Historic Site
“This beautiful round tower is built on the site of a monastery founded by St Mochua in the 7th century. It is one of only four remaining in County Dublin, the others are located in Swords, Lusk and Rathmichael. Route
“The M50 is the main arterial route around Dublin and serves as the access point from Dublin to the rest of the country, so if you are planning on going to Northern Ireland or the Cork in the south of the country, this will be your starting point. Luckily for us living in Shankill, our accss to the M50 is only 5 minutes drive away. Do avoid peak travel times, as traffic does get quick heavy!!”

“Really cosy place with delicious food. Open 9-4, Tuesday to Saturday. Great for breakfast and lunch with free parking opposite. Is much nice inside than you would think from the industrial style of the building outside. Friendly staff. Good value. Really Recommend highly. ”
