It's well known for its bike trails, and if you don't have bikes you can hire them at the park from $35 (price depends on how long you want them and how basic they are). There's also Tree Adventures - a suspended obstacle course, 4WD hire, paint ball and horse riding.”

“Drive on Bethells Beach Road to Find the Lake Wainamu Car Park. Then you can Walk over the Sand Dunes to the Lake, I would sugest walking in the shallow stream on the L/H Side. Swim in the lake, or walk 1/2 way around the lake to Wainamu Falls, and have a swim in the pools”
