Rosy and Phil offer a beautiful room including a small bathroom, and much more! You maybe a customer but they make you feel like a personal guest. They care about everything you might need and support you in every possible way, be it hints for places to visit or a pick-up at the trainstation.

This place was perfect for what I needed for 3 days. I was made to feel very welcome but also had my own space. Very neat and tidy. It was nice to have breakfast included. It is nice and close to Leederville which is a great cafe and food area. I would definitely stay again.

I booked my room on the day of arrival due to urgency. 2. airport pick up by Phil. i arrived in perth @11.00PM! 3. friendly, and they are good with surrounding area. 4. you have your own privacy. the room is detached, and its pretty sweet!! 5. tea coffee breakfast, WIFI included - theres pool too 6. list goes on. I have only stayed for 1 night, but if I'm going to stay in Perth for longer. This is the place. Thanks Rosy and Phil!
Rosy, Phil and family were very welcoming and helpful. The detached 'pool house' accommodation looked just like the photos and the included breakfast was great. Rosy is a fantastic cook - even utilising some fresh ingredients from the garden! It is unfortunate that we were often not available to take up the offers for dinner, but we were grateful nonetheless. I would definately recommend staying here. Thank you for being great hosts!
The room is basically a pool house, a pleasant room with brand spanking new furnishings as well as a bath and shower. It is detached from the main house and quite private. Note that the bath/shower is not en suite but rather around the corner – inside the pool house. Another thing to note is that the bed is a sofabed. This was fine for me, but it might not be right for people with sensitive backs. Rosy & Phil are welcoming and kind, and prepared lovely breakfasts and also invited me to a delicious dinner and what ended up being effectively a wine tasting. They are lots of fun, as are their kids. I highly recommend this stay, especially to a couple or a single traveller. Lastly, the location is also very nice, not far from exciting Leederville and the Leederville railway station.

We had a wonderful stay in this home when my family (husband, 23 month old , 4 week old baby) & I first relocated to Perth. We spent 4 weeks here & it truly felt like home. It has character & warmth and is close to the train, shops & lovely parks. The outdoor pergola area was a lovely place to spend the afternoons when the sea breeze blew in. The house is equipped with everything you could need & we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a base not far from the CBD. Host Pippa & caretaker Kerry were both so lovely to deal with from the initial booking right through to check out. We had to stay on a little longer than first expected until we found a permanent home in Perth and they were both very helpful & flexible regarding this. Thank you for having us! :)

Our stay at Heritage home was magic! Our 5 year old daughter told us that this is the best little home in the world! From the first moment we fell in love with Heritage home. The interior is beautiful and the home is very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very good. We were close to the train station with a short train ride to Perth city. The garden is also beautiful with a lemon tree and olive trees. Pippa and Kerry were extremely helpful and friendly. We were sad to leave. We strongly recommend Heritage Home!
We had a lovely time in this beautiful old house, very homely with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Great outdoor area and big rooms that made staying with the family very comfortable. The neighbourhood was fun to explore with great little shops a close walk down the road and also close to the train station, making it easy to head to the city and Freo.
This was one of the most charming places we've ever stayed at. Spacious and lovingly renovated, with lots of character, well maintained and clean. The house is well equipped for short and long stays, we felt comfortable and (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication with Pippa was very pleasant and she was available to answer any questions.

This was really good value with private bathroom, lounge and bedroom with a small kitchenette. Keith kindly let us use his kitchen when we needed it. Keith and his wife were extremely hospitable but also gave us privacy. The linen was luxurious and there were lovely restaurants nearby. My husband really enjoyed body surfing at the beach just 5 minutes away via car.
Great place to stay, close to beach and everything. Nice landlord, hope to come back again.

I would like to thank Heidi for her hospitality and understanding of my needs to check in as early as possible. Her apartment was very convenience with lot of basic necessity, very tidy and clean. We had a very nice stay for 4 days & 3 nights. The place is very near to the city centre, so we could find place to eat and buy things very easily. It is near to attractions such Kings Park, Botanic Garden, Bell Tower and the Zoo. As we rented a car, I am not really sure about the public transport, but being in the city centre, going to other places is very near and convenience.
Was a pleasant stay at Heidi's apartment. Great location and great accessibility to CBD and various tourists spots via bus/train. Also, efficient response from Heidi when we had queries during our trip. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Aurélie et Damien, ce sont des personnes agréables, disponibles et arrangeantes. Le bâtiment est très bien situé proche du centre, bus gratuit, restaurants...L'appartement est quand à lui très propre, très lumineux et confortable, on s'y sent comme chez nous. Aurelie and Damien made us feel very welcome and gave us a great tour of the building. Great views and facilities here and the community lounge on the floor above is fantastic. You won't be disappointed in this place or your hosts. Not many eating places in East Perth, but a free short bus trip into heart of city fixes that. excellent.

Aurelie&Damien's apartment is the perfect city apartment! I was in Perth for work and wanted somewhere central to stay - this apartment is so homely and comfortable, and the hosts are welcoming and friendly. My favourite thing about the place is the amazing views, especially from the bedroom which has floor to ceiling windows. The location is great, with only a short walk into town. Plus the gym and pool in the building were so handy to keep fit while traveling for work. I'm definitely keen to stay here again next time I am in Perth.
This was my first longer period of time (6 nights) staying with Airbnb hosts and it was very pleasurable. Aurelie and Damien made me feel very welcomed and even checked in on me at times. I slept very well and was even able to use the building's great amenities twice. I was just a block away from the conference I was attending so the location was excellent for me but also excellent in general for visiting Perth. Aurelie and Damien are a fascinating couple and I was happy that we were able have some discussions in french, learn about their careers and get great advice for the rest of my trip up the WA coast.
The stay is better than any four, five-star rated hotels in the adjacent area! Owner provide clear and detail instruction on how to reach to the apartment. The room is clean, comfortable and having a fabulous view of Perth City. Thanks to Damien and Aurelie for the kind hospitality!

Ich war 3 Tage bei Angela und Ihrer Familie zu Gast. Es war eine aussergewöhnlich schöner Aufenthalt. Die ganze Familie war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Obwohl es nicht Teil der Vereinbarung war, konnte ich mit der Familie zu Abend essen. Es war einfach genial. Sehr schönes Zimmer (Haus), mit eigenem neuen Badezimmer und ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Der Pool stand auch zur freien Verfügung. Exklusive Lage, 5min. zum Strand, 20min. nach Perth, ruhig, gute Nachbarschaft. Wäre gerne länger geblieben, man fühlt sich als Teil der Familie. Best airbnb experience so far! I've had to most wonderful time at Angela's place. The room is very comfortable and just renovated; you have a private ensuite bathroom, which is really convenient. Every morning I woke up to a delicious breakfast with fruits and freshly squeezed orange juice. You can enjoy your breakfast in your own private lounge, while watching some morning news. Angela and her family have been incredibly helpful during my stay. I could even borrow a bike to cycle along the beautiful coastline of WA. The place is located just a couple of minutes away from the beach. I couldn't wish for a better airbnb! Angela, thank you again so much! We can highly recommend Angela and Duncan's place for a stay for couples or solo travellers. We had a 'staycation' during the middle of summer (Jan 1-5 2017) and it was wonderfully convenient for our needs - great air conditioning in the bedroom, a pool for use, a lovely quiet neighbourhood including nearby parks and so close to the beach! There's also good wifi, travel guides, local eating recommendations and bus timetables. Angela kindly provided breakfast foods and coffee for our use. Both Angela & Duncan are very friendly and communicative. They also have an adorable dog who is nice to pat! Can't recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to book again when we are next in Perth!

Best Airbnb experience ever!! Highly recommend. From the moment we booked the room, Angela has been so kind text me the weather, transportation so on some information we needed and welcome us at front, explained everything. It comes with a bedroom, private bathroom with beautiful roses ( I thought it's fake until the next day when I touched it! Coz it's too beautiful), toiletries and a exclusive sitting room! All the rooms are very clean and tidy, spotless, welcome and comfortable! Good location too, only a few mins to the beach and easy to catch a bus to city for 20mins. Plus amazing complimentary breakfast everyday! All of these made our stay a perfect one! She just started from Nov,2015, well done! The only thing I think she can make some progress is: the room pics on Airbnb don't do it justice, it's bigger and nicer than the pic actually : )

Carl was helpful and prompt in his replies. Even though we did not have the change to meet him, he made arrangements for someone to meet up and walk us through the apartment. The apartment was nice and cozy. Free Wifi provided was good, more than adequate for web browsing. Kitchen was well stocked, and Carl kindly provided a complimentary carton of bottled water. The location's one of the main draw of the apartment, with many eateries located within short walking distance. The secure parking garage also came in handy. With such competitive pricing coupled with such a friendly and responsible host, this is a really value for money apartment if you are planning to stay with a friend.

Our 1930's character home offers a totally private space for our guests. It comfortably fits 2 people (max 4) and is located close to the city on a quiet street. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, large bedroom, 'breakfast' room & own bathroom! You will have your own private wing of our home which is locked away from the rest of the house for yours and our privacy. You will not have to share any common spaces with us. Your space houses 1 - 4 people travelling together with a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the breakfast room. Your spacious totally private area includes a large bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, heater, wardrobe, iron, ironing board & luggage rack. You also have your own recently renovated bathroom with rain shower head and another sunny 'breakfast room' which contains a double sofa-bed, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Complimentary basic breakfast supplies will be in this room on arrival (including cereal, bread & spreads, tea, coffee & milk). The front porch is yours alone to use with an outdoor table, 2 chairs and BBQ. You will have your own front entrance (we will use the side entrance for your privacy), spacious bedroom, own modern bathroom and an extra room which can be used for 1-2 extra people travelling with you and/or your breakfast room/preparing simple meals, outside on the porch there is a small outdoor table and 2 chairs and a BBQ. We prefer to keep our space and your space totally separate for your full privacy. I spend a lot of time in my kitchen so I do not share it. I do not allow use of our laundry. Our bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and off limits. We are finding that we aren't even meeting a lot of our mid-week guests. We both work full time and are very busy and active people. We get up very early to exercise and go to bed pretty early, so you may not bump into us during the week! This suits guests who prefer their privacy and more of a 'self contained apartment' experience than a 'home stay' experience. We will stay out of your space and give you your complete privacy unless you initiate a chat, and we are always available via Airbnb messaging, text or phone call if you need anything at all from us. Victoria Park has recently become a much cooler neighborhood to live and hang out in Perth. A quick walk to the end of our street will bring you to Albany Highway. You can turn left or right to walk to an endless supply of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. About a 1km walk away at John McMillan Park, the TGIF Hawkers Markets are on every Friday evening 5pm - 9pm. Lots of affordable yummy food options and live music. At the same park every Sunday morning is the Vic Park Farmers Markets from 8am - 12 noon. Great breakfast, coffee, local produce and artisan stalls. A 2km walk brings you to the Swan River for scenic walking, riding, dolphin spotting, picnics or a BBQ. Ask me for any recommendations for where to go in the area. I am passionate about Vic Park and supporting the businesses within it. If you want to just chill out and look around Vic Park, you can walk pretty much anywhere. If you're heading to the city or elsewhere via the city, a few hundred metres away is a bus stop which takes you straight into the heart of the CBD. If you want to go elsewhere, stay on the bus until it stops at the bus port. There you will find information on how to get anywhere else in Perth via public transport. Alternatively, we are a 1km walk to Victoria Park train station. For those who don't mind a good walk, the city is a 5km lovely scenic walk down Albany Highway, across the Causeway Bridge and along the edge of the river. If you're lucky you might see our river dolphins! If you are bringing a car, please park it on the right hand side in our carport. If you are coming from the airport, Uber will cost you about AUD30 and a taxi will cost approx. AUD40. If you are new to Uber, download the app and sign up with my referral code and get your first ride free! Code is: janem1235ue We have 2 small dogs who will be kept out of your area but will bark when you arrive, and each time you get home! Once they are used to hearing you move around your end of the house, they are relatively quiet most of the time. Our life must go on during your stay and we are very early risers. We try to keep noise to a minimum until a reasonable hour, but our house is old with creaky floorboards, so if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep in during our working week, bear this in mind! However when you are in your bedroom there are 2 closed doors between us and you and no guests have complained about any noise to date. I thoroughly clean the space between bookings but whether you want to clean at all during your stay is up to you and your own responsibility.lire la suite

Brenda wellcomed us very nicely in her beautiful and clean House. We had everything we needed ( two bedrooms , a storage- room, a small kitchen, wifi,...). We liked the style of the House, the beautiful garden and the quietness. We all slept very well, which was a delight after the long journey. Our two little kids enjoyed playing with Paddington, her cute dog.
Our three nights stay at Brenda's was a pleasant one. The sheets were comfortable and hot shower was perfect for the cold weather. Her apartment is cozy and well maintained. Brenda was very helpful in assisting us with other aspects of our trip like booking a cab for our trip to the airport. Can't ask for anything more! Will definitely return to her apartment in the future.

Appartement très bien situé, très propre, très confortable. Très bien desservi par les bus. Informations et conseils très utiles de Reena (que nous n'avons malheureusement pas rencontrée, mais Jeff était là!) Pour les plus sensibles au bruit de la ville, les boules quies font le job.
Nous avons séjourné 4 jours (3 nuits) chez Reena et nous avons tellement aimé que nous y sommes revenus trois semaines plus tard pour 3 jours (2 nuits). L'appartement est exactement comme décrit et comme le montrent les photos; en plus, ce qu'on ne voit pas est qu'il est super propre. Il est aussi très bien situé, très lumineux et on a aussi accès à la piscine intérieure de l'immeuble qui est moderne, particulièrement bien tenu et sécurisé. L'accès au centre-ville est très facile, soit une quinzaine de minutes à pieds, soit en quelques minutes en bus - il y a beaucoup de bus qui passent dans cette rue et le trajet jusqu'au centre-ville est gratuit. Il y a à proximité plusieurs magasins d'alimentation, des restaurants et trois compagnies de location de voiture (dont une très connue et offrant des tarifs très attractifs). Mais, encore plus important que le logement, c'est le contact avec Reena qui est d'une extrême gentillesse et est très disponible pour rendre le séjour agréable. Très vite, on se sent à l'aise et pratiquement comme en famille. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement le séjour dans l'appartement de Reena!

Ahead of our arrival communication with arena was prompt and very helpful. We received a very warm welcome into Reena's home and we also met her boyfriend Jeff who was staying at the time and was equally friendly. The guest room and private en suite was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The whole home was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The location for us was perfect. Central and close to public transport (free), and easy to walk into town if you prefer. Reena's and Jeff could not have been more helpful. Both are very kind and we felt at home immediately. The apartment is in a building which is on a main road so traffic is busy but to be honest we were not bothered by any noise and we slept well for the duration of our stay (4 nights). Breakfast is varied and plentiful and the opportunity to sit outside on the balcony was a bonus. Reena goes out of her way to provide advice, maps, tourist info and restaurant recommendations. We cannot recommend highly enough.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Reena and her fiancé Jeff are truly excellent hosts and absolutely wonderful people! Taking me in at such short notice was greatly appreciated and my week long stay was excellent from start to finish, with Reena keen to ensure I had a pleasant experience; from taking time to text me about events around Perth to very kindly inviting me to dinner with friends. The room itself was clean, neat and cosy with a really comfortable bed, and extra blankets and a space heater were provided to handle any extra winter chill. The bathroom, just next to the bedroom, was modern and spotlessly clean. The apartment itself has all the major conveniences, including access to the building gym and outdoor swimming pool. Its location on Adelaide Terrace is perfect with frequent and free buses passing outside providing a 5 minute trip to the city centre, not to mention most conveniences were just a short walk away and plenty of activity around East Perth. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
It was a joy to meet Reena and her partner and spend time with them. They are a friendly couple and we shared our stories. The apartment complex has a brilliant swimming pool which i made use of. The location is on the main street into Perth and within the Free Transit Zone. This guarantees a short wait for a bus into the City. Reena was a great host and I would recommend staying at her apartment.
We loved staying with Reena. She is very welcoming, gracious and made us feel immediately at home. Her unit is centrally located and easy to find, clean and spacious. Parking was the only issue as none available onsite, though not a problem for us, it could be an issue if people had a mobility problem. We would go back without hesitation.

The rail system has recently undergone significant redevelopment, with a new railway line built between Perth and Mandurah which doubled the length of Perth's railways. Additionally, The Indian Pacific passenger rail service connects Perth with Adelaide and Sydney via Kalgoorlie. We had a lovely stay at Sandy and Joe's. The accommodation is run very professionally and honestly with accurate descriptions and pictures. I loved the information booklet and the little signs here and there around the place so you know exactly how to operate things. Sandy and Joe have obviously been guests plenty of times themselves because they think of all the little things that make your stay easier and more comfortable. Lastly, seeing the outdoor garden lounge at night is worth the stay alone. It is absolutely beautiful and certainly not something you will experience anywhere else.

This was a great spot for us as we had family in Midland. It was only 15 minutes to the Swan valley which had great breweries and restaurants. It was only 15 minutes to the Zoo and 8 minutes to the airport. The outside area was so peaceful and we spent time there relaxing. We walked around the Tomato Lake which was at the end of the street. We would stay here every time we go to Perth. I loved this spot.

Siew Hong is a really good host; not only did she give v clear instructions on how to get to the house and where to park, she also personally met us to introduce us to the place and good food nearby. The townhouse was impeccably neat and clean with everything provided for a really pleasant stay. Loved the patio where we had dinner and our 2-year-old loved the stairs so much! As Siew Hong pointed out the stairs can be a little precarious for v young kids, but we had no problems. Thank you Siew Hong for having us!

My stay at Siew Hong's place was my 1st airbnb booking and honestly, both my husband and I were very apprehensive as I have heard some horror stories but she was such a good host. The place was beautiful and smelled so good when we first stepped in that even my husband complimented. We travelled with my 10 mth old boy and Siew Hong was so thoughtful to have a high chair prepared for him. We also arrived late in the evening and she made sure there's was milk and snacks for us. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Highly recommended.

Her house had everything you could need and was a great location to explore Perth. Perfect house for people who want to get out and explore. Very clean, extremely well organised, everything you could want really for a city visit. (Apologies if I left food, wasn't sure what to do with it and it felt like a waste to throw it. On reflection I probably should have thrown it, so sorry)

Hong met me outside the townhouse as soon as I arrived, and showed me how things worked in the kitchen - particularly the fabulous coffee machine! She made me feel very relaxed about staying in her home. The townhouse was as close to perfect for me as it was possible to get! The bed was really comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the equipment - from entertainment system to kitchen utensils - was all top notch. It was easy to park my rental car, and the place was within walking distance of two restaurant hubs; yet it was really quiet. I'll definitely be staying there again!

Linda was very welcoming, as soon as I reached the apartment she was already downstairs waiting to show me the ropes around the apartment and the place. I've also gotten brunch and places to visit recommendations from her which was really nice :) overall the apartment was really clean and had all the facilities I needed for my stay, would definitely love to come back!
Linda and her partner made me very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable and suited my stay perfectly. It is in convenient walking distance to most of Perth City and the free bus 2 minutes walk away is an added luxury. Having a secure parking spot was so good. I would recommend this apartment to any couple or solo traveller.

Wow what a great place. Perfect place for my wife and I. Linda was great and very flexible with our meeting time. The place is very centrally located in Perth. With the Trans Perth buses running down the front street, the Cat buses running one street up and the train station only a short walk (or bus ride) away there's no need for a car. The place was very spacious and had everything you might need. The next time I'm able to go to Perth I'll be sure to call on Linda again.

Linda was the most responsive host and has set the bar very high for AirBnb hosts from here on out. Even when I had an issue with the internet (on a Sunday no less) she had addressed the problem and had it solved within an hour after I e-mailed her about it. The location is excellent, quiet, spacious, and served its purpose for my stay in the city wonderfully. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.
It was a great experience from start to finish. As soon as I booked it, Linda was in touch. She also contacted me the night before we were due to arrive to advise that the streets around the apartment were going to be blocked off because of Australia Day. She kindly offered that we arrive early to avoid the closures. Both Linda and Menno were there to greet us and we had a great chat and felt immediately comfortable with them. The apartment was exactly what we wanted and very clean. It is only 2 minutes walk to the river and 5-10 minutes walk into the city. It was a bonus to have an allocated secure parking space. As the apartment backs onto a private courtyard and not the road, it was very quiet. To our surprise, we slept in until 8am (amazing for us)! We then popped next door to the Dome café for a lovely breakfast and coffee. All in all, a great place to feel you are away from it all, yet have many facilities at your doorstep. My room was lovely and Jean and Marty were very hospitable and friendly. Easy access to central Perth by bus from just around the corner and lots of lovely shops in the area.
Jean and Marty gave us a very warm welcome. The house is conveniently situated close to the city and to all amenities. The house is very comfortable with high ceilings and equiped with a heating system. Going to Jean's house it was like going to a friend's house, they were so generous, they helped out with mobility in several occasions and provided us with a home made banana bread, smoothie and much more. They are just lovely people to be with.
Jean and Marty are fantastic. They accepted my stay request quite last-minute - with a smile and ease. Jean picked me up at the airport, dropped me off at the airport (at 5 a.m.!) and was extra-kind to drive me to town for the start of my WA tour. The bed was the coziest bed I've slept on in ages and the house is clean. They are barely a ten-minute bus ride into the center of town and the bus system is easy to navigate. The fruit and homemade breads were the icing on the cake! I had fun chatting with Jean & Marty, and do hope my travels bring me back to Perth so that we can continue our great conversations. You definitely want to stay here.

This is only place you should stay when you're in Perth. Jean and Marty had been so warm and welcoming, making you feel like home in their lovely apartment. The house has everything you'll need for your trip - Accessible and easy-to-find location using GPS, hot showers, heater, kitchen, clean bathroom, warm bed, I couldn't ask for more! Jean and Marty gives good tips on where to visit and what to do in Perth, and Jean even offered to drive me to a shopping mall on the first day of my visit, knowing that I was unable to get a rental car. They were like your second family, giving you the freedom to wander around Perth, yet makes sure that you'll have someone to find if anything happens. Thank you Jean and Marty for the unforgettable time we had! I'll certainly miss the times we had dinner in the living room, watching MasterChef and The Bachelorette together :) Cheers!

The apartment of Claire was very nice. It is very new and everything needed was provided. The view is awesome and the bed is very comfortable. The location is very convinient and nearby a train station but it is also easy to walk to the CBD. The check-in and everything else was very smooth and easy. We absolutely recommend this place. Unfortunately we stayed only one night.
Claire and Anthony were perfect hosts. We got a warm treatment from the time we reached till the time we departed. Both of them were friendly and extremely helpful and also provided us recommendations on nice places to visit(also non touristy).Anthony even went out of the way and offered us his own car to explore and drive till the Swan Valley. The room was nice and cozy and the living area and balcony was nice to sit and relax. The house was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures and also conveniently located just 5 mins away from the train station. I would totally recommend Claire and Anthony's beautiful home to anyone visiting Perth !
The hosts gave us an incredibly warm welcome from the time we stepped in to the time we departed the residence. I must say, this has been an amazing stay, solely due to the fact that the hosts were such warm people. Though there was some scepticism about booking an airbnb home, those doubt were cleared, because whatever was listed, was pretty much what it was. The room and washroom was clean, infact, almost spotless, the apartment building itself was secured well. Let me add one more thing, if you're a sucker for sunrises and sunsets, this would be THE perfect location - it was amazing. Location-wise, there are quite a lot of food spots which are hidden around that district, so do take the time to scout them out on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) or something. There's a nice little deli down the street that guests could walk to to get some real good sandwiches. [Clairesbrook Cafe] All in all, it was an enjoyable trip. I can assure you, anyone would enjoy their time there with the hosts, they were nothing short of amazing! I hope I'll be back soon.

Our stay in Claire's really stylisch new Apartment was perfect, it exceeded our expectations by far. Claire is very generous and she was extremely helpful in every respect, also in spending a lot of time with getting our motorcycle out of customs and quarantine. We honestly can recommend Claire's apartment to everybody.
Our hosts Claire and Anthony were very friendly, helpful, and clean. We had an ideal amount of privacy but also had an interactive time with our hosts as they're easy going people to have a conversation and chill out with. They gave us as much information as they could in regards to places to visit around Perth and we are very grateful for that. They were also very considerate in regards to noise levels and space. The room was cosy, tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Also, if you like to exercise- there's a gym and pilates nearby. Our hosts also have exercise equipment. The location is close to many cool streets such as Beaufort street which is filled with cafes, bars, and trendy restaurants. Thanks a lot guys!!

I have just spent 2 weeks staying with Barry and Viv and have had a wonderful time. The room, with a magnificent view is exactly as described and extremely comfortable and spacious. The balcony was an excellent place to have breakfast or spend time dolphin spotting. Both Barry and Viv were wonderful hosts and were most helpful whenever I needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here.
We booked 7 nights here for our arrival to Perth with a view to getting long term accommodation. As soon as we arrived we felt at ease and relaxed. Barry and Viv are the loveliest couple with a wonderful energy and great hospitality. They were happy to help and advise us when we needed although we had our privacy when we wanted. The house is beautiful and the room itself is spacious, bright and clean with an overly comfy bed! The view from the room and private balcony is just beautiful, we could have happily sat there all day watching the water sports and dolphins swim by. Continental style breakfast was provided each day and we had use of the kitchen/BBQ if we needed. All in all a super stay with everything we needed. Perfect start to our Perth adventure!

Anna is a very cheerful and friendly host. I reached at 10pm and she is still willing to host me with a great smile and precise briefing. For the apartment wise, it is 100% top notch high end apartment with new and elegant interior design. To add on from my own research, it is a new apartment less than 1 year old! I have no reason not to recommend Anna and her apartment.
Anna was so easy and straight forward to deal with. I booked her place for my mum and sister for their stay while visiting Perth. Her place is very clean and she had towels, toilet paper and shower products all set up like a luxury hotel- she even had a platter of fruit and a bottle of wine on arrival and there was some breakfast food! Even if there was no food it would be fine as a Super Market is 5 min walk away. She was not in Perth when I booked her place so her housekeeper greeted me and showed me around the apartment complex which was super helpful. My mum and sister enjoyed their stay and were very comfortable and warm (it has been cold and rainy) it was very secure and they enjoyed the central location and use of the car port. Something interesting is that there is a that the bedroom has a glass panel that looks into the living room that does not have a curtain. I would recommend Anna's place for a couple or single traveller that enjoys luxury and convenience. Thanks Anna!

Anna was a gracious hostess and really saved our holiday from being a disaster after our plans were disrupted due to the cyclone at Exmouth. Her apartment is modern and clean and so close to all the cool restaurants and public transport. She has a dedicated car spot as well for if we hired a car. The apartment was exactly as described and as appears in the photos: clean, modern, comfortable, quiet, well located and within easy walking distance of the city and its attractions. Anna was a great, helpful host and responded to any queries very quickly. The only issue we had was the speed of the wifi which was rather slow'; chiefly because it was supplied by a SIM card dongle rather than a router. There were no other issues and we'd certainly stay again if back in Perth.

Guests can access the kitchen, the pool, the sauna, the gym, the hot tub and the snooker room during their stay. It depends of you. East Perth is a great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, close to the river. You can walk, run and bike. We spent a great weekend at Celine and Nicolas house. The room is very convenient and private with its own bathroom and balcony. Their place is located at 15 min stroll from the CBD in a quiet area. The swimming pool and the sauna are a real plus. Celine and Nicolas were friendly and keen to share their knowledge of the city and others travels. Highly recommended.
Great experience Nicolas is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very centrally located. There are many bus downstairs and it will bring you to any part of the city. Around 10 mins bus to CBD. Walking distance to swan river. All good. And very cozy apartment.

Included an access to the pool & large garden. For 2 people but possibility to have an other double bed for 2 and the sofa can be used as a complementary bed for kids. But it will be on the same bedroom as the picture show it. From the street, private entrance to the appartment. Full access to the salt swimming pool and garden. Laundry access possible upon fee payable. If you are here on vacation, we will be pleased to indicate you the touristic sites and not-to-be-missed activities around Perth ! We can also organise lift for you for a small additional fee. Woodlands is a prestige neighbourhood with million dollars houses. Ideally located between commercial area of Innaloo (shopping center, restaurant, nightlife) and popular swim & surf beach Scarborough, the place will not disappoint. Train station is 10 minutes away to get to the city. It will cost you around 3$ to get there. Otherwise bus leaves 200 meters from our house (line 990) and stop at the Perth CBD (approx. 30minutes trip). Line 990 can also bring you to Scarborough beach located 2 kms away.lire la suite
Great Value, good base for exploring Perth or relaxing by the pool or beach. The Pool house is a separate, self contained one bedroom unit at the bottom of their garden next to the swimming pool. It has a full kitchen. The bed is only a double so maybe slightly small for a couple. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall this provided me with a great base for a week, very good value. The hosts were welcoming and very swift to respond to emails. Thank you.
Laetitia was a wonderful and helpful host! I had a lovely time and I think it is a terrific listing, which I would highly recommend! Great value for money! If I am ever back in Perth, I hope I get the opportunity to stay again!
