“This is a very hands on gem mine! Affordable kid friendly activity. Don't wear your best clothes, as you will most likely get a bit wet and a little dirty. You can either purchase a bucket of dirt already dug for you, or you can take the shovel and go scouting for gems on your own! I recommend digging your own. It is a good way to spend half a day and you get to bring your treasures home with you!! Kids and adults have a great time. www.rosecreekmine.com”

Traditional service is at 8:45 in the upstairs sanctuary. We also have Wednesday supper starting at 5:30. Open to anyone. No reservation necessary. Cost: free or $2 donation/person. “Natural mine. Look for your own gems. Great Staff. Helpful, friendly, and absolutely pleasant. The process was easy and they wouldn't let you accidentally dump a gem, checking your screen and offering tips. Pack a picknick and spend the day.”

“This mine is best known for their native mine dirt that has been un-searched and raw. I personally have found several gems that were cut and mounted into jewelry. ”
