Zoo
“Set over 600 acres, Port Lympne is home to the UK’s most authentic safari experience, The African Experience – 100 acres alive with African animals. Join safari vehicles to see animals including zebras and giraffes wandering freely then head off on foot around the rest of the park to see the big cats and primates. ”

Parc
“This place is huge. There is a wide range of animals spread all over. You could quite easily spend a whole day there and not manage to see everything. The animals are very well cared for with large habitats. ”

Postal Town
“Hythe has a very pleasant pedestrianised High Street with a variety of traders, for example two chocolatiers, a sewing shop, a beauty shop selling essential oils, soaps, candles etc. There are some fantastic gift shops selling local crafts. There are also the well-known names, eg Boots, WH Smith, Waitrose, Aldi, Santander bank and various building societies. There are excellent places to eat, eg Gurkha Nepalese restaurants, a fish and chip shop, a Greek restaurant etc. There are also a couple of excellent higher-end ladies wear shops.”
