Denver : gastronomie

Nouvelle cuisine américaine

“This old mortuary is now a lively restaurant with a rooftop lounge & global small plates. Perhaps the most iconic restaurant in all of Denver, Linger is a must for first timers and veteran food-lovers alike! The menu is seasonal, constantly changing, and meant to be shared. Roof access is seasonal and worth it!”

“Bi-level shipping container with a variety of vendors (pizza, sushi & more), plus a rooftop bar. The menu here is incredible; imagine a fleet of food trucks, huddled together inside a microbrew with a beer and wine list that would make anyone swoon. Avanti is often described as a staple establishment of the Denver Highlands.”

“Work & Class offers delicious share style plates and cocktails. The location is rather small and off of the very lively Larimer street in RiNo ( River North Arts District) and I don't believe they offer reservations so go early or prepare to wait. ”

“This isn't your typical Mexican food. A little twist on everything, but so delicious. We call it "Nouveau Mexican". If the weather is nice, opt to sit on the giant patio upstairs. Try the garden guac, or guac with rattlesnake chorizo! Great margs too! Always fun, whether eating or just grabbing some drinks. (A serious tequila lounge opens up downstairs in the evening).”
