“The Asian fusion food here is ahhmazing! Very popular for dinner so suggest you book. Certainly not cheap and cheerful. Mid range prices I would say. Located in Narrabundah shops. 4 min uber ride or 15 min walk approximately. ”

Café
“It may surprise you to learn that Canberra makes the country’s best coffee. But it’s objectively true. Ona Coffee’s founder, Sasa Sestic, won the World Barista Championship in 2015, and his employee Hugh Kelly has won the Australian Barista Championship two years running. Ona has several cafés around Canberra, including the bright and airy Cupping Room. ”

“Damien D'Browe is the Chef that has owned this restaurant for over 20 years. It's a Canberra institution for locals. Damien will always come to your table to welcome you and tell you the specials in person. Great food, options for vegetarians, interesting offal options. Try the Pork Chop, the Seafood Pie or the mushrooms, they're all delicious and his desserts are incredible. The restaurant is BYO and only serves sparkling water, tea and coffee for drinks, but the supermarket just around the corner has a variety of liquor options.”

“A Canberra institution! Danny has been baking his delicious sour-dough bread for decades and is a well-known for his delicious bread. The bakery becomes a hot spot at Easter as his fruit buns are very much sought after and a secret is he also makes them on Saturday mornings through out the year(shhhh!).”
