridge. which dilutes almost all the waves from the harbor. There is still a small amount of wave action and you'll feel a slight rock from time-to-time, mostly from boats passing by who don’t respect the no wake zone (feel free to yell at them & shake your first while doing so). If there's a bad storm or the wave action gets to a point that your stay is no longer enjoyable, we will do our best (no guarantees) to work out alternative accommodations for you as we have multiple condos Downtown for landlubbers. Your comfort is our top priority. 99% of the time the marina is almost totally flat and calm. We also keep dramamine on the dock incase anyone experiences sea sickness. Q: Will you reduce your price? A: No(ISH)... Maybe, but unlikely. Don’t expect a price reduction unless it’s the slow season & you’re messaging about days within 1-4 days of check-in or you’re looking for a long-term stay in the off season (see next “Q”). If you message us with a booking that somewhat fits the criteria above & tell us a budget we can try & work with you on one of our 6 boats. “Will you reduce the price of a weekend booking a month away” will always be a “no”. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: We have done long term rentals in the past. From March 1 - October 30 the boats are rented at a 90% occupancy rate so the monthly rate is only slightly reduced compared to the daily rate (around 20%). From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay & which vessel you’re interested in. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we have anything that could work. Q: Smoking? A: On the outside only & please be responsible. Kindly don’t light the boat on fire. Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $75 pet fee is applied for those who travel with pets. If you have a service dog & try to circumvent the pet fee be prepared to present FULL documentation. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Q: You charge extra for more than 2 adults, do my kids count? A: Any child over the age of 13 is considered an adult & needs to be represented in the booking inquiry as an additional guest. Q: Is the marina safe? A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance & in the 3 years we’ve been here we’ve never had any sort of issue. We share an entrance with the port authority which has a 24/7 guarded gate. You turn into the marina before the guarded gate but it scares off any would-be pests. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off East Bay which is one of the main roads in Downtown Charleston. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. The marina is only us & we’re here daily looking over the fleet. Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed. Q: Parking? A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly 50-70 yards. Q: Can I trailer my small boat & side-tie it to the boat I rented? A: You can bring your boat but it must be arranged with the marina & there’s nowhere to park a trailer. There’s also nowhere close by to slip the boat so do your research on boat landings. The marina will charge you small fee (roughly $40 - $60 nightly) to wet-slip the boat. Q: Space & Comfort? A: You'll find the layout of the boat extremely spacious and comfortable. The bed is a Queen (ish) size. Queen with slight modifications to fit the space. The shower is tall and comfortable for anyone 6’4” & under. Q: I have a non-profit, will you donate a free stay to my gala? A: I’m sure your cause is worthy, but we get this request far too often so we must decline. Q: I’m a blogger / photographer / ninja trainer… will you barter? A: No. Please don’t ask. We don’t pay our slip rent with your blog posts. Q: Will you partner with my local company or buy my advertising? A: We get penalized through Airbnb if we don’t respond to all inquiries which means we must respond to your spam. You won’t like our message so don’t send it. Q: Will this be the best vacation I’ve ever had and should I book now? A: Without a doubt.
Extremely safe and private marina in downtown Charleston. The entrance to the marina is shared with the Port Authority which has a 24/7 guard. There is a train which blocks the road to the marina leading into the port authority but it only comes 1-2X per day. Sometimes it can block the roadway for up to 20 minutes but that is infrequent.

This rental is a two story villa and an incredibly serene and relaxing space. On the first floor there is a small kitchenette, large living area with pull out sofa, and half bath. The kitchenette includes a full size fridge, toaster oven, microwave, pots & pans, dinnerware, basic cooks tools, and a stove top with two burners. There is no traditional oven or dishwasher. There is a dining table for two but no formal dining area. Sleep comfortably in the king size bed upstairs and enjoy the peaceful natural light that beams through the windows surrounding the entire second floor.
This property is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood, which is considered the "Gateway to the Peninsula". Along the Spring Street and Cannon Street corridor are local restaurants, flower shops, bakeries, and small boutiques.

Located in the quiet Wagener Terrace Neighborhood in downtown Charleston just about a 3-5 minute drive (or short bike ride) from Upper King, amazing restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous 76 acre Hampton Park is right around the corner as well as the Citadel Military College and the Ashley River. Our local Charleston farmer's market at Marion Square is just over a mile and half away along with many historic sites. Everything downtown is very convenient and easily accessible by car, taxi, pedicab, or bike. Uber is now alive and well in Charleston. Feel free to bring your own bikes or I can recommend some nearby bike rental companies.

    Cute studio guest house located in the historic and charming Old Village area of Mount Pleasant. Location is spectacular between downtown & the beach. Not only are you 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from downtown, you are walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. The entire studio is private. Features hardwood floors and an updated bathroom. Shared backyard has great shade and an area to sit and relax.
    This property is adjacent to my other listing (1BD in Charming Neighborhood w/ Elevated Patio) which sleeps 4. If you need an additional unit, check out my other listing for availability. I do not allow pets, but there are pets on the property and in the other units. You can expect to see friendly dogs, cats, and lots of birds enjoying the back yard. Fish and a turtle can sometimes be seen in the pond. Please do not allow any pets inside the unit during your stay. Plates, silverware, pots & pans, napkins, and other dining essentials are provided for you. Towels, shampoo, & conditioner are also provided. TV is equipped with local channels (availability subject to antenna strength and weather) and Netflix.
    Old Mt. Pleasant is a safe, charming, quiet neighborhood with a unique historic district and waterfront parks. It is a walkable, bike and golf-cart friendly neighborhood which is very accessible to downtown Charleston and the beach. Grocery stores and top restaurants are within walking distance. 10 minutes to downtown. 5 minutes to Sullivan's Island beach. 20 minutes to the airport.

    Perfect for a large family! Just three blocks away from upper King Street, the new epicenter of the city's renowned restaurant and nightlife district. Enjoy some of Charleston's best local dining with The Rarebit, Fuel, The Ordinary, Warehouse, and The Grocery all located within 3 blocks of the rental. Our wonderful cultural city also offers galleries, museums, gorgeous churches, carriage tours, great shopping (all within 1 block), and the beach is just 15 minutes away.
    Guests enter on the main floor. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one with a Queen size bed. Downstairs there is a twin size trundle bed that sleeps two in two twins. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area on the main floor. The kitchen and living area are on the main floor. The kitchen includes a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dinnerware, pots & pans, and basic cooks tools. The living area is sunken. We like to point out that there are two bathrooms, none of which are on the main floor. There is a bathroom upstairs and on the ground floor. We also like to make our guests aware that the stairs in this rental are SPIRAL stairs.
    Our rental is located in the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood which is considered the "Gateway to the Peninsula". The streets of this neighborhood have a great energy and youthfulness. If you message us with a booking that somewhat fits the criteria above & tell us a budget we can try & work with you on one of our 6 boats. “Will you reduce the price of a weekend booking a month away” will always be a “no”. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: We have done long term rentals in the past. From March 1 - October 30 the boats are rented at a 90% occupancy rate so the monthly rate is only slightly reduced compared to the daily rate (around 20%). From November through February we’re much more flexible depending on length of stay & which vessel you’re interested in. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if we have anything that could work. Q: Smoking? A: On the outside only & please be responsible. Kindly don’t light the boat on fire. Q: Do you allow pets? A: You bet! We ask that dogs not be puppies, don’t scratch at doors, and don’t bark incessantly while you’re away. The boats are close together & a non-stop barking dog isn’t appreciated. We DEEP clean the boats after pets stay aboard due to future guests’ possible allergies so a $75 pet fee is applied for those who travel with pets. If you have a service dog & try to circumvent the pet fee be prepared to present FULL documentation. Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the boats so the other guests can enjoy their stay. Q: You charge extra for more than 2 adults, do my kids count? A: Any child over the age of 13 is considered an adult & needs to be represented in the booking inquiry as an additional guest. Q: Is the marina safe? A: VERY. We have 24/7 surveillance & in the 3 years we’ve been here we’ve never had any sort of issue. We share an entrance with the port authority which has a 24/7 guarded gate. You turn into the marina before the guarded gate but it scares off any would-be pests. The parking lot & dock is well lit & the marina is right off East Bay which is one of the main roads in Downtown Charleston. All boats lock from inside & you can padlock the door when you leave if you wish to lock up your belongings. The marina is only us & we’re here daily looking over the fleet. Q: Handicap accessible? A: No. You'll need to get on the boat which requires a 1-2' step and there are steps on the boat. The deck stairs are steep and you'll need to be sure footed. Q: Parking? A: Yes, you can park your car. Since it’s a small private marina the walk to the parking lot from the boat is only roughly 50-70 yards. Q: Can I trailer my small boat & side-tie it to the boat I rented? A: You can bring your boat but it must be arranged with the marina & there’s nowhere to park a trailer. There’s also nowhere close by to slip the boat so do your research on boat landings. The marina will charge you small fee (roughly $40 - $60 nightly) to wet-slip the boat. Q: Space & Comfort? A: You'll find the layout of the boat extremely spacious and comfortable. The bed is a Queen (ish) size. Queen with slight modifications to fit the space. The shower is tall and comfortable for anyone 6’4” & under. Q: I have a non-profit, will you donate a free stay to my gala? A: I’m sure your cause is worthy, but we get this request far too often so we must decline. Q: I’m a blogger / photographer / ninja trainer… will you barter? A: No. Please don’t ask. We don’t pay our slip rent with your blog posts. Q: Will you partner with my local company or buy my advertising? A: We get penalized through Airbnb if we don’t respond to all inquiries which means we must respond to your spam. You won’t like our message so don’t send it. Q: Will this be the best vacation I’ve ever had and should I book now? A: Without a doubt.
    Extremely safe and private marina in downtown Charleston. The entrance to the marina is shared with the Port Authority which has a 24/7 guard. There is a train which blocks the road to the marina leading into the port authority but it only comes 1-2X per day. Sometimes it can block the roadway for up to 20 minutes but that is infrequent.

We offer the ex room and media as extra bedroom.
    Permit # OP2019-00514 First note. This is 5 Rooms NOT the Entire House. There has been some confusion about that. We do live here too, and are also upstairs, but on the other side of the house. So you may see us walk up the stairs when going to bed . Your den is an open room, so you may see us walk by that room twice a day. We have had many requests for 4 people to stay. This is fine, but I just want to let you know that there is 1 bathroom. I have a twin bed in the exercise room and the a twin in the theater, or I could use a queen size elevated blow up beds for 2 rooms. If you are ok with that, then welcome all. We are located 10 minutes to Charleston the Holy City and only 2 minutes to Folly Beach, on a 1,000 acre Wetland reserve. We are walking distance to a Brew pub, called The Barrel (only craft beer), and a Tex Mex restaurant called Tattooed Senorita. Very easy drive to downtown, just 2 roads. Folly road, then onto route 30 which takes you straight into downtown. We are 25 minutes from the airport. Uber and Lyft are everywhere here, and is $10 to downtown, and $4 to the beach. In addition to your bedroom, you also have access to a private deck, PRIVATE BATH, covered porch (with hammocks) and a den, complete with a TV, wine cooler (which you have unlimited wine for no cost) , wet bar and a full size (fully stocked) fridge and kitchenette. In the kitchenette I have a toaster oven, microwave, fridge, sink, kuerig coffee maker and toaster, with dishes, silverware, etc. There is no cooktop. There is also a laundry in your area for your use. We do share the stairway only. If motivated, a fully equipped exercise room next to your room is available, and after a long day, relax in your Jacuzzi tub (in your private bath). All 5 rooms Plus the Media Room is all yours. This is a single bedroom suite, with 3 additional rooms. I have had many requests for more beds, so in each additional room there are also beds. Not to be confused with 4 bedrooms. I have another bed in the exercise room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom, and also in the media room. Parents love having babies stay in the media/theater room with it's soundproofed walls and blackout curtains. Relax on your private deck with some wine and take in the gorgeous marsh sunsets. Or nap away the afternoon on a hammock on the covered porch. For the more active vacationers, you have access to walk the acres of protected salt marsh, right in your back yard. You may choose to bike the two miles to folly beach, or take a 3 mile hike on the marsh lined nature trail, one block away(URL HIDDEN)try to provide anything you may need for your stay. I give you bath salts for the Jacuzzi, bathroom supplies, beach towels and beach chairs with books. I also will provide complimentary , wine, cereal, bagels, juice, milk, coffee, tea, and fresh muffins. Don't worry, there is no additional charge for any of this. The full size fridge in your suite is fully stocked but still has plenty of room to bring your favorite goodies. Don't worry, if mother nature steps in and ruins your outdoor plans, we can set you up in our unique home theatre. Imagine watching the game on a 10 foot screen. , and all movie channels thru Directv . We also have over 600 movies available for your watching pleasure. If you have a third guest/ child we change the exercise room to a second bedroom, and the media to a third bedroom. We have 2 twin beds or queen inflatable for your use in those extra rooms if needed. We do an Airbnb experience that is called Walk, play with anteaters, a kinkajou, bunnies, turtles and tortoises.     This is the most charming little two-story guest house with a private courtyard, parking and kitchen located in the Old Village . 3 minute walk to the beginning of the Cooper River Bridge Run. King size bed upstairs. Adorable full kitchen with stove, sink, fridge. Tiny very functional bathroom. Close to parks, restaurants. 5 Minutes to the beautiful beach on Sullivan's Island and 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston. Truly a Gem. Private and in a very quiet neighborhood.
    This space is so cute. It may be small but with French doors open to the courtyard you get a wonderful feeling of bringing the outdoors in. Nice table and chairs in the courtyard. Perfect for dining outdoors. The bathroom is tiny but has everything you need. Fresh towels, Beach towels, Soap and Hairdryer are provided. The living room has a small comfortable sofa and two upholstered chairs. A built-in desk with chair and plugs and wifi if you have a bit of work to do. There is a little drop-leaf table with two chairs if you prefer to dine inside.
    This neighborhood is charming...just a couple of blocks away from Charleston Harbor. Gorgeous Historic houses just a few minutes walk. Fun to ride the bikes down to Alhambra Hall to watch the ships come in. Safe to walk around or home from one of the great restaurants on Coleman Blvd. or Shem Creek.

  • Katherine est le nec plus ultra de l'hospitalité. C'est le genre de personne avec qui j'aurais pu m'asseoir et parler toute la journée. Le chalet est chéri avec juste assez d'espace pour deux. Dans la chambre, j'avais l'impression d'être dans une cabane dans les arbres. Il faisait exceptionnellement froid quand nous y étions, donc nous n'avons pas pu vraiment profiter du plein air, mais de la table, vous pouvez voir ses jardins qui sont magnifiques. Un cadre magnifique.

    Welcome to our apartment it's a great one, 3 blocks off of King St. A short walk to the great food, entertainment, shopping, and historic buildings of Charleston. If you want to drive 15 mins to a beach, we have off street private parking. Convenience store across the street! The apartment is currently unfurnished. Wecan furnish the apartment for a yearly or 6 month rental. Off street parking comes with the stay in beautiful downtown Charleston.
    This is a classical architectural Charleston single home built in circa 1860. Ideally located in downtown charleston, about center of the peninsula. It is a small two story brick building with the narrow side of the apartment facing the street. The long covered porch with haint blue ceilings is the perfect way to enjoy the moderate temperatures of the fall, winter and spring. Apartment A has a keyless entry with a combination to access the home, enabling you to arrive late if you need. There is a kitchen and dining nook on the first floor along with a powder room for guests. There is a private master bedroom upstairs with closet, full bath and a washing and drying machine. We do also have Wifi and touring information.

    Charming Old Village townhouse with great outdoor space to enjoy low country living at it's finest! Minutes to Shem Creek (1.7 miles), downtown Charleston (7 miles from the historic market downtown) and the beach (2.5 miles to Sullivan’s Island). It is perfect for couples, families with kids, family and friend gatherings. We want to make our guests feel like their are at their home away from home.
    Our two story townhouse has three separate bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people (1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin pull out couch, 1 couch, and 1 queen air mattress available) and two bathrooms, complete with toiletries and towels. It can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
    The Old Village is an established, quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Guests often see neighbors cruising around on golf carts and "just enjoying life" as our grandmother Ida would say! The neighborhood is full of wonderful neighbors who may say "hello" to welcome you.

    Perfectly situated between Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston our newly renovated home is the best location for those wanting to explore Charleston. The home is part of a duplex. There is 1 Bedroom with a queen bed, a queen-size pull-out bed in the living room and 1 bathroom. There is a small kitchenette in the living area. Enjoy a small patio with two adirondack chairs. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway.
    Our space is cute, clean, modern and also compact. The same size as a small 1 BDR apartment or studio we recommend our space for couples. The sofa in the living area pulls-out into a queen bed. We like our guests to have a heads-up that when pulled out the sofa bed makes the walkway to the bathroom a tighter space. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware, utensils, coffee, and tea. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, hand-towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. The shower is a stand-up only; there is no tub in the bathroom. The living area has a Roku enabled TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other apps already logged in for your enjoyment. Cable TV is also available. My daughter Renae and her boyfriend Brad cohost my house. They have 2 other Airbnb's in Charleston and will be the contact person with you during your stay. They are very familiar with both Charleston and Airbnb hosting and are happy to help with recommendations, information, and answer any questions you might have.
    The house is located in a residential area on James Island. We are situated about 6 miles to Folly Beach in one direction and 6 miles to Downtown Charleston in the other direction.

    This is on a dead in street in the heart of Mt Pleasant. There is not a lot of traffic on my street and is very peaceful. The space is close to everything! -5 minutes from Sullivan’s Island and the beach -5 minutes to Shem Creek and local night life and bars -15 minutes from Isle of Palms -12 minutes from Downtown Charleston -5 minutes from the Pitt St Bridge/Park -3 minutes from Publix and other grocery stores.

    Welcome to a vacation getaway in an ideal Mt. Pleasant location that is just a few minutes' drive to Sullivan's Island beach, major eateries, and supermarkets. Also, the famous Shem Creek & Marina, which offers kayaking, paddle boating, and waterfront restaurants, is about a mile away. Historic Downtown Charleston is a ten minute drive.
    This space is a large apartment attached to our house but separate from our residence. It has a private entrance and no one except the guest has access to the unit. It also has a private parking spot directly in front of the unit. Such convenience leads to easy in-and-out access and has none of the hassle of off-street parking. The apartment itself, ideal for solo adventurers, couples, or small families, has two floors, each with its own full bath. The first floor is divided into a sitting area with a TV and a fully stocked kitchenette. The spacious second floor bedroom, also with a full bath and TV, has a comfortable queen size bed, a love seat, and plenty of storage space in a large closet. While a central thermostat controls the temperature of the entire house, be assured that I keep the space quite cool in the summer and nice and warm in the winter months. You’ll love Kate’s Place because of the coziness, the prime location, and the quiet! Amenities: The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, stove top and air fryer convection oven, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker with an appropriate number of pods. Plates, silverware, pots & pans, napkins, and other dining essentials are also provided for you. Each full bath is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Free wifi and basic cable. Washer and Dryer in unit. In addition to a ceiling fan on each floor, there is all a box fan in the bedroom for those who sleep with a fan. Guests will be supplied with essentials for a short stay, though for longer stays, guests can turn to Publix and CVS, which are just a stone’s throw away. The Shore: We are super close to the region’s most popular beaches! Sullivan’s Island Beach is a short drive away. Or bring your own bikes and pedal through an adjacent neighborhood that spills out onto the bike path down to the beach. The Isle of Palms Beach, to the north, is a ten minute drive. Directly to the south is Folly Beach, rife with shopping and eateries. Each beach has free off-street parking. You are responsible for your own beach towels and beach gear! Check-In and Check-Out: You may self-check in any time after 2 pm on the day of your arrival. You will be provided a unique door code prior to your arrival. Check-out is no later than 11 am. Attention Boat Owners: The front half of our property has an extra-wide drive where, for a fee, a boat can be stored. Occupancy: This unit is set up for two adults . For an additional fee, two other adults can stay, using a foam memory mattress that is available to position on either floor. Since no more than four adults can stay in this unit, there is a $150.00 fee for unannounced and unverified overnight guests. We promise a clean, safe, and quiet environment, and we invite guests who value the same.   • Nous avons voyagé comme une famille de 4 avec nos 5 et 7 ans. L'emplacement (et la vue) est imbattable, il est facile de se rendre à pied à la plage, aux magasins et aux restaurants (notre préféré était Acme Lowcountry Kitchen). Mes enfants ont adoré le terrain de jeu public juste à côté du complexe. Très proche de Harris Teeter. L'unité était incroyablement propre et organisée. L’animateur a mis beaucoup de soin et de minutie en fournissant des articles de base (sacs à ordures, kleenex, papier hygiénique, essuie-tout, produits de nettoyage, aérosol de cuisine et articles de toilette pour la douche), de nombreux crochets supplémentaires pour suspendre les maillots de bain et les serviettes mouillés, et étiqueter les armoires de cuisine pour pouvoir tout trouver facilement. L'hôte était rapide pour répondre à toutes les questions et a touché la base le jour d'arrivée. Le seul petit inconvénient d'un séjour autrement parfait (et j'aurais dû le remarquer sur les photos) est que le lit superposé ne dispose pas d'échelle pour se rendre au sommet de la couchette, de sorte que nos enfants ne peuvent ni se lever ni se coucher seuls. raison pour laquelle nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser.   • L'espace est petit mais il vient bien approvisionné et le propriétaire était très hospitalier. La propriété est dans un excellent emplacement avec beaucoup à faire. La vie nocturne de la région manque un peu, mais il y a de bons bars sur l'île. La proximité de la plage est de loin le meilleur atout de cet endroit. Le condo est seulement séparé de la plage par une promenade de 30 secondes et une porte de sécurité (pour laquelle le code vous est donné). Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

    Our townhouse has 2 private bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed, and a daybed with trundle in the sunroom.     I'm offering my bedroom as a place to sleep and enjoy Charleston. It is clutter free with it's own private bathroom. Nothing fancy. New pillowtop queen bed and new pillows. You are welcome to the living room space with a smart tv and kitchen. Generally, treat the place as your own for the stay. There is also a saltwater pool. Ten to fifteen minutes from downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms. Be sure to read the entire profile.
    My description says it is all. A clean, well lighted place to sleep at night and relax during the day. I live simply, am as accommodating as possible, and love meeting new people. Traveling makes the world go around. Everyone should have a safe and comfortable place to stay.
    The neighborhood is very safe. Mt. Pleasant is in its own little bubble. There are no safety concerns. There are 3 grocery stores within a few miles and several coffees shops close by.

  • Quel hôte incroyable meilleur de loin! Wesley était extrêmement accueillant et nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Très bien situé à la plage à seulement 15 minutes! Le lit était très confortable oreillers, matelas et draps de lit plus c'est toujours un avantage de passer une bonne nuit de sommeil!   • Cette valeur ne peut pas être battue. Megan est un hôte fantastique. Elle était extrêmement sensible et la maison était exactement comme décrit. L'emplacement est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de King Street, qui abrite une tonne d'excellents restaurants et bars. L'emplacement est vraiment dans une zone embourgeoisée, vous pouvez donc hésiter à vous promener la nuit, mais c'est un endroit très sûr et magnifique à explorer pendant la journée si vous marchez vers l'ouest. Le seul inconvénient de notre séjour était une odeur de moisi autour de la maison, peut-être à cause de l'âge. De toute évidence, cela ne suffisait pas pour nous empêcher de donner cinq étoiles.

L'emplacement était parfait - juste assez proche pour aller au coeur du centre-ville, mais dans une rue calme, loin de l'agitation et du stress, où vous pouvez simplement vous détendre et avoir du temps libre.   • INCROYABLE! Tout était parfait! Super propre lit, très confortable, les draps les plus doux que nous ayons jamais dormi sur, dans l'unité laveuse et sécheuse et un grand parking. L'unité a beaucoup de caractère, il sentait vraiment comme à la maison. Un endroit idéal pour séjourner, surtout pour plus d'une nuit. L'emplacement était génial - assez proche de King et beaucoup de grands restaurants. Meg était très sympathique et très instructif!
