Post Office
“Ruth's favourite "coffee & cake" stop off point: Napton Village Stores, in possibly one of the best village shops, postoffice and cafes, that I know of. This is a perfect place to order breakfast or brunch, buy a newspaper, browse the crafts and gifts or treat yourself to a nice coffee and delicious cake after a long walk, bike ride or trip to the canal. Somewhere to refuel. ”

Bar
“One of Ruth's favourites: The Folly serves very good home cooked food and a true, traditional British pub. The menu will consist of things like: Ham egg & chips, enormous Sunday roasts, steaks and the bar is stocked with traditional beers and ales. Sip your beverage in front of a cosy log fire or enjoy the sunshine and watch the canal boats pass by from the pub garden. The famous Folly Pub can be accessed from a picturesque footpath from "Lower Fields Farm." We recommend you book a table: The Folly can be contacted on: Tel: 01926 815185. Alternatively, Ruth can book a table for you on request. ”
