Downtown scenery right up to this luxury one bedroom flat where you are about to enjoy grandiose views from a private deck. And when you think you have it all upstairs, your 2 steps out the front door leads you into the rugged yet refined brewery.
** The newly 2015 remodeled space is unique in that it is situated in the heart of downtown in a historical building built around 1885. Renovations of the entire building resulted in a state of the art brewery and a vacation/meetings rental. ** The bedroom sleeps you on a "therapedic" dust mite & allergen protected mattress.
We have trains, plains and the wild west.... We have the river just at the edge of town and some great accesses for fishing and parks to play in. We have of course Yellowstone Park and all the hiking one can wish for. For reservations on the Yellowstone Bus visit "Yellowstone National Park lodges" website. Click on things to do and click on experience planner.next click on brochures and downloads. You will find information about tours. If you need to be dropped off in Gardener than ask us and we can help you. We have tasty dining just around the corner! Once you have pumps and tie for the showing, you can just stroll to excellent dining. Then when dancing on another corner starts you can throw off the heels and loosen the tie. And when a bed is your last retreat, rest assured to find your way back without needing car or taxi.
  • Just book it! The place was spotless and even better in person than the photos show!

  • Cappi & Eric were great hosts! Their flat was in the perfect location - you could walk anywhere! Super clean place. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again! Thank you guys!

  • Absolutely outstanding space: beautiful and convenient. The hosts were so accommodating with little notice. Stay here just for the patio and the view of the mountains. Wonderful brewery and staff downstairs in a quaint and friendly town. A welcome getaway after a week of back country camping.

  • We so enjoyed our stay. This is such an amazing space and you can't beat the location!

  • Cappi&Eric are really friendly and warmhearted, I got the key information several days before my trip start. It's really great experience living in Cappi&Eric's house, the house is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, also they have a nice balcony. I think the house is location in the downtown area, it's convenience if you want to buy something, but this place is also quite at night. I highly recommend this house if you come to t Yellowstone.

  • This place was amazing! Location was fabulous , space was amazing. I enjoyed coffee and wine on the deck each day with the incredible view of the mountains. Walkable to anything you need downtown! Great beer just a few steps away from your doorstep!

  • I rented this spot for my parents while we were in town for a wedding. I'd say they loved it... "Granite Flat, a surprise of a lifetime in Livingston, MT ...WOW!!! Not three minutes after we entering the Granite Flat, I think we had used up a lifetime of WOWS and "Look at this's". Stunning, amazing, awesome and similar adjectives were uttered freely. Granite Flat is a beautifuly stunning eclectic hideaway, that is hidden in plain sight in the center of town. Once surround by the warmth and entertaining mix of styles, you will forget you are in Big Sky Country, and it will feel as if you had been transported into a designers secret warehouse. I would highly recommend that before you shop for food and cooking accoutrements, you take a look see into the drawers and cupboards for the humongous assortment of palette pleasers.. It is quite possible there will be either something supplied by the owner or something unused and left behind by the previous guest. The kitchen has state of the art stainless steel appliances, and an unimaginable assortment of cooking and eating utensils, and dishes artfully displayed for your use. Little wooden shims are tastefully positioned to remind you of the proper care and use of theses beautiful appliances The bathroom is something to behold and to be "sitting in", but, "don't forget your novel" as the room whispers to you, sit a while and read. The same can be said for the outside private sundeck, unlike the bathroom, there is room for many more than one or two. As with the other rooms, the bedroom is inviting and surprising. The walk-in closet with mirror is a nice surprise as are the personal fans on each bedside table. Cafes, diners and sit-down dinner establishments of every ilk, are within easy walking distance. Ranging from next door to four blocks. Attention to detail! Check out what is in the corners of every stair as you marvel at the non-slip stair coverings heading up to the front door of Granite Flat. Just a precursor to what is inside! Enjoy, I know we did! - Charlie and Karen"

  • We absolutely loved the Brewery Flats. It was perfect for us, the place is beautiful, clean, open, and has everything you might need and then some. The location also couldn't be better. We had a wonderful time and thought that Cappi was a wonderful host.

Our cottage features mountain views and an outdoor therapy tub under a canopy of cottonwoods. Inside you'll find reclaimed wood, black iron, and steel accents. The cottage's pine plank and clay walls impart warmth, while the chandeliers and fireplaces offer a hint of luxury. The location however is not a cabin in the woods. As pictures indicate we are on a local park, across from the local Catholic School and Church.
The property borders a small park on one side and a creek with mountain views on the other. The park includes a splash park for children to enjoy in the summer months as well as room for fishermen to practice casting. The interior features a tasteful mix of reclaimed materials and modern amenities including wifi, Roku media streaming tvs, and an outdoor therapy hot tub. The tub is situated in a private corner of the yard under a stand of cottonwoods. The building was renovated with an emphasis on sustainable materials, energy efficiency, and smart technology.
The park features a splash park that is open to the public during the summer months. The cottage is within a few blocks of a golf course and the fairgrounds where the Fourth of July rodeo is held.
  • Lovely and cozy with eclectic design touches that made it a perfect place to touch down on a cross country journey. It was just as described. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and spatious.

  • Judy was a great host and her place is very cozy and beautifully designed. Livingston was a great place to stay and only about a hour drive, with stunning scenery, from the north entrance to Yellowstone. Highly recommended!

    Daniel2017-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • So amazing. The perfect spot to get away, particularly for young professionals. Impeccably decorated with exquisite character and charm. This is a must for those wanting a spectacular experience and get away in a down-to-earth community. Judy was most accommodating, even offering advice on local outdoor activities and fare. We will definitely return to this serene oasis soon.

    Reanen2016-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • We LOVED staying here. It was SO cute, the house was super clean, there were little amenities everywhere and the host totally went out of her way to make our stay amazing. The bed was SO comfortable, the hot tub was perfect for the two of us, and we had fun looking through the books that were set out and watching Netflix on the Roku. It was so cozy (in the best way) and SO much more unique than a bland hotel room. Judy made sure everything was perfect and we couldn’t have been more pleased with a single thing. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

  • We are finally back from our Yellowstone road trip and it was so fantastic to start the vacation off meeting our host Judy, and staying in her wonderful cottage. Being a marketing Director, I always try to offer a note of suggestion, but I really don't have one! Everything was clean and tidy and interesting to look at. She even had the breakfast items for us in the fridge - well at least I hope they were intended for us. We loved the reclaimed materials-design sense, and the work that seems ongoing. Not too much and not too little, to quote Goldilocks it was 'just right'. Our college age son was in heaven with the projection TV in the barnroom. We had dinner at the Livingston Chop House, wonderful meal. Took time to enjoy antique-ing in the area. For anyone wishing for an authentic rustic Montana Cottage/Cabin experience, this is the one. We really look forward to another stay in the future.

  • Judy was so sweet and welcoming when we arrived. We came on short notice and she had everything ready for us, along with muffins in the fridge, and fresh iced tea! She turned up the hot tub for us as well which was very appreciated. GREAT place! I would recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Livingston, close to restaurants and downtown area. Wonderful setting. We enjoyed ourselves and appreciated Judy.

    Regan2016-05-30T00:00:00Z
  • Nice place

    Jane2017-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • Hello Judy. Thanks for everything, the place was (is) great. We are still here and moving slowly as I think the boys want to stay longer. It was just what we needed. After living in small hotel rooms for a week we finally had a chance to spread out and the boys really appreciated it. Even had a chance to do laundry, so a complete recharge for us!! Even though it was a late arrival still had a chance to use the hot tub. As soon as I get them packed up, we will be off to Glacier Natl Park. The timing for your suggestion is good as we will probably be ready for lunch. The fruits were great too, best blueberries i remember in a long while. Hope to be gone in about an hour. Thanks again. • Overall, a great little cabin in an awe-inspiring location. However, for the price, I kind of expected a more comfortable bed and shaded places to sit outside when it was sunny.

  • Sara has a beautiful house with great views and is very well located. We would stay there again for visits to Yellowstone or Big Sky.

    Gregory2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • The Wildflower Cabin was amazing. My favorite parts were the stone fireplace, hot tub, and the jetted bathtub. Extremely comfortable bed and very quiet location. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer! We will be back, thanks Sara!

    Caylin2017-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and perfect location. Close to Livingston where you can find a good dinner. Yellowstone is a beautiful hour drive by the Yellowstone river. The amount of wild life to be seen is amazing being from Denver where the wild life has moved out. Very quiet. Mornings on the porch swing watching the amazing sunrise was a great way to start the day.

    Stephanie2017-03-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay in the Wildflower Cabin! The cabin is full of amenities and resources for a comfortable getaway. Sara and Dave's hospitality was top-notch. They were there at our beck & call. We experienced a storm which cut the wifi off and we had a bout of bad luck with the water temperature, both of which Sara and Dave were on top of and very communicative. It is very peaceful home. We enjoyed getting up early to look for wildlife in the yard as well as cooking and enjoying meals as a family. Livingston is a precious town with great shops that bring to life a lot of history that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a central location to our many excursions (Yellowstone National Park, fly fishing the Gallatin and Madison rivers, etc). We also appreciated the story of the cabin's history as it was a family project built over the years. I would recommend this place to anyone! One heads-up: if you are looking for an authentic log cabin in the middle of no-where and completely secluded, this may not be the place. While completely pleasant and private, the cabin is located practically in the owner's backyard and the neighborhood you drive through is not not very scenic as you would expect a cabin in the middle of Montana to be. Not necessarily a negative depending on your preference, but something to be aware of so you can set your expectations accordingly. While not 100% secluded, it is still very peaceful and the owners' proximity made it very convenient for requests and/or needs that we had. Overall, we had a lovely time and would recommend for a trip to Montana!

  • Sara's place was great! Hot tub and fireplace and movie projector were really nice perks. Really enjoyed it!

  • Janie and Doug are thoughtful hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including setting up an air mattress for us and making sure infused water and snacks were available.

    Robyn2018-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Janine and Doug’s place was a wonderful experience! From the beginning, Janine was very easy to communicate with, left us very precise instructions how to enter the apartment and made sure we had everything we needed. Coming back from a long day hiking and exploring Yellowstone National Park (the north entrance is approximately an hour drive away), the apartment was an extremely comfy place to come back to, relax and plan the next day. I would recommend this wonderful place and our thoughtful hosts to any of my friends visiting Yellowstone!

Large, cozy bedroom just eight blocks from historical downtown Livingston, four blocks to the famous Yellowstone River, and one hour to Gardiner (the entryway to Yellowstone National Park)!
Cozy bedroom with a queen sized bed with an amazingly comfortable mattress pad, cotton sheets, large closet, coffee/snack bar, and a flat screen TV with Apple TV and access to Netflix, Hulu, HBOnow, Amazon Prime and other apps. The guest area is closed off from the rest of our home for your privacy and convenience. The laundry room is the only shared area, however we do our best to work our laundry needs around our guests.
We are in a great part of town, and our home was one of the first built in Livingston in 1885! It was once a boarding house for the men passing through town on the train cars. We are only 1.5 blocks from Neptune's Brewery, which brews their own beer and is well known for its sushi. There are many fun restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops to see downtown, as well as a cute movie theater, all less than a 15 minute walk away. We are about 5 blocks from the off-leash dog park, as well as a boat ramp for fishing the Yellowstone! If you're interested in going to Yellowstone Park, we are less than an hour to the Gardiner entrance!

  • This lovely private room with private bathroom and laundry area is wonderfully comfortable, clean, and is in a great location. You can walk to restaurants and you can comfortably walk the neighborhood. Carolyn is very nice and we really enjoyed our night there. Wish we could have stayed longer!

  • A wonderful quiet spot where I wrote and rested and walked the lilac-bloomed alleys and side-streets of Livingston, Montana. It’s an easy walk to the historic downtown past railroad-era architecture, and a short drive into Paradise Valley. I look forward to returning. Julie helped to get me settled and offered just the advice I needed to explore town. Thanks.

    Joseph2018-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • Place was great! We went to a concert in Bozeman our first night. spent a day in Yellowstone and a day just looking around Livingston. Was a great central location. Very clean an cozy. Had a wonderful time and Julie was a great host! Highly recommend!

    Paul And Shellie2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Julie’s place was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want to pay $300 to stay in Yellowstone but wanted to be close enough to drive in easily. The location of Julie’s studio was just that! I was within 35-40mins fromYellowstone and the drive in was breathtaking so really the drive in was part of the Yellowstone experience...I probably stopped to take pictures on my drive in around 20 times, it was that beautiful ! People commented about the trains previously...honestly, I turned the fan on that she provided and barely heard the train and only heard it because it was the same time my alarm went off between 6/7am so It was zero issue for me. If your staying to be able to experience the park then you should be waking up at that time anyway. The place was extremely clean, she provided some added things in the bathroom which smelled amazing. The bed was very comfortable and I fell straight to sleep! Also, through a series of events I arrived after 1am and Julie was really great about messaging me back promptly previous to my arrival so that I wasn’t stressing about arriving and being very lost!!!! I would definitely stay again if I were passing through!

We are 50miles from Yellowstone and 20miles from Bridger Skiing. There is a HOT TUB to rest your muscles in after a long day of activities. The quiet neighborhood has lots of parking! • We loved staying at Danielle’s place. She was very welcoming and answered all my questions very promptly. The place was so clean and she had a welcome book similar to a hotel that helped us get acquainted with the area. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  • Very comfortable and clean. Great place to stay. Danielle is super friendly and nice. Communication was always on point. Definitely would stay there again. Only note is you could hear footsteps and movement but nothing too loud/annoying.

  • Danielle`s place is one of the best AirBnB place ai ever stayed! She is VERY friendly and she give you great tips! Her place is awesome - 1 hour from Yellowstone National Park! Her house is big and beautiful! But her backyard is amazing and great for the morning coffee! I would never ever hesitate to stay again at her place! Thank you Danielle!

  • Excellent stay north of the Yellowstone north entrance- quiet and so comfortable - everything is as noted and pictured. The hostess- Danielle is friendly and accommodating, very easy going personality. We needed extra things which she provided to make our stay even better. Definitely stay here- it’s worth every bit of extra time to Yellowstone. Great information on the area and south into a yellowstone. Thank you Danielle for a great experience !

This sunny, historic Victorian home is located in the heart of charming downtown Livingston. The home's entire upstairs is a separate unit for guests, complete with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. The space is cozy and private, ideal for families or couples. With sweeping views of the Absaroka mountain range, the private front porch or yard is the perfect place for sipping coffee or a beer. Drive to Yellowstone in an hour, skiing in 45 minutes, and world class fishing in just 10 minutes.
The house is perfectly located in Livingston. Walk downtown in just 5 minutes to visit Livingston's many restaurants, art galleries, shops, and bars. Yellowstone River fishing and rafting access is less than a 10-minute drive across town. Yellowstone National Park is a scenic hour-drive south through the iconic Paradise Valley (don't forget to soak at Chico hot springs en route). In the winter, you can get to unbeatable powder at Bridger Bowl in 45-minutes or cross-country skiing throughout the Paradise Valley. The unit is approximately 625 sq. feet -- perfect for a couple or group of four. The main room features a living area, dining area, and 3/4 kitchen. Each bedroom features memory foam mattress beds, a closet, and big windows. The master bedroom has a queen bed and lovely views of mountains and quaint surrounding neighborhood. The twin room is cozy, but spacious enough for two adults or kids. The new kitchen addition features everything guests would need, including a refrigerator, toaster oven, kettle, and french press. Even though the bathroom is on the small side, it is fully equipped with a full bath and shower. The space's modern, clean decor allows the historic architectural details to stand out, like original hardwood floors throughout, large windows, and crown molding. Mature trees surrounding the property provide shade and privacy. Guests can enjoy the property's great view from the front porch or expansive private side yard which look out onto the Absaroka mountain range above Livingston. The expansive side yard is reserved for my house guests to use, however the yard is not entirely private since access to downstairs unit is through the side yard (towards the back of the lawn). You may see me and my dogs pass through, but we don't use the yard as that is intended for upstairs guests.
This is a well-established, family-friendly neighborhood with both funky eclectic houses and historic mansions right near downtown Livingston. Walk just 5 minutes from the house to wander through Livingston's thriving, small downtown packed with great restaurants, art galleries, live music venues, bakeries, and independent shops. Just a little further towards the mountains, there is a gorgeous Yellowstone River walk and public parks.
  • The was clean, air conditioned, and very nice. We'd love to come back.

  • Kate provides a neat and clean place to stay with what was a plus for me....... a firm mattress. She provides hints for places to eat, an adult beverage upon arrival and fresh roasted coffee for the morning. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  • A nice space with lots of stairs, but oh! so Victorian. Nice location, close in-town. Livingston is such a nice, scenic place to visit. Plan to eat out or microwave your meals if you plan on a long stay as there is no stove or oven. However, the upstairs apartment was lovely.

    TerriLee2018-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Sparkling clean home with an amazing view. Check in was a breeze. The bed was super comfortable. Kate has couple of lovely pets which my daughter loved. Would highly recommend this place

  • Very comfy bed, good value.

    梓涵2018-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • My family and I just spent two nights at Kate's place, en route to take our daughter to college! Our accommodations provided the much-needed comfort after a long day of driving and an even longer day of exploring Yellowstone National Park! It's proximity to the park was perfect (less than an hour drive - and a beautiful one at that!)! The space: Kate's charming Victorian is just as cute and inviting on the inside as it is on the outside. Comfort is in the details, such as the Yellowstone Coffee Roasters whole bean coffee and pour-over brewer we found in the well-equipped kitchen. Perfect before hitting the road to YNP! There was even Czech Mate Pilsener from Red Lodge Ales in the fridge! Linens were all high-end, which goes a long way in my book! In Kate's house book she recommends Pinky's in downtown Livingston for breakfast. It did not disappoint! I I can't say enough nice things about Kate and her home. She was very responsive and we even bumped in to her arriving back late one night. I'm happy we did!

Very charming late 1800's house. Being one of the orgininal homes in Livingston the house is located within walking distance to downtown, the Yellowstone River and Sacajewea Park. The house is great for entertaining small groups or just cozying up after a long day on the river or ski hill.
One of the highlights of the house is the kitchen. Equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal on a vintage 1950s gas stove. The murals on the wall and the tin ceiling create a great atmosphere. There is a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed and a unique master bedroom upstairs with an AC unit. Additional sleeping arrangements in the form of a pull out couch and futon can accommodate 2-4 guests. Please note that these are located in the common area. Livingston is great to discover by bicycle. We have two vintage town bikes for our guests to use. Locks are included.
  • This is a cute place. Quiet neighborhood, and I'd recommend it. We'd stay here again if we come back through.

  • Want to live like a local? This spot is perfect. Love the porch. Just an all around good spot to stay. Sandra answered every question with a quick response. I would certainly recommend this for the value and location.

  • What a great place to stay! This is an Airbnb that has remembered all the small things. the home is wonderful and stylish and near all the amenities of town and the park. Beds were comfortable and the coffee was good. The stove is gorgeous and the kitchen very functional. I will certainly stay here again!

    Craig2018-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • Great place and location. Easy to walk to town or the park. The house is small but feels very open downstairs and has a big kitchen. The sloped ceilings in the upstairs were a bit of a challenge for my 6’5” husband but we got used to it quickly! Overall, great place. Sandra was very quick to respond to emails. We would stay here again.

  • This house is great, very clean and airy, with tasteful and functional touches throughout. Very accommodating hosts. Everything about the house fit our needs perfectly, we truly loved staying here and would do so again in a heartbeat!!

    Kaydee2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Sandra's place worked out really well and it's in a great location -- easy walk to downtown, easy walk to the fair grounds, near the River. The house is really comfortable and charming. We enjoyed our stay very much! One small note: The upstairs bedroom works best for folks who are less than 6' tall because the hallway ceiling is low/sloped. The bedroom itself has plenty of room though. Best solution is for taller people to take the downstairs bedroom, shorter people take the upstairs one.

2 night minimum stay. Secluded bright and cheery, comfortable cabin with queen bed on 212 acres only 4 miles from Livingston. Fantastic views of Absaroka Mts. from the deck. Very private, peaceful and quiet. A good base for visiting Yellowstone National Park.
This bright and cheerful cabin has been completely remodeled on the interior, with aspen floors and new windows. It is decorated with prints and original paintings. (We are artists) You are likely to see deer and antelope since the cabin is situated on 212 acres. It's a 400 square foot mix of rustic coziness and modern bath and kitchenette. The deck is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the wonderful view of the Absaroka Mts. Even though you are surrounded by acres and acres of natural prairie you are only 4 miles from historic downtown Livingston, where you will find easy shopping, fine restaurants and many art galleries. Livingston also has 2 live playhouses - The Shane and The Blue Slipper as well as a movie threatre. The Gourmet Wine and Cheese Cellar is one of our favorite places to start the evening with wine and cheese plates and live music on several nights. Mustang Catering is a great stop for lunch or a gourmet dinner. Pinkies has a tasty breakfast (try the Scotch Egg if you want something different and tasty in an egg). There are many more restaurants and pubs in town with live music, these are just our favorites. The cabin is stocked with coffee and tea. You can get good reception on Verizon, not sure about other suppliers. Computers work fine by using your phone service. Also on the property is another AIRbnb dwelling see - "Tiny House under the Big Sky"
The cabin is situated very near the center of the 212 acres, therefore, there are no close neighbors and no traffic. It is a very quiet location and perfect for someone who wants privacy, quiet and relaxation.

    Emilie2018-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • To sit on the porch of the Izaac Walton cabin, drinking coffee or a local beer, and watch the deer and rabbits and other wildlife scurry through the fields with the majestic Absaroka mountain range dominating the horizon--that is vacation heaven. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night. Apart from the unbeatable view, the cabin is perfect and fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home; we even made dinner one night. Karen was a terrific host and gave great tips for drives, hikes, places to eat, and more. Livingston, so close by (though the cabin property is so expansive, it ought to have its own zip code), is one of those towns you can't believe still exists and that you feel immediately at home in. Don't miss Beartooth Pass, hikes in the Absaroka, exploring the Yellowstone river, great food and live music at the Murray bar, stocking up at Matt's butcher shop and the Town and Country grocery store, and on and on. We plan to be back soon. Go.

    Julie2016-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely time in the Izaac Walton Cabin. The cabin itself is cozy, well decorated, very clean and has a great bed! The view however is what you should really book this cabin for. It's located on a hill without any tree cover and with an incredible view of the surrounding mountains. We just couldn't get enough of the view!! Also, the cabin is pretty secluded (ten minutes drive to the nearest town) so the whole experience is restful. We saw a million stars as well as lots of wild life. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Montana.

    Helene2015-04-12T00:00:00Z
  • Fabulous! We've used Airbnb many times all over the world - and the Izaak Walton Cabin was one of the best experiences we've ever had. The location was private and had a spectacular view. The cabin was very well equipped, interestingly decorated with beautiful paintings with Montana mountain, fishing and cabin themes - and painted by the hosts! We relaxed, played checkers, watched movies and sipped wine on the porch admiring the spectacular mountain views. We hope we have an opportunity to visit the cabin again and stay even longer! Thank you Karen!

    Peggy2015-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • This lovely, cozy cabin is in a highly unique place. It has everything you need to relax, make simple meals and enjoy the peace here. The views are incredible and the wildlife that roams these hills was a highlight of our trip. We did not travel to the park from here but rather used the cabin as a resting place after traveling across the country. It was just perfect! Karen was a warm, welcoming host and provided a wealth of information about the area.

    Michael2017-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Karen and her husband are great with welcoming you in and getting you familiar with the place! I loved the location of the cabin (the pictures don't do anything justice). It was affordable and worth every penny! The small touches of hospitality were tremendous!

We have turned our 1,200 sq. ft. pole barn into a one of a kind Man Cave/Camp. The "Garlodge" is 1/2 Garage, 1/2 Lodge and has room enough for four or five anglers after a long day on the Yellowstone River. Beds include a hide-a-bed, 2 bunks and couch. Amenities include 2x 50 inch LED TVs, DirecTV satellite television, Blu-Ray DVD players, internet, pool table, darts, foosball, table games, bar with fridge and glass chiller, 3/4 bath, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, BBQ, tandem/cruiser bicycles and more! Only a few blocks from the Yellowstone River and town. Out of respect for the neighbors, we no longer allow parties or groups of six or more.
Old Italian railroad neighborhood. Houses were originally brought in on trains from Montgomery Wards and other department stores. Walking or biking distance to Neptunes (neighborhood brewery), town, river, band shell, golf course!
  • Fantastic spot! Very comfortable, great location, highly communicative hosts. Would definitely recommend to friends

  • Wow!! This place is amazing! Meg and Craig were very accommodating and welcoming. The place is easy to find- one block from a very good brewery! Hosted by a very sweet malamute- kootenai- koot for short. This place is ideal for a guys get together weekend! It has everything for hanging out that you need and comes complete with an outside sitting area!

  • Craig’s place was amazing! Already looking forward to staying there again!

    Shelbie2017-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Craig's place is awesome and is just as described. Craig is a fantastic host and a really nice guy. The gar-lodge as he calls it has everything you need and is walkable to the centre of town as well as the Yellowstone River. The beds are comfortable and the only downside is that the place has so much entertainment indoors (pool table, musical instruments, bar, etc) it may trap you there. The location seems to be very safe and the nearby restaurants are fantastic.

    Donovan2014-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Craig's place is truly one of a kind! He's done a great job of creating a unique and fun space. There were only two of us but it could easily accommodate more. While we never encountered Craig in person, he was great to deal with online and by phone- very friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, we were there during an unusual heat wave, and the space is not air conditioned. We ended up cutting our stay short by a day because it was simply too hot, but Craig was very understanding and accommodating. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would stay at the Garlodge for sure!

    Doug2015-07-02T00:00:00Z

Our place is great for couples or for a couple fishing buddies. It is a well appointed and very comfortable one bedroom apartment above our garage. Located in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of Livingston, it is close to the Albertson's grocery store and just 5 minutes from Down Town Livingston. It is on the way to Yellowstone park, only 10 minutes from the Carters Fishing access on the Yellowstone River and about 50 minutes from Gardiner and Yellowstone National Park.
  • This place is perfect for vacation or business in the Livingston area. Convenient to the Spring Creeks and town. Highly recommended for a single, couple and family of three. Ali is a great hostess and the place was clean and comfortable.

  • Cute, cozy, comfortable, clean and "Fishy". Fly fishing and fish are the theme throughout. The "Garage Mahal" was an excellent "home away from home" for our stay in Livingston. Quiet, green and lavender (fragrant lilacs!) describes the neighborhood. It is a short, pleasant walk to Albertsons to purchase groceries to prepare in the well equipped kitchen. There is also a lovely view of the mountains from the living area and deck. Allison and Scott are friendly, gracious hosts. Definitely plan to stay again when visiting Livingston.

The house is right in the heart of town, the first residential street to the east of the commercial zone - walking distance to everything. The house itself is quaint, just one Queen sized bed in the skylit bedroom, but a loft for the adventurous and small. Speaking of small, small dogs are allowed, 50lbs and under.
It is less than 1000sq. feet of cozy eccentricity. I am a songwriter and performing musician so there are musical instruments, notes and such to entertain yourself with. There is a beautiful big Tulakivi wood stove, a manufacturer renowned for its high efficiency but takes some tending in the winter to establish heat all day long - and then it cooks! There are also alternative heat sources in every section of the house to supplement. I'm not totally crazy.
Downtown Livingston is rife with activity - eating, shopping, arts and music, museums, outdoor rentals - it is truly uncanny how this little town of 7000 sustained so much of interest.
  • Great location right off the highway and close to everything in town!

Enjoy 45 acres of mountain hillsides with wildflowers, hiking trails, abundant wildlife and a tipi near the creek. A year round cutthroat spawning creek meanders gently through the property with many hidden springs and a small pond.
This secluded and elegantly furnished, four bedroom, 2 ½ bath home, sleeps 8-10 comfortably. Bedrooms include one king size bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a combination bunk bed; single above, double below, with a single trundle bed. You are always welcome to sleep under the stars on the enclosed front deck or camp outside. The main level of the house has a open kitchen, dining room and living room area which is ideal for entertaining. This area can be heated very comfortably with the radiant stone fireplace which is a wonderful addition to the long Montana winters. The outdoor hot tub will be available for your use as soon as you arrive and seats 6. It is just far enough away from the house that you can see stars at night. This custom log home is both fully furnished and fully stocked with sheets, towels and paper products. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, dishes and a full range of utensils needed for both cooking a large meal and setting a table for ten. The master bedroom has high ceilings, two balconies, mountain views, and a tiled Jacuzzi bath.
The house is located on 45 acres and a map will be provided for you at the house showing the boundaries of our property as well as suggested hiking options. The boundaries of our property are not clearly marked. Our neighbors are friendly and fine with hikers but please be respectful.
  • House was perfect! It honestly was more than i expected! The pics dont show how beautiful this place is. We saw a bear, and quite a few moose! The house is only about 10 minutes from town but is far enough out that it feels very secluded. We would love to stay again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

  • To: Pros - beautiful house - clean - great guidebooks and resources available Cons - serious millipede problem. Vacuumed up about 40 a day - house is quite far from the main road. Takes about 30 min to get into town - they did construction on the house while we were there. Made parking difficult and we had to listen to the sound of a cement mixer instead of the nature around us.

    Teri2017-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet canyon. Lovely house with a great hot tub and porch.

    David2017-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • The location is beautiful - remote enough to be secluded and quiet, yet close enough to Livingston and Bozeman to get into town for groceries / dinner. The Milky Way is visible from the front porch at night. The house is great for multiple guests - we slept 7 super comfortably - and has all the needed amenities. The hot tub is an added bonus - especially due to the serene and majestic setting. As advertised, it is about 5 miles up a gravel road so you might consider the scratch and dent coverage if you're renting your car. We made three separate forays into Yellowstone, which is a little over an hour away, so it's more than doable. If you want a good breakfast, hit up the Stockyard Calfe in Bozeman. Great minyan hippy-style breakfast spot.

  • The perfect kid friendly mountain retreat for a staycation or a day trip to local points of interest. The house is perfectly laid out to accommodate community and communication while providing privacy for the individual. It is truly a gem for those seeking to get away without going too far off the beaten path.

  • This bright log house on a hill with blooming wildflowers offers amazing views of Montana's natural beauty. It felt so wonderful to be greeted by cows and their calves on the unpaved road leading to the house. The house is very cozy, super clean and offers anything you might need to feel at home. The location is very convenient to explore Yellowstone and spend a good time in Bozeman's Museum of the Rockies on a rainy day.

  • Lovely house with great privacy and welcoming host. The downstairs was private and quiet. We felt it to be a place where we could lounge and enjoy the down time. The breakfast was lovely and set out for us. This was our first airb&b and the second night we stayed in a hotel..... wishing we were still at Ginger's.

    Angel2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Best airbnb! Friendly family and a great house. A good place to make a brake bevor you go to the yellostone nationalpark. Ginger gave us very good tips about the nationalpark. We had a great time in Livingstone by ginger.

    Christa2017-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Ginger is a fabulous host who really makes you feel like family, and I wish we had been staying more than one night! Your space is very private, amenable, comfortable and just so gorgeous. Ginger has a wealth of knowledge about Livingston, Yellowstone and the region that we were lucky to be able to draw on.

    Lara2018-06-22T00:00:00Z
  • Ginger is the perfect host! Everything was so clean and the special touches were so appreciated. We had snacks and bottled water waiting for us as we arrived and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. She gave us helpful tips as we toured Yellowstone which sacred is so much time and frustration. Do not hesitate to stay here! It's cozy and comfortable!!

    Jeanine2018-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Ginger was the best host. She was accommodating to our schedule, and incredibly sweet! We were blown away by the hospitality she showed...she even provided breakfast! Great place to stay!

    Stephanie2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • The place had the best bed, connected to a living room that was ours to use privately. The shower was the best! The whole house is spotless clean, and Ginger was very friendly and helpful. She even let me borrow a needle and thread to sew a repair job on a shirt. The welcome basket and breakfast in the morning can't be beat!

    Lynda2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Superstay. A whole apartment to myself spotlessly clean and greeted by the charming and vivacious Ginger. I would book again in a heartbeat and you should too. And breakfast what more could you ask for?

    John2018-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was one of our best Airbnb stays. The accommodations were very nice and breakfast options were great. Made it so nice to eat a good, healthy breakfast before starting our day. Ginger is a very inviting, gracious hostess. I highly recommend anyone staying here.

Charming guest house under a canopy of willow trees. This house feels like you are in the country, but you are just minutes from dowtown. Vaulted ceilings, radiant floor heat, and tons of windows add to the charm. Enjoy the privacy of the large yard and proximity to trails while also being just a few minuted from downtown Livingston. There's also a large covered front porch to relax and drink your coffee or read a book.
The guest house has it's roots in history, as it was remodeled from two small railroad homes, but the interior has all the charms and comforts of modern times. Hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings and farm style windows add to the charm. Decorated with local art, historic photos, and antique furniture. A Jack and Jill bathroom adds to the ease and comfort when staying here. Two closets to hang your cloths, as well as an iron and ironing board are provided.
The guest house is in town but at the end of a quiet street. Our property backs up to Fleshman creek, and just steps from the guest house there is a lovely walking trail.

  • This place is great! Homey, stylish, thoughtful touches and a great place to station while you explore Yellowstone. It’s about a 45 minute drive — but it’s a beautiful one so you won’t mind. The backyard area was really lovely, and I would imagine this is a great place to stay with kids. The second bedroom connects to the master via a closet, and features like a gate at the top of the stairs provide peace of mind. Definitely recommend staying here!

  • If your looking for a small town to relax and enjoy your stay this is it. The home was clean and in walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, bakery & everything else you might need. The park is a couple of blocks away, where we saw a bald eagle & enjoyed many walks. Josh was a great host and told us more then once to enjoy his home. Thought of staying in Bozeman, so glad we didn't.

  • The location makes for an easy walk to restaurants and downtown shopping. This is not a place to have dinners as it has a very small counter like space to eat at in the living area. The second bedroom is very small and shares a closet with the master bedroom.

  • Half of an entire floor of a renovated school house, you'll probably never find a cooler place to stay, in Livingston or anywhere.

    Jenny2018-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Ashley’s beautiful and spacious loft was so much fun to stay in while we visited Livingston and Chico’s Hot Springs. There is no escaping the train that passes through town no matter where you stay. Her white noise machine and ear plugs made a huge difference and we slept through the night. All the amenities you need and such a stylish expansive space. We highly recommend.

    Anne2018-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Ashley's place is very cool, clean, and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Such a treat to stay in. The high ceilings and open design offer a unique and relaxing atmosphere. It's so nice that you may be tempted to bag the sightseeing and just spend the day lollygagging inside!

    Liz2018-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Ashleys place is a breeze when visiting North Yellowstone. It has a really cool loft style while being centrally located in Livingston. There was some noise from the train but we got used to it pretty quickly.

  • This is a great spot for a quick getaway, especially if you love downtown Livingston. It's as cute as a postcard, especially with the backyard chickens!

    Anthony2017-12-09T00:00:00Z
  • Nice guest house in back yard of Lauren's home. Beautiful landscaping with sunflowers and even a chicken coop surround the guest house. Very clean and tidy, even homemade granola and milk and eggs in the refrigerator. Lauren was very accommodating to us. Our only slight discomfort was how hot it was in the house. (middle of July, I think it was 88 degrees that day), and the a/c wasn't turned on so it was HOT in there! Otherwise, everything was great.

    Andrew2016-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • Lauren's place is so sweet. It's so nice to have a little cottage with your own parking space so close to I-90. Livingston is a very sweet town too. I was glad to find a natural foods market right down the street. Lauren is very friendly and ready and available to help with anything! It's like staying with a friend in her little MIL behind her house. I will definitely come back!

High end, high art, studio apartment in Livingston's historic district with luxurious sleeping for 4.
Perfectly located in downtown Livingston, Montana, this fetching studio apartment is a skip away from everything happening on Main Street. The apartment was newly built in 2017, in the back half of Out Of The Blue Antiques. We offer covered off street parking (a premium in Downtown Livingston!) and your own private entrance. The open floor plan features artwork and photography from local artists as well as antiques collected from famous Livingston estates. We’ve added a fully equipped kitchen, ready for most cooking needs, with all new stainless steel appliances. The sleeping area has a brand new king sized bed with custom bedding and plenty of pillows. Kick back and relax on the plush midcentury style couch that opens into a queen sized bed. Our flat screen TV can be enjoyed from the dining room table, couch or even the kitchen. The clean, crisp bathroom offers a bath/shower combination, and a closet and dressing area with a full sized mirror. National award winning mural Artist Andee Rudloff collaborating with local Park High Students painted an installment outside at the XOxo! It's beautiful! During your stay, you also have access to two cruiser bikes to roam and explore the town and banks of the Yellowstone River. In keeping with the idea that life should be a balance between the wild outdoors and artistic creature comforts, we offer shelter and close proximity to both. Blue Ribbon Trout Fishing is three blocks away in the famous Yellowstone River. Downtown Livingston is a mecca for artists, writers and actors as well as ranchers, cowboys and world travelers. Our town is also the original gateway to Yellowstone National Park, the world’s 1st National Park, and one of America’s greatest treasures. After the filming of Rancho Deluxe in 1975, there was a convergence of artists and ranching cultures in Livingston and Paradise Valley. This dynamic community is full of interesting, friendly and adventurous people. Drawn to Yellowstone, Out of The Blue’s owner, Kathryn, moved to the area in 1991. She was inspired by the quality of the summer light, open landscapes and the wildness of Yellowstone. She opened her store, Out Of The Blue Antiques (and soon to be Emporium) in 2013. The XOxo was built in the winter of 2017. Our hope is that you are able to relax, nurture your creative spirit, and enjoy our spectacular scenery. Don’t hesitate to stop in Out Of The Blue and ask for recommendations for a place to eat out or a day hike into the woods.
t's Livingston.... you will see. Completely safe, friendly, and weird.

  • This is a nicely appointed apartment right in town close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Although a small studio it has a king size comfortable bed, a nice kitchen and table for 6 if you have family near by with whom you may want to share a meal or play some games. We enjoyed it immensely and hope to return soon.

    Kathleen2017-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • This studio was very cozy and had a great sense of style. We appreciated the convenient location---it was close to all of the downtown Livingston shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything one could possibly want for a stay in Livingston. Check-in was easy. Note--the location is in an alley. This was made very clear in the listing so I am not complaining, just want to be sure that everyone is clear. It is not dangerous nor particularly unattractive--there are simply no real views. Again, I was expecting no different. It was nice to have off-street covered parking and access to the car right outside the door. This was a fantastic place to stay!

    Steven2017-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • What a perfect spot to explore Yellowstone. We absolutely love the incredible design and unique decor in this place. We stayed for 2 nights and had the best sleeps of our whole Montana trip here in the big bed! Thanks for the food recommendations we had a lovely dinner after a long day hiking across Yellowstone park. We saw a ton of wildlife including bison and a grisly bear mamma and cub! If we had more time we would have loved to take the bikes out. Guess we'll have to come back. Couldn't have found a better place. Thanks again

  • The XOXO is is extremely well appointed, comfortable, and even better than shown in the photos. It is located in the perfect spot to quickly access all the wonderful outdoor activities Livingston offers but to then have an easy, low-stress night on the town followed by a charming restful retreat. Brooke was professional, extremely fast in answering questions, and very accommodating when a unique situation arose with my scheduled dates. I have stayed in a many AirBnB's and this one is tops! The next time I come to Livingston, I hope the XOXO is open.

  • My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and we were blessed beyond measure to have found and chosen Debbie and Rick's place for our week long romantic getaway! It was perfect in every way... The listing is correct in its wonderful description of the sweetgrass room. In fact, if anything, there's just no way for words and pictures to truly convey the beauty of this space. It's literally brand new and my wife and I were practically in tears of joy and awe when we walked in for the first time. Debbie responded immediately to every message I sent, and went to extravagant lengths to make our silver anniversary extra special... including a cheese and fruit plate with wine, a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and even heavy cream for my coffee just to name a few. Make your reservations now and don't miss the opportunity to book the sweetgrass room. I can only imagine availability getting scarce and pricing moving up as the word gets out. I certainly hope we'll get to return someday!

    David K.2018-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • You can expect Debbie to go above and beyond with her hospitality. I had a wonderful 2-night stay (cross-country road trip—took a day trip to Yellowstone). The place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Debbie and her husband were helpful and considerate. Debbie made sure I felt welcomed and went the extra mile in everything she did for me. Debbie’s communication was great and that’s ultimately what made me feel safe during my stay. I would absolutely return some day.

    Taylor2018-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie was the best host I ever had. She’s very kind, friendly and always helpful. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The home was easy to locate, and there were plenty of on premise parking available. I was greeted by Debbie who was amazing and made me feel welcomed. She provided the BEST cheese and fruit plate in the room when I arrived. Debbie has put her heart and soul into this room and it shows. The room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The sheets, blankets and towels were made of high quality and were amazing!! Debbie made sure I had everything I needed and provided me bottled water every day. This dream room was my home base for three days while I visited Yellowstone. The drive is about an hour to the North Entrance (TIP: fill up your gas tank in Livingston before heading to Yellowstone. The next gas station is located outside of the park and the prices are substantially higher). The views while driving to Yellowstone are incredible and it was one of my highlights of my trip. After a long day at the park, I could not wait to return to my paradise room! My only regret is that my stay was far too short! I️ would 100% recommend a stay here.

This lower-level apartment gets a ton of natural light, has a beautiful stone fireplace, and a private entrance and patio.
The house is on 20 acres with amazing canyons and great wildlife viewing.
Downtown Livingston is an adorable and eclectic little Montana town with a ton to offer. Go tour the art galleries and definitely stop by the Murray Bar for some live music. Also take a drive down through Paradise Valley... the name says it all.
  • Brandi's apartment had everything needed and she added some very nice touches. There is a large pasture with some neat canyons to take the dogs for a walk with a friendly horse. The area is very quiet and secluded yet quick to get to town. Brandi is very friendly and hospitable. The bed was comfy and the apartment was very well equipped. You won't be disappointed with your stay at Brandi's apartment. Top notch airbnb experience.

  • Wow! What else can you say? If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Montana, you’ve found it. The stunning views of the Yellowstone River, the mountains, and Livingston alone made this my all-time favorite AirBnB. I hated to leave. Inside is as good as out. The place is extremely clean and well-furnished. You can even play pool and darts in front of the fire. Brandi was very responsive and had clearly thought of everything. And you’re only 10 minutes from town and the Murray Bar! Thanks!

Beautifully custom built tiny house, 4 miles from downtown Livingston MT. With perfect views of Paradise Valley, Absaroka Mountain Range, and the Crazy Mountains, you'll love just lounging on the new deck, or getting cozy by the fire after a long day of adventuring in Yellowstone National Park, Fly Fishing, Hiking, Biking, or any other Montana adventure!
Our Tiny House is situated on 220 acres, shared with full time residental home and Izaac Walton Cabin rental (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2817625). It comes fully featured with all the amenities to keep you comfortable while still being nearly completely off grid: fully featured kitchen, bathroom, shower, and lofted bedroom. You'll love being able to come home from a day of hiking or fishing, to just relax and watch the wildlife from the porch, or perhaps enjoy a morning coffee by the window. The tiny house was built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) by Broadtail Builders, and was our full time home for almost 2 years. We truly loved our time in Tiny, but with a growing family, we'b decided to let others experience it's joys. It's been from Colorado, to Oregon, and now sits in the picturesque countryside of Montana. Due to the dry environment, outdoor fires, BBQ's, and smoking are strictly prohibited.
Rural Countryside with Deer, Antelope, Elk, Coyotes and Jack Rabbits. Their are occasional Rattle Snakes, and do not advise walking through tall grass. Please stay on trails, roads, and driveway during the summer months.

Kiss me over the Garden gate is an heirloom cottage flower. And like many of the plants of this arid landscape, our garden and the apartment itself emphasize efficiency and minimalism with a dash of whimsy and charm. The apartment is located in the original footprint of my house which was built in 1905. I live in the newer addition adjacent to the apartment. One wall separates the old from the new. Outside in the yard guests will find years of gardening experiments...not all fruitful. But feel free to pick a pea, a head of broccoli, or a ripe tomato. Some rooms are add-ons built over the years and the oldest and smallest bedroom may require guests to duck when stepping through the doorway. The bed room has curtained windows which conceal bushes and an apple trees where birds perch before landing at the pond for a drink. The shower is also miniaturized, but will still accommodate most people comfortably. In the floor of the larger bedroom guests will find the foundation of a wall that once divided the space into two rooms; the two tiny bedrooms of the original 1905 house. The apartment is adjacent to a children's splash park and there is an opportunity to take walks along a creek which flows nearby. A stay with us will take you back to a simpler time. The apartment features an efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Induction hot plate, and small commercial sink which reflects my many years in a commercial kitchen. I am a collector of art and you will find folk art, western art depicting the western frontier, and some religious art on the walls. Enjoy eating breakfast next to the pond and in the evening watch the sky darken revealing the glow of the Milky Way. Feed the gold fish and listen to the chime of church bells from the Catholic Church across the creek. Stay with us and enjoy some of the simple pleasures of life in a small town. Relax and enjoy.
The unit has its own entrance Garden and rooms. The walls adjacent to the other part of the house have two layers of 5/8" sheet rock and an airspace then an additional piece of sheet rock, wall studs, more insulation and additional sheet on my side. I rarely hear anyone. Hopefully that is true for my guests. I do have dogs, a German wire-haired pointer, Aberdare and OSo, a little Havanese/shitzu. who might pick up a sound and give a warning but they are growing used to guests and adore new friends.
Located on an alley bordering a park allows easy access to walks along the creek or activities at the Fairgrounds. Practise fly casting, cool off in the Splash park or walk 4 blocks to downtown. Private and secluded behind a high fence.
  • Exceptional ambiance, great location, close to many good restaurants as well as being only an hour from Yellowstone National Park. Very comfortable and very private. Historic property with charm and quality. Highly recommended . We would definitely sty there again.

We have turned a large singlewide mobile home next to the Yellowstone river into a hostel of sorts. Cozy, quaint decor; we just finished the remodel. The master bedroom has been enlarged for three bunk beds and men's and women's bathrooms, and the two smaller rooms are available separately. There is a piano, a guitar, couches, books and board games in the common room. The Kitchen is available to all and has full amenities. All toilets on property are sawdust/composting.

  • This space was perfect for our little girls-weekend reunion. Plenty of space, so we weren't on top of one another. The space was extremely clean and very well decorated, so homey! I loved being a little outside of town (but still very close). The view outside and in the area is beautiful and truly shows what Montana is all about. Charming little rooster crows in the morning to boot! I would definitely stay here again. :)

    Debra2017-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • The guest wing was clean, comfortable, spacious, and private, with a beautiful house in a country setting just outside Livingston. We enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend.

  • This place was wonderful stop on our road trip from Denver to Seattle. Spacious and comfy, and Livingston was a cute town, also! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

    Katie2017-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Clean and spacious, as all the previous reviews had mentioned. However, check the weather, if it's over 90 degrees it will be very warm inside. Without air conditioning or good air flow this space heats up, so we couldn't stay inside comfortably for long. In the fall or winter this space would be perfect and I would definitely recommend.

    Madelyn2017-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • VALUE, VALUE, VALUE! I have only positive things to say about this place and the hosts. The hosts communicate immediately, are very friendly and over accommodating! The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable, they have a Keurig coffee maker that is fully stocked and all the comforts of home. They are just a few minutes from downtown Livingston and their place is 100 times better than any hotel or motel in Livingston. The hosts made sure we had a crib for our toddler. The bathroom was fully stocked with whatever one might need. Heater in each bedroom and extra bedding if needed. If you're staying in Livingston make sure you stay at Jim and Jessica's place (Website hidden by Airbnb)

  • Great place to stay! The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful.

    BD2017-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice place with ample room and nice setting. They really put a lot of thought into making it a nice place to rent with great amenities. It's a few minutes out of town, but for us that's a plus as we like quiet places. Only unfortunate thing was a party happening in the premises on our last night which kept me up after a long day of work. I would imagine that's not a common thing. Other nights were very quiet.

    Daniel2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Jim & Jessica's place was a great home base for us to welcome our new baby for a week. Very accommodating and inviting! We will happily visit again. They were so friendly! They were also conveniently flexible enough to have the place ready early in case I went into labor and allow us to extend days with little notice. There was plenty of coffee, tea, soaps and paper products available for use. The kitchenette is set up well with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The guest wing is really spacious with 2 private rooms that were ideal for our family, comfortable beds and couch, and plenty of TV viewing options.

  • I have stayed in many Airbnb's and I am not exaggerating when I say this is one of the BEST! Chau greeted me when I arrived and we had a nice visit. This house is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown, parks, grocery, you name it. The neighborhood is lovely and very quiet. The bed and bedding could not have been more comfortable. The house has a charm that comes with historic homes that have been very well taken care of. Do yourself a favor and book this place. You'll love it.

  • Chau was an excellent host! She was on top of our travel plans and thought of everything. Her home is clean, and all of the amenities we needed were right at hand. Chau has a red book that gives details, menus, and information about anything you might be looking for in town. Livingston is a great place to visit and The Red House was truly a home away from home.

  • The Red House is well located and walking distance to downtown Livingston, a great western town. The home is well furnished, comfortable and clean. It is located in a quiet residential part of Livingston that makes it feel like a home away from home. Chau was very responsive throughout the whole process, from questions, to booking, to check-in and check-out. It was quite effortless. I would happily stay again.

    Mark2018-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • We had such a wonderful stay at the little red house. It felt just like staying with family, was clean, cozy, and well stocked with all of the basics and then some. We enjoyed cooking dinners each night and relaxing in the bright living room in the mornings. In the middle of winter we were happy to have such a warm and comfortable home to spend some time inside. The location allowed us to take a quick day trip to Mammoth, view the mountains from just outside, and walk down to the river. Livingston was a surprisingly lively and fun town with some good restaurants and breweries a short drive away. Chau was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our questions about the house and area leading up to the trip and right through until the day we left. We hope to be back!
