Water Park
“Make the most of your family time together at French Lick's indoor water park with retractable roof in Southern Indiana. Distance from English to Big Splash Adventure: 59.04 mi, Travel time: 0 Hour(s), 45 Minute(s). You’ll create unforgettable memories zipping down the Jolly Roger Jetty water slide, plunging down Pirate's Plunder and into their famous "toilet bowl", splashing and playing basketball in the Lost Treasure Lagoon, or simply relaxing on the Lost River at Big Splash Adventure. With over 40,000 square feet; there are so many fun things to do in the water park. Don't forget about their other attractions, Shotz Lazer Tag and Wilstem. Your family getaway will be "splashtastic" at Big Splash Adventure! ”

Museum
“Distance from English to French Lick Scenic Railway: 58.64 mi, Travel time: 0 Hour(s), 44 Minute(s). The French Lick Scenic Railway operating passenger trains over twenty-five miles of this track from French Lick to Jasper. The driving force behind the Railway is to provide guests with an experience harking back to a time when rail travel was the primary means of long distance travel. You won’t find a Museum in the traditional sense. There are no display cases full of dusty timetables and lanterns, but what you will find is the opportunity to experience history. Instead of just looking at them, you will be able to climb aboard the train and experience rail travel first hand! What will you see on the train? The train is a scenic ride through the hills of Southern Indiana and the edges of the Hoosier National Forest. You will travel past limestone and sandstone rock cuts, past an 1850’s log cabin, and through the second longest railroad tunnel in the state. As the train ride is in Southern Indiana, and in a forest, you can expect that there will be a number of trees seen on the ride. Sit back, relax, and enjoy experiencing when travel was… when the journey was part of the adventure.”

Lodging
“See the description for West Baden Springs Hotel - the trolley travels between the two. They also rent bikes here and have a nice little bike trail between the two hotels. They are next to the Casino and have lots of touristy options: a spa, little overpriced shops, excellent ice cream, golf course, etc.”

“This restaurant/bar is on the lower level of the French Lick Hotel. It gets its name as the original power fixtures in the hotel. They are quite fascinating. The good news is it stays open more later than other restaurants in the area, usually 11 or even 12. The bad news is there can be a wait during busy dinner hours and when there is a band. Usually you can catch some fun music and even dancing on the weekend nights. I suggest calling ahead to check wait time before heading over. The pork tenderloin sandwich, the club and their french fries are great. ”
