Our large 5 bedroomed family home is set in the peaceful village of Belton just 2 mins drive from the M180. It offers spacious living accommodation with a garden backing onto open fields with many paths to explore the Lincolnshire countryside. It is ideal for a family gathering or business colleagues. It is close to the historic town of Epworth and within walking distance of local pubs and takeaways. Yorkshire Wildlife Park is a short drive away; York and Lincoln are less than an hours drive.
Our large detached home provides comfortable accommodation for both small and large groups. It has a very large front drive with space for several cars (6+)and has a large back garden with outside seating available on request. The kitchen has a back door opening onto the paved patio area. There is a TV in the lounge and the dining kitchen is well equipped with crockery, utensils, pots and pans, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge . Tea and coffee are provided and guests may also help themselves to any of the herbs & spices which left in the cupboards. There is a utility room with a washing machine, iron and sink and also a downstairs toilet. There is also a tumble dryer in the garage and a large chest freezer which can be switched on, if needed, prior to arrival . There is a large hallway with space under stairs for coats and shoes. The pine stairway leads to 5 bedrooms , each with it's own storage space . The house is easily recognisable as it has a colourful stained glass window on the landing. The main bathroom has a power shower and jacuzzi bath as well as a sink and toilet. The twin room is ensuite with a smaller shower, toilet and sink and the king sized bedroom is also ensuite with a toilet, sink and shower. Towels and bedding are provided . There is wifi too. It is avaiable for short and long term stays for which a discount is given so please guests are free to enquiry about this. Due to the space and number of bedrooms/ bathrooms it is a good place for large groups and a great place to relax. It's location makes it ideal for business trips in Doncaster, Scunthorpe and Sheffield as well as family breaks in the quiet Lincolnshire countryside known as the Isle of Axholme. We love this house and hope our guests will too!
The house is in a friendly semi rural neighbourhood and is close to the historic market town of Epworth which is famous as the birthplace of John Wesley. Belton is part of the Isle of Axholme which Is steeped in history. It is an ideal place for walking and cycling as it is very flat; it is also a great base for exploring both South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. It is a perfect place for a quiet weekend away and also great for business travellers who want a quiet setting yet close to the motorway network. No7 is a cosy, clean terrace house in a quiet side street, opposite a garden centre , 2 minutes walk to The White Bear, one of several restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance of No7. Various types of tea, which is complimentary as is the coffee and quality, locally sourced goodies, which include a fruit bowl. I have lived in Epworth for some 30 years, and can provide information on things local. It is pet friendly . Please contact the owner for further information.
A bedroom with a double bed with a new orthopedic mattress, cooling fans, dressing gowns and slippers, tea and coffee making facilities. A separate bathroom with shower facility is shared with the host. You are invited to enjoy the garden which offers tables, chairs, a lawn, flower beds and trees, accessible via a separate entrance . It is possible to use the BBQ at additional charge and by prior arrangement. All other rooms of the house are for private use only. There is space for storing a bike - contact me for detailed information.
Epworth is a small town offering boutiques and unusual gift/homeware shops if you like shopping, a garden centre with a restaurant/caf/takeaways. In addition you are spoilt for choice when it comes to looking for a place to enjoy lunch or an evening meal and cafes some serving delicious afternoon teas.

    Your room will be a private Double bed, with the bathroom next door.
    🌍 Private Double Bedroom, within a family home, with no Children. Private Double bedroom over looking the back garden, with space to hang your clothes, own TV with access to watch films on the media player. Bathroom is located next to the guest room. With towels available. The Kitchen isn't available to use unless this is discussed before hand. Guest can however use the microwave and cutlery. I can leave out a choice of breakfast, for example fruit, Ceral or toast for an extra small fee. Check in is between 5pm - 9pm and Checkout is 8am, please feel free to discuss this if you require to make alternative arrangements. Please feel free to ask me any questions about your stay. I will do my best to accommodate. Keadby is a small village, two shops, one has a post office with free cash machine, a pub and a chip shop. Tesco Extra, KFC, Mc Dondalds and pubs/restaurants etc 2 miles buy car. Keadby is 40 minute walk to Scunthorpe, buses and the train run every hour. Althrope Train station is a 5 minute walk from our house, it connects to Scunthorpe and Doncaster. Wi-Fi is : Aminet-guest and the passed word : guest ( lowercase) Please note, when driving out the village it is a one way system We also have a small Chihuahua dog called Chilli🌶 Regards Veronica

Belle grande cuisine moderne et petit déjeuner offert aussi bien! Impeccablement propre! Immense et agréable jardin - dommage qu'il est une visite humide Octobre, comme il serait agréable de se détendre dans la soirée. lecteur très rapide et facile de Scunthorpe, et salle de se garer dans l'allée.     Delightful 3 bedroomed holiday cottage in the heart of Belton in the Isle of Axholme. Local pub, Church, shops and takeaways and a 24 hour petrol station all within walking distance. M180 motorway is just a mile away and is perfect for links to Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough, Thorne, Retford, Grimsby, Hull etc. We are approx 20 minutes from both Sheffield and Humberside airports.
    Perfect rural getaway for exploring local area or using as a base for work. The cottage is fully equipped and has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom. A small bedroom with bunk beds and a very comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. A family sized bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, private garden and access to a beautiful courtyard. Parking for 1 large car and ample on street parking for additional vehicles.
    Belton is steeped in history and whilst we enjoy open countryside, there a popular country pub and beautiful church 200 metres from the cottage. There are a couple of takeaways i the village, a One stop supermarket, 24 hour costcutter and petrol station all within walking distance. Also we are neighbours with the thriving market town of Epworth so all you could need a few minutes away. Junction 2 of the M180 is a mile away so have great links to an abundance of cities, towns and villages.

    A 4 bedroom detached house with off-road parking for 2 additional cars minutes from shops and a pub. One bedroom with double bed and desk are available and there is space for a camp bed (for the 3rd person) or a travel cot if required in the room. A private bathroom for guests with bath, shower, sink unit and toilet. There is also a private lounge with TV. Coffee, tea & water are available. There is a small charge for breakfast which can be served between 8-10am. Please ask if required.
    The Red Bedroom is priced at £33 per night for 1 adults (£50 for 2 people). A private bathroom with shower, sink, bath and toilet is available. Towels are provided.     Modern clean and all newly appointed living spaces. Situated in our pleasant garden,with private parking directly outside the annex, in the rural village of Haxey. Close to many local amenities and close to the historic town of Epworth, Birthplace of John & Charles Wesley. We are a twenty minute journey from Robin Hood Airport and thirty minutes from the Humber Bridge. Lincoln is a 40 minute drive . Nearby leisure activities include many well established and renowned fishing lake complexes.
    Given that Oak Tree Annex is totally detached , our guests enjoy independent accommodation of a high quality. We believe our pricing is exceptional value. Parking is available immediately outside. All walkways are flat and laid to block paving and gravel. The annex is situated close to our main dwelling but private.
    We are positioned on the edge of large rural areas, with pleasant walks and great cycling literally on the doorstep. If angling is your thing, there are many very good fisheries within a 10 mile radius, our nearest being only 1 mile away. Others of note that are within 6/7 miles include Bank End & Lindholme.

  • Comme j'ai réservé l'appartement à la dernière minute, il y avait quelques problèmes avec l'appartement prêt à l'heure, mais Penny a fait tout son possible pour résoudre le problème. Penny est un hôte très attentionné, qui a vérifié régulièrement avec moi que tout se passait bien pendant mon séjour. L'appartement lui-même est génial, avec beaucoup d'espace. Parfait pour quelques jours de voyage d'affaires.

  • Des hôtes géniaux. La chambre était meilleure que ce que je pensais. Je suis arrivé très tard, mais ils ont été très utiles. Le seul problème, c'est que c'était un peu éloigné mais ils ont donné d'excellentes directions, donc ce n'était pas difficile à trouver à la fin. Je le recommande vraiment.

    Our home is just on the edge of the village of Messingham. Two Double rooms with a shared private bathroom are available for short or long stay guests. Ample secure parking with an electric gated entrance, tea/coffee making facilities available. Free Wi-fi, free view TV in the bedrooms and separate sitting room with Sky TV. Home Gym with treadmill, cycle and weight bench. Full size snooker table, pool table and Table football are available for use. Use of fully fitted kitchen.
    We are on the edge of a quite village with great views of the countryside but with all amenities within a 10 minute walk. There is a restaurant next door and a wine bar and pubs in the village, also an Indian restaurant, Chinese take-away, kebab house and Fish & Chip shop.

    Charging facility for Electric and PHEV vehicles, we are conveniently located near to motorway network, 2 miles from J2 M180, 20 mins from DSA Doncaster Robin Hood Airport. Near to the picturesque town of Epworth. This is our 5 bed family home. The room is on the ground floor and has it's own private entrance, a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, TV/DVD and Now TV, a vanity unit in the room and downstairs toilet next door. Breakfast can be provided for an extra £5 per person booked in advance.

Nous avons visité le pub foxglove qui était à environ 10 minutes à pied et on nous a très bien accueillis. Il comprend une table de billard, un jukebox et des rouleaux de saucisses maison. L'hébergement était propre et confortable et le balcon était un endroit idéal pour se détendre nuit et jour. J'y retournerai certainement.

  • Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. Dès l'instant où nous sommes arrivés, nos hôtes étaient là pour nous rencontrer. Ils avaient préparé un panier de bienvenue composé de lait, de pain, de confitures et d'une bouteille de vin. C'était très bien rangé et il y avait un feu qui était brillant avec tout le nécessaire pour l'allumer. Le lit était confortable et l'endroit était propre dans l'ensemble c'était si calme aussi. J'avais même oublié de la glace, mais nos hôtes nous en ont fourni lorsque nous avons demandé qui était très bien reçu. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet endroit si vous cherchez un endroit pittoresque et relaxant. Je vous remercie.

There are lots of activities for all ages and interests within the rural area of the Isle of Axholme, some great local attractions too, a leisure centre within a small walk and a train platform that's direct to Cleethorpes seaside and other national links.
    You can enjoy your own space at Lily's where you have the home privately for the duration of your stay. If you require any further beds we can provide you with inflatable or fold out single beds in the living area, where there is a double fold out sofa bed and additionally a space on the sofa for one further guest . The Lakes also accommodate private jetskiers if they hold an RYA competence certificate, kayaks, canoes, sail boats etc. Please enquire as to your own specific requirements.
    In the Park resort there is a new restaurant and bar and multiple children's play areas, one of which is behind our Lodge and perfect for watching over your children from the balcony deck as they enjoy the swings and playground.

  • Rachel était super dès le départ. J'avais un peu de mal à réserver un voyage pendant que j'y étais et Rachel est allée au-delà pour offrir de l'aide et des numéros pour m'aider. Elle a même proposé de me prendre elle-même si elle avait été libre. Une telle attention. Steve nous a accueillis et était très optimiste et sympathique. J'ai adoré les touches supplémentaires de l'accueil du tableau personnalisé avec nos noms sur :) et l'ajout des chips et des biscuits de Seabrook dont nous avons fait un travail léger après quelques pintes de réveillon! Merci beaucoup à vous deux. Si jamais je me retrouvais dans le besoin d'un endroit où séjourner à Doncaster, c'est là que je séjournerais. Hautement recommandé!

    The house is located in a village outside of Scunthorpe called Keadby, by car is only 10 minutes away from M180 and 5 minutes away from Gallagher retail park with 24hr Tesco extra, B&Q, Mcdonalds. There are two shops 2 minutes walk away one which is a post office. There are frequent buses and the Althorpe train station is just a 5-minute walk away. The house is a large three bedroom house with a large garden. I have a patio area that is great for relaxing in the sun and having BBQ's.

    Our place is a one bedroom first floor apartment. It has a kitchen diner, living room, shower room and toilet and a bedroom. A home from home experience. Our place is close to restaurants and dining, public transport, and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the location. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. There is free 100MB WiFi and free road side parking adjacent to the property. Our twin beds are full 3ft singles which can be linked together to form a 6ft superking size bed. This can be booked with 64 Beck House which is a two bedroom flat on the ground floor that sleeps four, if availability allows. Call to enquire about discounts for both flats.
    The flat is accessed from Montrose street. The keys are held in a keysafe adjacent to the front door. The code is sent to you once the apartment is ready for you. This means that you can arrive at your convenience on the day of your booking. The flat is on the first floor accessed by a set of stairs. There are two single beds in the bedroom, a compact kitchen with eating area, a shower room with toilet and wash basin and a cozy living room with sofa bed and smart TV. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are all the utensils, cutlery and crockery that you’ll need for your stay. There is also an ironing board and iron. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV so you can watch your favourite Netflix and amazon accounts whilst you’re here as well as other channels. You can also access the internet via the TV. The flat is in close proximity of the town centre and is in walking distance of the bus and train station.   • L'appartement était super en termes de commodités par rapport à d'autres endroits - j'ai essayé très fort de trouver d'autres endroits qui avaient simplement un four et cela semblait impossible. Cet endroit était si proche de la gare et avait une télévision netflix aussi! La seule suggestion pour ceux qui viennent en hiver est de prendre beaucoup de pulls ou de couvertures car la chambre à coucher devient assez froide pendant la nuit.

  • Nous avons réservé la chambre pendant l'après-midi et Neil et Manju ont répondu dès que nous avons réservé. Ce sont des hôtes exceptionnels, avec une chambre fantastique, un lit très confortable et plein de petites choses (chocolats, serviettes, lit super confortable). Notre nuit a été comme dans une auberge chic! Merci beaucoup.

Manju m'offre également un service de navette depuis et vers l'aéroport pour un prix très bas!
