This is a peaceful eco studio apartment perched above the pristine white sands and crystal clear waters at Hyams Beach. Ideal for couples, this new stand alone studio has a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, free WiFi and a 55" 4K TV. The deck is north facing with extensive water views. It is literally two minutes walk from the beach and the beginning of the White Sands Walk. It captures warm sun in winter and cool afternoon breezes in summer.
Hyams Beach Eco Cottage is solar powered, uses solar hot water and rainwater for the washing machine and toilet, doing its bit to preserve the beautiful environment in which it is set. For the more active guests you have access to the Scribbly Gum and White Sands walking tracks in beautiful Jervis Bay National Park. You don't have to go far to enjoy the wildlife with birds feeding on the deck and kangaroos visiting the property regularly. The Hyams Beach Cafe/Restaurant is a short walk away.

    A cosy and original Hyams beach cottage, this home is perfectly designed for a couple or young family. Nestled back from the road, it is close to the beach and walking tracks. Where will I be? Acacia Cottage is located on the upper northern side of Tulip Street, close to Chinaman's Beach and the White Sands coastal walk. Why choose Acacia Cottage? This cute cottage makes great use of space. It is comfortably decorated with a great yard and deck. Sit back and enjoy the views to Jervis Bay. How is the property laid out? Acacia Cottage has open plan living kitchen, lounge and dining. Both the kitchen and bathroom are new with bathroom having heat lamps and bath. Cosily decorated, this cottage would suit a family with children.With two single beds at the end of the dining room and a queen bedroom adjoining, this cottage makes efficient and stylish use of space without feeling too small. The deck runs along the front of the house and has views of Jervis Bay. Please note that Naturally Hyams does not have a washing machine or clothes dryer. What about outdoors? Acacia Cottage has a large enclosed yard with a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting. The front deck is a very livable space, with seating to enjoy spectacular views of the bay or star gazing at night. Keeping warm or keeping cool?! Acacia Cottage can be opened up to allow the summer breeze in and the bedroom has a ceiling fan for the extra hot nights. A gas heater is supplied for the cooler months. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Yes, linen is supplied at Acacia Cottage. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels! Parking for cars, boats etc? Acacia Cottage has off street parking for one or two cars, plus a covered car port for one car. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Acacia Cottage is not pet friendly.     Rowse House is a casual and comfortable holiday home in a prime location - across the road from a park, with great views from both levels of Jervis Bay and beautiful Chinaman's Beach! Sleeping 9 people across 4 bedrooms, this double storey, somewhat classic beach house home is a great option for your holiday! PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT SUPPLY SHEETS AND TOWELS. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN OR WE WILL GIVE YOU HIRE OPTIONS IN A PRE-ARRIVAL EMAIL SENT 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.
    Where will I be? Across the road from the only park in Hyams Beach and with lovely views across the bay and down to Chinaman's Beach, Rowse House can't be beaten for location. The Hyams Beach Cafe and your pick of three beaches are also within easy walking distance. You are on the prime waterfront strip of Cyrus Street, with no other houses in front. If that wasn't enough, Booderee National Park and the nearby towns of Huskisson and Vincentia are only a short drive away! Why choose Rowse House? Built and owned by the same family since 1951, Rowse House has been a labour of love over the years, and retains much of it original, casual and comfortable charm. It is an older style home but a solid 'crowd favourite'. Sit back and enjoy the ocean views from the lovely deck or upstairs balcony, or let the kids run around in the spacious backyard. How is the property laid out? Entry to Rowse House is from the rear. On the downstairs level is a bedroom with a double bed, the kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a combined bathroom/laundry and separate toilet. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms: one with two single beds, the second with one double bed and one single bed, and the third with a queen bed. Two of the upstairs bedrooms access a balcony with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. There is also a bathroom on the second level. What about outdoors? The front deck is fully fenced and accessible via the open plan living area. There is a large backyard with a washing line and plenty of space for some cricket! Please keep in mind if you are bringing your furry friends that the yard is not fully fenced. Staying warm or keeping cool?! There are heaters at Rowse House for cooler months, and a pedestal fan for the summer. You can also open the windows and the doors to catch an ocean breeze. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Rowse House does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by the guest or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths. Parking for cars? There is plenty of off-street parking. The driveway is to the right of the house and can comfortably accommodate 3 cars. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Rowse House is a pet friendly home!     Minke Cottage is an original,fully restored Fishermans cottage built in 1926. Located 1 min walk to Hyams beach which boasts the whitest sands in the world & regular visits by Dolphins. Winter is the best time for Whale spotting in the Bay. The cottage is fully furnished & includes all the amenities that you will require for your stay ( with the exclusion of beach towels ). As the cottage has only one bedroom it is not suitable for children or pets. We would highly recommend the local Beach cafe
    Guests are welcome to use all spaces including the BBQ area and deck spaces .
    We highly recommend a visit to the local cafe ( Hyams Beach Cafe ) which offers great breakfasts,lunches & dinner.

    Located within walking distance to the local beaches and the cafe, this relaxed cottage is in a quiet street bordering the National Park. This comfortable 3 bedroom cottage accommodates up to 6 people. Great for the family with a large rear yard or for just a quiet getaway for two.
    Where will I be?  Sandlines is located at the northern end of Hyams Beach, close to Boat Ramp beach and the White Sands Walk which takes you through the national park to Vincentia. It is an amble down to the main beach and Hyams Beach Cafe. Why choose Sandlines?  Sandlines has a large lovely backyard that backs on to the bush. Having a BBQ on the back deck is an ideal way to relax and absorb the beautiful bush surrounds. How is the property laid out?  There are three bedrooms, a queen with TV, a double and a bunk room, all with built ins. The bathroom and toilet have recently been renovated with a separate additional toilet located in the bathroom. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and lead onto the back deck which overlooks the fantastic backyard and the bush beyond. The laundry is off the deck. What about outdoors?  A large covered deck complete with a gas BBQ allows for all day relaxing. Staying warm or keeping cool?!  Sandlines is complete with three pedestal fans and electric heaters. There is also a gas heater in the living room for winter months. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sandlines does supply linen, though please remember to bring your own beach towels! Parking for cars?  There is off street parking in the driveway for two cars. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sandlines is not pet friendly.   • Fantastique maison de plage à seulement 100 mètres de la plage de Hyams. L'enregistrement a été super facile. Parfait pour une escapade d'un week-end, avec un barbecue et une terrasse extérieure. Ajouter quelques éléments peu coûteux ferait certainement briller cet endroit, comme un sèche-cheveux, des serviettes de plage, la mise à niveau des oreillers ou le stockage de quelques petits équipements comme du thé / café, du sucre, des tapis de bain supplémentaires, du shampoing et du revitalisant.   • Cette maison est incroyable, assez de place pour toute la famille en Australie le week-end, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage, mais aussi avec le Forrest dans le jardin où nous avons eu de très bons visiteurs le matin et le soir, au moins 5 kangourous à différentes occasions. étaient là, mes enfants ont adoré! Aussi kookaburras et roi perroquets! Va certainement revenir!

  • C'était un séjour génial! À quelques minutes à pied de Hyams Beach et de Chinaman's Beach, absolument époustouflantes et propices à la plongée avec tuba. Nous avons repéré une immense raie manta à une vingtaine de mètres de la côte. La maison elle-même est spacieuse, propre et le porche arrière fait face à la brousse. Nous étions là-bas en basse saison - il n'y avait pratiquement aucun bruit autre que le vent dans les arbres et les cris des oiseaux (nous avons repéré des loriquets, des rosellas et des kookaburras). Bien que nous ayons vu des traces de kangourous dans la région, nous n’avons repéré personne. Les habitants nous ont dit qu’il n’était pas rare de les voir. L'emplacement de la maison dans la baie de Jervis est également très bon - de nombreuses attractions (Huskisson, Murray's Beach ...) sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. Nous reviendrons sûrment !

  • La maison est parfaite pour 2 couples ou une grande famille. C'est très proche de la plage et nous avons eu quelques sympathiques kangourous dans le jardin arrière, ce qui a été une expérience formidable pour mes amis qui étaient la première fois en Australie. La cuisine est bien équipée et le barbecue était merveilleux.

Idéal pour une famille s’en tirer et assez grand pour notre groupe de 8 adultes et 4 petits enfants. Jervis Bay Rental a été rapide pour répondre à nos demandes de chaises hautes et de lits bébés et tout était là quand nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et le recommandons sans hésiter.

  • Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Escape, les hôtes n'aurait pas pu être plus accommodant et la propriété était magnifiquement présentée. La maison est proche des plages Hyams et Chinamans qui sont tout aussi belles et les vues depuis le balcon sont magnifiques, nous avons même vu des dauphins jouer tout en prenant notre café du matin. La maison était propre. bien rangé et tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plus, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner. Sophie

  • Immaculé. Meilleur emplacement à côté des plages de sable blanc et des promenades. Belle vue sur le lever du soleil. Tout était vierge et très haut de gamme - stores électriques. Tout le confort moderne - A / C, ventilateurs et WIFI. Nous avons adoré notre séjour - un week-end reposant avec nos 10 semaines Excellente communication et de nombreux conseils locaux. Nous avons même attrapé un départ tardif! Recommande fortement.

It is perfect for one or two couples, or a small family. Where will I be? Mary's Place is located half way up Bayview Avenue in a lovely, elevated position. It is nestled amongst native trees and has distant views to Jervis Bay from the side deck. It is an easy walk down Bayview Avenue to the white sands of Hyams Beach, or along Cyrus Street to the Hyams Beach Cafe. Why choose Mary's Place? Mary's Place is modern, very well appointed, and has everything you could possibly need for your holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped.The house also has lovely outside areas including a large day bed which makes the perfect spot to relax and read. How is the property laid out? Mary's Place is set over one level which encompasses a side deck, rear entertainment area with barbecue, kitchen, dining and lounge, separate laundry, shared bathroom and two queen bedrooms. An outside shower is also located downstairs. What about outdoors? Mary's Place has a large deck that wraps around the eastern side of the house. It connects to a rear courtyard and entertaining area with gas BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. This rear courtyard catches lovely sun and offers good seclusion. The property also has large lawn areas. Staying warm or keeping cool?! Mary's Place is equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms and an electric heater in the living room What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Linen and bath towels are provided at Mary's Place. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels. Parking for cars, boats etc? 2 cars can easily park in the driveway which is off the street in front of the house with stairs leading up to the side deck. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Please be aware that the De Longhi coffee machine as pictured in the photos above is no longer in the kitchen. A Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine is available for use. WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email.   • Cette douce maison est située à quelques pas de la plage de Hyam. L'un des parkings de la plage est juste en face du bas de la route - c'est littéralement à 3 minutes à pied du sable. Maison a tout le confort moderne, y compris un excellent wifi. Cuisine complète et grand frigo. Salle de douche / toilette et laveuse sécheuse. La véranda est belle l'après-midi et le soir, pour attraper la brise de mer. Grands lits confortables. Beaucoup d'oiseaux très sympathiques nous ont rendu visite tous les jours. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

    Unwind in stylish comfort! This tastefully renovated and well furnished home adjoining the Jervis Bay National Park has an enormous deck with views, views, views! Close to the beach, but far enough from the crowds, Unwind at Hyams Beach will draw you back again and again.
    Where will I be? Unwind at Hyams is located on the uphill side of Tulip Street, equidistant to Little Hyams and Chinamans Beach. The cottage is a relaxed beach house with expansive views over Jervis Bay. The new large deck has a commanding position allowing easy outdoor living in a private protected space. There is also a good garden for the kids which adjoins native bushland at the rear of the property. Why choose Unwind? Unwind has amazing views, a good garden, and is casual and comfortable. It offers great value for money and is a great option either for couples or a family. How is the property laid out? Unwind is accessed from sliding doors off the new front deck. There is space for parking two cars under the deck. The door opens into open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area. The main bedroom is at the front of the house. The second bedroom is located off the lounge area and the third new large bedroom is in a quiet location at the back of the house. What about outdoors? Unwind has a good, mostly natural garden. The new large deck has views over the whole of the bay and to the bush at the rear of the property. The deck has an outdoor table with seating for eight and a gas barbecue for your use. Staying warm or keeping cool?! Unwind is equipped with a gas heater in the main living area of the house. In addition, each bedroom is fitted with an electric bar heater. On warmer days, the house can be opened up to catch the breeze, but there is also a pedestal fan supplied. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Linen and bath towels are provided at Unwind. Though please remember to bring your favourite beach towels! Parking for cars? Unwind has ample off street parking. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Unwind is not pet friendly.     Perfect central location, right opposite beach access and best location for diving and dolphin spotting as they often feed right out front. Literally 2 minutes to the waters edge! Airy light and comfortable studio, own kitchen and bathroom with spa bath, plus aircon opposite beach, parking for 1 car (couple only). Ocean view down the driveway from the living area or bed.
    National park surrounds village, with wonderful bush walks for when it's unsuitable for the beach. Share backyard to use laundry or bbq. Bbq area private for guests in evenings and up to 10am. Also, whilst we do not provide meals we recommend the Hyams Beach store for great gourmet coffee and meals. We provide a few basics - coffee, teas, fresh milk, olive oil, fresh herbs and some spices.     Self contained apartment in the heart of Hyams Beach, located on the lower level of the Hyams Beach Store & Cafe. Newly renovated in an elegant style with everything you need for a short stay. Two bedrooms, one fully self contained with toilet, and single sofa bed, suitable for a child. Second bedroom is adjacent to the dining area, separated with bi-folding doors. The bed is a new queen sized, very comfortable pull-out lounge. Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, gas cook-top, microwave and large fridge. Off-street parking for one car. Outdoor BBQ and seating. As the apartment is beneath the busy Hyams Beach Cafe, there will be some noise. The Cafe is open from 8am, and some evenings. The apartment is priced with this in mind.

    The Hyams Beach Seaside Cottages are a collection of seven historic, stylish and immaculate cottages - each with a queen bedroom and an interconnected living area, kitchenette and table for two. The staggered layout of the cottages ensures that each has a view towards Jervis Bay from a north facing deck.
    Where will I be? The Hyams Beach Seaside Cottages are located at 53-55 Cyrus Street and are set amongst lovely gardens and trees. They are in the heart of Hyams Beach yet set back for privacy and seclusion. Cottage One is located nearest to the road, and Cottage Seven is located at the rear of the block. All are within easy walking distance of the beaches and cafe, and the whole complex has a lovely riverine setting, with views to the bay from every cottage. Why stay at a Hyams Beach Seaside Cottage? The cottages are constructed from timber and originally date from the 1920's. They have been extensively refurbished and fully modernised, yet retain a lovely feel of yesteryear. Due to their size and configuration, they are suitable for couples or single travellers only. How is the cottage laid out? Each cottage has a bathroom at is rear, a good sized bedroom with queen bed, and an interconnected living area, complete with small kitchenette, lounge, electric fireplace, and a table for two in a lovely bay window. A north facing deck adjoins the living area, from which you have views towards Jervis Bay,overlooking lovely riverine bush. You are also most likely to be visited by friendly rosellas and lorikeets! What about outdoors? Each cottage is set within lovely landscaped gardens and at the rear of the site, there is a communal barbecue and outdoor seating area. The gas barbecue is supplied with oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and paper towels. The cottages are set along acreek with natural bush, but all have views towards Jervis Bay even from Cottage Seven. Birds, including rosellas and parrots and resident kangaroos are frequent visitors! Staying warm or keeping cool?! Each cottage is equipped with an electric fireplace that will keep you warm and cosy. In summer, you can make use of the ceiling fan, or the front door, windows and French doors of the cottage can be opened up to catch any available ocean breeze. All windows are fitted with fly screens. PLEASE NOTE: Cottage Five has a shower, vanity, and toilet configuration in its bathroom. What about sheets, towels and other supplies?     Location Whalers Retreat is located just opposite and a short stroll to the famous white sands of Hyams Beach in Jervis Bay. Booderee National park is 10 minute drive away, as are the local villages of Vincentia and Huskisson if you feel like a change of scenery, or maybe enjoy a whale watching or dolphin cruise.     Where will I be? Bimbadgen is located on the waterfront side of Cyrus Street and has a private staircase leading down to the beach. You have a choice of using the boat ramp beach to your left or the main beach to your right. Why choose Bimbadgen? This classic weatherboard house has been partially renovated with modern bathrooms and a large sheltered entertaining deck facing Point Perpendicular and Bowen Island. How is the property laid out? Bimbadgen is a single level house with entry into the kitchen shared dining area. Off this room is also the open plan living space that leads onto the rear deck. There are three large bedrooms that sleep nine in total. Bedroom One has a queen size bed. Bedroom Two has a queen size bed as well as a large modern ensuite. Bedroom Three is the bunk room which has two bunks and a trundle, great for the kids. There is a second shared bathroom and a small internal laundry. What about outdoors? Bimbadgen offers a large lawn right down to Hyams Beach, perfect for the children to run around. Staying warm or keeping cool?! Please moderate and take all noise inside at 11pm - thanks! Where will I be? Mara at Hyams is located on the northern end of the village in quiet Tulip Street. It is very centrally located and just a short walk from the cafe and the three beaches in Hyams. By being one street back from the water, it avoids much of the hustle and bustle of the busy periods, but still has great views of Jervis Bay. A beautiful location over all! Why choose Mara at Hyams? Mara at Hyams is a beautiful spacious beach house with two living areas, two dining areas and two kitchens. It has an upstairs sunroom/dining area with stunning views of the water and an undercover downstairs deck also with water views. How is the property laid out? Mara at Hyams is a double storey home with four bedrooms, a sofa bed in the downstairs rumps,and two bathrooms. Access is via the downstairs door to the right of the garage. Downstairs - upon entry, you will find the second kitchen, a large rumpus room with sofa bed, a second dining area, a queen bedroom and a modern bathroom with freestanding bath. There is also a small laundry with washing machine and a table tennis table in the garage. Upstairs - upstairs can be access from the street or via internal stairs from the downstairs level. The well equipped kitchen is located right in the middle of the house ensuring that the cook is included in the conversation! There are three bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and views of Jervis Bay, and two with tri-bunks. There is also a spacious shared bathroom with a corner spa bath. This level also boasts a beautiful light filled dining room, a large living room, and good sized sun room that adjoins another deck to the street side of the house. What about outdoors? Mara at Hyams has a undercover deck downstairs with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and views of the water. The backyard is fully fenced. There is also a covered front deck on the street side of the house. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Luxury linen and bath towels are provided at Mara at Hyams. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is parking for one car in the garage and 2 cars on the driveway at the front of the property Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Mara at Hyams is a pet friendly property on application, subject to the following rules: Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms The yard is fully fenced Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately Staying warm or keeping cool?! There is reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling) upstairs and gas heating downstairs. The windows of the upstairs living area can also be opened up to catch a lovely ocean breeze. What are the minimum stay rules? There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January. Are there any special Peak season rules? Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. WiFi, Internet, Netflix and Pay TV - will I have it? This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during your stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.     We are The Cove, we thought you might like to know a little about us and the property. We are a couple (him Irish, her Aussie). We have a love for property, design, architecture, art, antiques, and all things interesting and wonderful! We travel a lot and collect ideas, objects, art and antiques which we bring back to The Cove to create a unique wonderland in the bush. We bought The Cove in late 2018, and embarked on renovating, refurbishing and creating a unique and magical seaside wonderland for you to escape to. We are only the third owners to take on this property since it was made private property in the early 1900s. We first starting with giving the office a facelift, and then adding a bit of magic to the shacks. We have lots more plans and work on it almost daily.     We are inside a National Park with an abundance of Wildlife, It's a beachside holiday. We have Kayaks and Paddleboards that are complimentary with your stay. Fishing is great down here so bring a rod, the bush walking is good too, so a pair of good shoes.

  • Cet endroit est un petit bijou. Grand emplacement central - à quelques pas des plages - mais vous vous sentez isolé. Il était un endroit parfait pour notre famille - avec deux jeunes enfants. Un grand espace à l'intérieur quand le temps était mauvais, y compris un excellent feu, super lits confortables et toutes les autres installations comme annoncé, y compris un grand téléviseur. Quand le temps était bon, il était à quelques pas de la plage, assez proche de canard là-bas et en arrière à plusieurs reprises tout au long de la journée. Nous serons heureux de revenir, d'autant plus que l'accès à la propriété (code ne touche) est un jeu d'enfant et David est un plaisir de traiter avec.

  • Les photos ne rendent pas justice à cet endroit. Nous avions 3 adultes séjournant ici dans les 3 chambres et il sentait belle et spacieuse, nous étions juste triste ce ne fut que pour une nuit. Nous pensions tous que les lits étaient confortables, et les deux chambres avant d'aller sur un balcon, ce qui avec les portes ouvertes la nuit, vous pouvez entendre la plage à droite sur la route. Les travaux de rénovation de salle de bains sont belles (douche cascade et même une double douche et superbe baignoire autoportante). Nous ne sommes pas explorer la cuisine beaucoup, mais il semblait bien équipé. Les 2 salles de bains font pratique pour adultes partageant et le bruit ne semble pas voyager beaucoup à l'étage.

The house sleeps 7 across 3 bedrooms and is equidistant to either Chinamans or Hyams Beach. Please be aware that this is an older home and is priced accordingly. It is authentic, affordable and basic in some respects - true to photos.
    Relaxing on Tulip is a casual, comfortable house that takes in beautiful views of the water from the large deck. It is authentic, affordable and basic in some respects - true to photos. The garden is full of natives and is kept overgrown by choice to attract local birds and small mammals. Where will I be? Relaxing on Tulip is located toward the northern end of Hyams village in a quiet street. Being on the western side of Tulip Street, the house backs on to the bush. Why choose Relaxing on Tulip? Relaxing on Tulip takes in views of the bay from its large livable patio area. It also has a pleasant enclosed back patio area. How is the property laid out? Planned all on one level, the living areas face out to the front porch, with bedrooms running down one side of the house. There are two good sized rooms, (both queen) and a kids room (one bunk bed and one single). With a study and second sitting area there is plenty of space for privacy. What about outdoors? There are ample dining opportunities outside, with an outdoor gas BBQ and plenty of entertainment furniture. The property backs onto the bush and the back yard has been designed in levels to appreciate this beautiful vista. Staying warm or keeping cool?! Relaxing on Tulip is equipped with a gas heater. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Relaxing on Tulip supplies linen. Though please remember to bring your own beach towels! Parking for cars? There is off street parking for two cars. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Relaxing on Tulip is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many other pet-friendly options! Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra.     The Cove Jervis Bay is a collection of gorgeous self-contained seaside cabins, located on the edge of Booderee National Park. With the calm waters of Sussex Inlet on one side & the famous pipeline of Bherwerre beach on the other - this is truly paradise! We have our very own beach fronting onto the turquoise waters of Sussex inlet & a boat ramp to launch your boat, kayaks & paddle-boards free for guests to use, a games garden and more. This is a truly unique spot and a rare find...
    CABINS We have 15 cabins, 8 glamping tents and a large 7-Bedroom Fun House across three acres. Each cabin is fully self-contained and separate from each other cabin. The cabins are air conditioned with Digital TV's, DVD players and FOXTEL. LOVE SHACK The love shack is a one bedroom cabin with a queen bed. LIVING AREA The living space is open plan with a combined dining and lounge room. There is a lounge, coffee table and side tables, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is just off the living room and a full size fridge, oven, microwave and all the plates, glasses, crockery etc you will need for your stay. There is air conditioning in the combined living space. BATHROOM There is a bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. FRONT DECK Each cabin has its own deck out front which has a swing chair, outdoor table and bench seats. There are also two outdoor armchairs on the lawn in front of your cabin. THE GROUNDS BBQ - we have a communal BBQ area which features lots of tables and chairs, lounges and 2 large communal BBQs for shared use. Beach- There is direct beach access from the ground of the Cove right onto the sand and into the beautiful waters of Jervis Bay. None of our cabins have direct ocean views, but it is less than a 2-minute walk from any cabin onto the sand and into the water. Roos - There are a family of roos that have decided to call The Cove home. They are pretty cool, you will see them hanging out all over the place. Kayaking and Paddle Boarding - We have a collection of kayaks and paddle boards available for guests to use for free. Games Garden - There is an open grassed area with garden chairs, umbrellas and games for adults and kids: bocce, quoits, giant pick up sticks, giant jenga, finska and more. Bush - We are surrounding by the gorgeous Booderee National Park. You can go bush walking straight from the property and explore the surrounding areas and beaches. You will be sure to see lots of wildlife, birds, roos, wallabies, echidnas, lizards and more! Beaches - We have a calm water beach right on our doorstep, and Bherwerre beach a short walk away which has great surf, and many secluded and private spots if you don't want a crowd. Fishing - The fishing near us is some of the best around. Whether you just throw a line in from the beach out front, or launch your boat into the bay and go exploring - you will love the fishing in Jervis Bay! Surfing - Bherwerre beach is famous for its pipeline, so bring your board and enjoy our local wave.

The property offers high quality bed linen and towels, bedroom configuration as follows; Bedroom one - King bed (or split-able into two king singles) with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two - Queen bed with built-in robes. Bedroom Three - Queen bed with built-in robes. Bedroom four - two single beds with built-in robe. Main bathroom with heating and separate toilet.     Things to do and places to visit ; Take the spectacular White Sands Walk from Greenfield Beach to Hyams Beach. The beach is surrounded by beautiful natural attractions that include Jervis Bay Marine Park, Booderee National Park, headlands with clifftop walking trails and native forests. Booderee Botanic Gardens are owned by the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community and are the only Aboriginal owned botanic gardens in Australia. The gardens showcase local Aboriginal (Koori) use of plants and the coastal flora of south-eastern Australia. Visitors can learn about bush tucker and medicinal uses of plants, the long association that Koori people have had with the area and the plants of south eastern Australia. There are a range of facilities and services available to help visitors appreciate and explore the gardens, including formed paths, self-guided and guided walks, interpretive displays and picnic areas. The gardens, as part of Booderee National Park, are jointly managed between the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community council and the Australian Government's Director of National Parks. The gardens received National Heritage status in 1994. Entrance to the gardens is free but subject to Booderee National Park entry fees (see web site for details).http://www.parksaustralia.gov.au/booderee/ Green Patch is a beautiful picnic area within Booderee National Park, with interesting bushwalks, wildflowers in spring, and safe swimming in clear blue water. Many native birds and kangaroos can be seen in the early morning and late afternoon. Green Patch also offers a sheltered beach with beautiful white sand, toilets, showers, wood barbecues and picnic tables. Telegraph Creek Nature Trail is a circular walk with signs describing interesting aspects of the vegetation along the way. The trail begins at the northern end of the Green Patch car park or where it is signposted along Jervis Bay Road near the Green Patch turn-off. The walk is 2.4 kilometres long and takes roughly one hour to complete. Grade is easy. Booderee is owned by the Wreck Bay Aboriginal Community.     The beach house has a welcoming 1960s retro ambience whilst offering contemporary comfort. There are polished timber floors throughout, extremely comfortable beds (1 x Queen, 1 x Double, 1 x Single) and a purple sofa that converts to a bed with an inner spring mattress for the 6th guest (an additional fee of $40 per night applies for use of sofa bed). We provide quality Sheridan bed linen & bath towels. There are eco-friendly, whisper- quiet ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Smeg oven, Miele dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a Weber Family BBQ on the large timber deck for entertaining on those hot summer nights after a day at the beach. Retractable awning on the wraparound deck. In keeping with the retro feel, there is a record player with an eclectic vinyl collection from the 1970-80s as well as Classical composers. There is also smart TV (Netflix, Stan, etc.,) and Free & fast wifi. If these walls could talk…this Hyams beach house is a secret treasure.
    Situated away from the madding crowd, with views of Jervis Bay from the wrap-around entertainment deck, the beach house is great for holidays with friends, family and romantic weekends away. It's only a 3 hour drive South from Sydney on the Pacific Highway or Canberra. The recreational activities on offer nearby are; snorkelling, surfing, boogie boarding, kayaking,scuba diving, windsurfing and whale and dolphin boat tours. Our beach house is 2.4 mi (3.8 km) from Booderee National Park and 3 mi (4.8 km) from Vincentia Golf Club.

Joys place est propre, confortable et dégage une atmosphère chaleureuse, nous nous sommes détendus instantanément. Avec une belle terrasse et une cuisine bien équipée, tout en étant à quelques pas de la plage, rien de plus! Joy était un hôte incroyable et serviable. On reviendra certainement!

Joy était un plaisir de traiter avec - logistique sans soudure et très réactif aux demandes de renseignements. Nous avons adoré l'avantage supplémentaire de kangourous dans le jardin.   • Comme une réservation de dernière minute, il s'est avéré que nous n'aurions pas pu choisir mieux. Hyams Beach est si belle et Joy de la maison était un vrai régal. Cosy avec une collection de disques incroyable - nous a fait presque ne pas vouloir quitter la maison. Joy a été très accommodant et a répondu aux questions presque immédiatement. Pour résumer le tout - grande place, une grande maison et une grande armée!

It sleeps a MAXIMUM of 4 adults and 4 children in comfort and style., and is perfectly located within easy walking distance of two beaches.
    PLEASE NOTE: This house is suitable for a MAXIMUM of 8 guests, comprising a MAXIMUM of 4 adults and 4 children, please. If you are found to have booked for more than 8 guests or more than 4 adults you will be evicted immediately. Permanent residents live on both sides and across the street from this property and they will report breaches immediately to our office. We thank you for your cooperation. Where will I be?  Munggura is located on the high side of Tulip Street, within an easy walk of either the middle beach at Hyams or Chinamans Beach. The home has a lovely, elevated position, with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. It also backs onto National Park land, giving it an added sense of privacy and tranquility. Why choose Mungurra? Munggura is a luxurious, well appointed home with many great features - decks, views, pool, pizza oven, gas bbq, gas fireplace, luxurious bathrooms, timber floors, a tranquil setting...and much, much more! How is the property laid out?  Munggura is spread over two levels, configured as follows: Upstairs has two bedrooms, a large deck with bay views, and the open plan living - dining - kitchen area. The master king bedroom has French doors that open to a balcony with bay views, and the second bedroom on this level has two bunks, sleeping four The bathroom has full tiling, high quality Duravit fittings, heated towel rails and a Philippe Starck designed loo! The lovely pool is accessed adjoins the dining area, with safety fencing so that you don't have to worry about the kids. The pizza oven entertaining area is accessed from the kitchen, and it also has views ofJervis Bay and Booderee National Park. Downstairs has two bedrooms (one queen, and one with a bunk bed),a separate tv / rumpus room, and a shared bathroom. The front door and entrance hall is also located on this level, with a covered alcove for easy access to the house in any weather! What about outdoors? Mungurra has plenty of outdoor options, including the main deck with stunning views of Jervis Bay. The salt water, solar heated pool also has water views, an outdoor shower, large wooden bench seats and a paved entertainment space. An additional entertaining area to the rear of the house has a built in pizza oven and views to Booderee National Park / the bay. Staying warm or keeping cool?!  The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, and the bi-fold doors from the living room to the main deck can be opened up to catch any available breeze. The living area has a gas fireplace for the cooler months. What about sheets, towels and other supplies?  Munggura supplies linen and bath towels. Please remember to bring your own favourite beach towels! Parking for cars, boats etc?  Mungurra has a driveway providing off street parking for up to 3 cars.     Sea Point is a comfortable, older style, and character filled 3-level beach house with spectacular 180 degree views across Jervis Bay from its large wrap-around deck. The house sleeps 6, has huge light filled living areas and is an easy 200m walk to Chinamans Beach.
    Where will I be?  Sea Point is located at the northern end of the village on a high point that overlooks Chinamans Beach, the village, National Park and Jervis Bay. It is a quiet, secluded pocket while still close to everything. Why choose Sea Point?  Sea Point has lovely, spacious living areas with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. The house is laid out in an open and very comfortable configuration with simply spectacular views from all rooms, main and upstairs decks. How is the property laid out?  Sea Point is a three level house. On the ground level there is a large parking area at the top of the driveway with stairs leading to the second and main living floor. There is no access to the ground (garage) floor. The main floor has large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, bathroom and toilet for the house. There is also a large deck on both sides offering remarkable views. A spiral staircase leads to the third level which is occupied by the two bedrooms, one of which has a queen bed, and the other a queen plus bunk bed. The main bedroom has a private deck. What about outdoors?   As noted, Sea Point has wrap-around decks with spectacular views the perfect spot for dolphin and whale watching. On the main deck there is a gas barbecue. At the front, a large parking area for three cars and at the back, a small native backyard (with clothes line) backing on to the National Park. Watch for friendly possums and kangaroos that often visit! Staying warm or keeping cool?! Sea Point comes with a fireplace and two pedestal fans. What about sheets, towels and other supplies?  Sea Point supplies linen and bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels though! Parking for cars?  There is parking for three cars at the top of a steep concrete driveway. There is a reversing bay at the top to allow for easier access back down the driveway. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Yes! Sea Point is a pet friendly property.  What are the minimum stay rules? This particular property does NOT offer Wi-Fi. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, it's best to use your smartphone only during your stay or find a local cafe that offers free Wi-Fi.     The Tree House is a large, spacious, stylish and secluded beach house option - with plenty of parking, and a great entertaining decks with views to Jervis Bay.     Where will I be? The Tree House is located on the first road into Hyams Beach, Booderee Avenue. It is set high off the road and is within easy walking distance to the beaches and the Hyams Beach Cafe. Why choose The Tree House? The Tree House is large open home set over three levels. At the front there is a large entertaining deck with BBQ. The entire family is catered for with this home as there are two separate living spaces and three bathrooms. How is the property laid out? The Tree House is spread out over three levels. Ground level has undercover parking for two cars as well as a self-contained bedroom separate from the house. On the first level is the dining area then kitchen and living space, including a wood fire place. Also on this level is a bathroom and a bedroom with a king size bed. On the third level there is another sitting room, the remaining three bedrooms, bathroom and laundry with access into the back yard. What about outdoors? A key feature of this property is the large deck with views of Jervis Bay. It surrounded by large ambient trees. Off the top lounge room is also another outdoor sitting area with an outdoor setting. Steps up to a backyard which is native, bushy and private. An outdoor shower is located at the front of the house for rinsing off after the beach. Staying warm or keeping cool?! The Tree House is equipped with ceiling fans and a combustion fireplace. What about sheets, towels or other supplies? The Tree House does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by guests or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths. Parking for cars?     Where will I be?  Gert by Sea is located toward the northern end of the village and is within an easy walk to Little Hyams beach and White Gums coastal walk, which accesses Greenfields and Blenheim beaches. Why choose Gert by Sea?  This classic Hyams Beach home has been partially renovated inside and includes a new kitchen and bathrooms. Open style living, with an electric fireplace and a large backyard. How is the property laid out?  The property opens to a lounge and dining area. Off the dining area is the open style kitchen that includes a breakfast bench. It over looks the sun room which features more casual lounges, ideal for a little peace and quiet for reading. The sun room and dining room both lead out to the deck where the barbecue awaits. There are three good sized bedrooms, two queen while the third has a king single and single bed. The two main bedrooms have French doors leading to the front alfresco portico.There are two new bathrooms with great shower heads and a large free standing bath in one. What about outdoors? Steps lead down to a classic country backyard that is fully fenced and edged with perfectly privacy providing small trees. Sit in the deck chairs with an afternoon aperatif to enjoy the bay views. Staying warm or keeping cool?!  Gert by Sea has a temperature controlled gas heater in the living room (set into the wall) as well as various electric heaters for the bedrooms. For summer, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the house can be opened up well with sliding doors to the rear garden. What about sheets, towels and other supplies?  Gert by Sea does not supply linen. Linen is to be supplied by guests or to be arranged with a linen service which we can provide the contact number for.     Not more than 200 meters from the beaches lies Elaine Cottage, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Recently modernised and furnished, the initial impression of the outside appearance of this cottage fails to do justice to what guests discover inside. Elaine comfortably accommodates 6 adults and boasts a top quality, very well equipped, kitchen.
    Where will I be? Elaine is situated at the top end of Hyam Road (a quiet cul-de-sac), and adjoins a lovely creek and natural bush land. Over all, Elaine is centrally located relative to the various beaches and the Hyams Beach Cafe, yet is far enough up the hill to be fairly secluded during the busy period. How is the property laid out?  Elaine is a single storey home with 3 bedrooms, modern bathroom, open plan living and two good decks. The main bedroom is a queen sized room, the second bedroom has two singles, and the third bedroom has a good quality single bed with good quality trundle which can be slide across against a wall to give ample space between the beds. The three bedrooms share a good sized, modern and stylish bathroom, with separate toilet . The lounge, dining and kitchen area is a lovely open plan area with lots of natural light and access to either the front or rear deck. A European style laundry is concealed behind close doors, with washing machine and dryer. What about outdoors?  Elaine adjoins a creek and its riverine bush at the rear of the property. There are lovely bush aspects from the house, and especially the large rear deck. The front deck of the house is also a good sun spot for the mornings. The gas BBQ is located on the rear deck. What about sheets, towels and other supplies?  Elaine provides linen and bath towels. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels! Parking for boats, cars etc?  There is parking on the driveway for 2 cars in the driveway. Staying warm or keeping cool?!  Elaine has movable electric heaters in each room for cooler days. In the summer, the air-conditioning in the main living room is perfect after a hot afternoon in the sun. When opened up, the house also catches any available ocean breeze.
