A cozy cottage behind a lovely Victorian house. It has a 3/4 bath (shower). The cottage has a brick patio and a large trellis covered with roses and grape vines set in an English Garden. Also, see our equally nice "Victorian in the Heart of Ballard" rental: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20928
A cozy cottage behind a lovely Victorian house with separate access and a 3/4 (meaning shower but no bathtub) bathroom. The cottage has a brick patio and a large trellis on the south side covered with roses, grape vines, and wisteria and is surrounded by an English Garden. The pictures posted should give you the right idea. (Alternative accommodation: We also have a really lovely rental space in the main house. See: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/20928 ) The cottage: there is a microwave, a small fridge, and an electric kettle for making coffee or tea. It offers considerable privacy if that is desired. The bed is queen-sized. Extra high-speed WiFi is also provided along with cable TV, including all of the premium channels. It is also possible to close some giant wood-paneled pocket doors if you want to divide the studio into a bedroom and sitting room, if case someone wants to sleep and someone else does not. The cottage is used as a studio by Liz (who is the English gardener) when it is not being used as a guest house. So there is a lot of (really excellent) art, mostly studies in the human form, on the walls and shelves. (If you would like a cast of one of the statues, talk to Liz.) The Ballard Neighborhood is a great place to visit: *10 minute walk to downtown Ballard with fabulous bars and restaurants, great Sunday farmers market, nice three-screen cinema, and much more. *5 minute walk to the Ballard Locks, where ships enter and exit Puget Sound from Seattle waterways. *10 minute drive to downtown Seattle. Buses also run regularly downtown from close by - either to downtown Seattle or to the University District and elsewhere. Evenings are very quiet here and the air quality is unusually good for a city. We get a fresh sea breeze off of Puget Sound in the early evening. Guests find the cottage a calming and refreshing refuge from the bustle of the city.
Ballard is a fantastic destination neighborhood for restaurants and bars and music. We are an easy walk (5-10 minutes) from downtown Ballard. Great breakfast places even closer.
  • Non loin de la plage, des restaurants et cafés sympa. Meme downtown est proche. Petit cottage charmant et Liz et Brad sont trés sympas. Je recommande vivement, Carole et Cedric de France

  • Brad called to give us directions and met us when we arrived. The cottage was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Very interesting to be staying in an artist's studio! Brad also gave us a map and guide to the area, which we used extensively. Stoneburner cocktails for the win!

    Nils2015-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • My son and grandson stayed at the cottage over Thanksgiving holidays, while I stayed with my daughter who lives 3 blocks away. All of us felt the cottage was perfect for what we needed- a good, clean space to stay but had the big plus of the ambiance of Ballard! It was cozy and nice.

    Robin2012-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • Brad and Liz are great hosts. Thoughtful and caring. Their cottage is warm and comfortable, quiet and private. I very much enjoyed my stay and appreciated the location.

    Joanne2014-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • Brad was very kind. He asked us what are plans were and what kinds of things we liked to do. He then made excellent suggestions about where to go and what to see. Later in our stay, we caught some rare Seattle sunshine and just talked about life and things with Brad and Liz on their porch. The apartment itself is a treasure trove of visual and artistic stimulation. There was always something new to discover. Excellent, excellent hosts and fantastic accomodations.

    Joseph2015-04-27T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great artist's stay! Quintessential Air B&B experience...you get to see Liz's gorgeous artwork, stay in a beautiful space with great gardens, and feel right at home. Ballard is a great town and completely walkable from this space. Thanks Brad and Liz!

    Stacey2016-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • What a wonderful place to stay! Instantly, I felt at home by the welcoming hosts, Brad & Liz. Of course, I can't forget about the cats, Jasper and Lily. I was surrounded by comfort and amazing art. When in Seattle, you won't find a better place to stay. I'll definitely be back.

    Gina2015-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Really a beautiful little art studio / backyard cabin you will have for your own in a relaxed and beautiful and also quite hip part of Seattle. Brad & Liz are super easy to get along with and give good advice. There's no perfect advice to Seattle traffic though: either public transport or going by car is a nightmare, it at least takes you 50min to go downtown and even longer for beautiful Capitol Hill.

  • Great cottage in a great location, plenty to explore within walking distance. Clean and nicely decorated. Hosts were great and easy going. Will likely return.

  • I stayed in the cottage while on a business trip alone and had a great experience. The cottage is very well equipped - fully functional kitchen, toiletries, etc. - and is very comfortable. The garden patio outside of the cottage was adorable, and I felt like I had a lot of privacy. I also loved the cozy and fun decor! It was a great place to come home to after work.

    Katie2015-06-05T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely wonderful, cozy spot for exploring Capitol Hill and beyond. The place is small but plenty for one or two people, and Erik and Pamela have thought of every detail to make their guests totally comfortable. The bed is great, shower is too, kitchen seemed pretty well stocked, though I didn't use it. And the little courtyard outside was a heavenly spot to sit and read after a long day of walking. Location is perfect - peaceful and quiet, but just a few blocks from tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. And having the parking space is a huge plus. Highly recommend Single Shot a few blocks down the road for dinner or drinks. Cafe Barjot was a perfect spot for morning coffee. I would stay in this lovely cottage again in a heartbeat.

    Kristin2016-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Outstanding! Stay here if you are coming to Seattle! Erik and Pamela have thought of everything you may need and more to make your stay comfortable and relaxing! The cottage is adorable and cozy! The garden area right out the front door is enchanting and the perfect place for morning coffee or wine in the evening - bug free also! The cottage is a half block from Lake Union and we caught the amazing fireworks display on the 4th without having to fight traffic. Also, great views of the Space Needle here. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants, coffee, wine bars. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seattle!

    Kelly2014-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Extremely close to Pikes Market and downtown! Erik was really helpful and had quite a few books and brochures listing things to do it the area. The guest house had lots of character and was clean and tucked back into a nice residential area.

    Casey2015-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely lovely! Thank you both, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great neighbourhood, everything you need is provided for, including nightgowns, umbrellas, sleeping masks, hair dryer, even perfume. So cute! Only downside was that the wifi connection was unreliable, especially on my iPhone. Oh and the noisy leaf blower at 9am. Other than that it was a perfect choice and I would definitely recommend your cottage to others! For persons choosing to stay here: I recommend trying TOP POT and Joe Bar which are both very close by!

    Nicole2013-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was a perfect cottage in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to restaurants and the city. Erik and Pamela have thought of everything that you could possibly need, from a book of menus of their favorite restaurants, to umbrellas near the front door which got a lot of use. It was like staying in a very chic, modern, hotel suite, without paying for a expensive hotel suite room. We would def stay here again.

    Andrew2016-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay at this lovely garden cottage. It's just the right mix of quirky and comfortable, and it's located near a great part of town for dining, shopping and walking.

  • Regina was an excellent host, so warm and kindly that made me feel so welcomed. The room was lovely and styled, the bed was very nice and comfortable, definitely made our stay comfortable and easy!PS. I do like the books

    2016-01-17T00:00:00Z
  • I flew into Seattle late in the evening, but Regina had everything prepared ahead of time. The key exchange was extremely simple, and her warm cottage was a perfect refuge from the cold weather. The location was also great; the neighborhood felt safe and was a 10 minute walk from local restaurants. It was also only a 6-10 minute car ride from the UW campus. Regina was also very welcoming. She provided water and beverages, made sure that I found everything suitable, and even let me stow my luggage after checkout. I truly enjoyed my time at her Urban Cottage.

    Sharon2016-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • I and a friend had a great experience with Regina's cottage. It was quiet & private, located in a cute neighborhood. Bathroom/shower was easily accessible (towels provided) and Regina was ready to help with any questions I had.

An oasis minutes from downtown, this loft guest house is it's own unique space with an open floor plan, tall ceilings with lots of natural light, gas stove, radiant floor heating, and a large patio with hot tub and tranquil gardens. Perfect for work or weekend retreat!
This loft guest house is a unique, tranquil space built by the owner himself. Situated on a large property in Beacon Hill, the space has tall ceilings, lot's of natural light and it's own private garden and hot tub.
Beacon Hill is one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Seattle, and just minutes from downtown, and right next to the vibrant neighborhoods of Georgetown and Columbia City.
  • Malcolm made us feel very welcome through the entire process as we looked toward our Seattle visit. The Beacon Hill area was perfect for us, allowing for some walking through the neighborhoods (Georgetown is less than a mile away with amazing coffee, food options; Beacon Hill itself, also solid) along with close proximity to the 36 Bus which gave us access to the Beacon Hill Link Light Rail Station. The photos of the Loft, while stunning, really do not do the Loft justice. This place was an ideal respite and allowed us to get away while still being closely positioned to downtown Seattle. The Loft is cozy yet rustic and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will absolutely stay in the Loft again and highly recommend Malcolm as a host.

    Dan2015-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • Malcolm's place is amazing! It is more than we ever imagined. He was very accomadating while respecting our privacy as well. Thanks for all your great reccomendations on places of interest around town & for letting us stay in your beautiful loft! We loved it & hope you will have us back sometime.

    Paige2016-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • Malcolm's property is simply one of the nicest / cleanest accommodations I've ever rented. The fine attention to details, exquisite decor and lovely wine upon arrival really made it a special experience despite the windy rain outside. Highly recommended!

  • It was easy to work with Malcolm for both the booking process and arrival. The place is beautiful and we enjoyed checking out Malcolm's cool art and design of the place. We were super touristy so we didn't spend a ton of time in the local neighborhoods but found it easy to get downtown.

Tipsy is a 180 square foot (including the loft) tiny house located in the heart of West Seattle, minutes away from restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, grocery stores, Sunday Farmer’s Market, etc. The tiny house is also located to the famous Alki Beach and Lincoln Park. Downtown Seattle is a quick drive/bus/water taxi away (we highly recommend the water taxi). A note to all future guests: Please ensure you understand our strict cancellation policy before booking as we follow it closely.
Tipsy the Tiny House offers a unique experience while you explore the city of Seattle. It was built by your hosts, Chad and Lindsay, who obsessed over every detail. Chad is a licensed architect and general contractor in Seattle. Some highlights of the tiny house: -Cladded in reclaimed wood, giving it a rustic/modern aesthetic. -Metal roof (great for listening to the rain!) -Electric fireplace with modern display and lots of heat! -Queen bed with 4 pillows and extra blankets in the closet -Surround sound stereo -Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and a variety of DVDs) -Two large skylights -Bathroom includes a fully-enclosed shower (we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), a fully plumbed toilet (not compost), a sink. -The kitchen includes a compact fridge, induction stove (we provide induction pots and pans), Keurig coffee maker and K-cup coffees, kettle, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, eating and cooking utensils, etc. -Luggage storage above the front door as well as closet space and dresser drawer space. -Very private outdoor space includes personal parking spot, picnic table with umbrella, and two chairs at the entrance. A couple other things to note: -Three people is the max allowed in the tiny house. The bed in the loft is accessed by a ladder, and the sofa is 2’ x 6’ -The tiny house is located behind our home and accessed from a quintessential Pacific Northwest alleyway. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
The West Seattle neighborhood is a favorite of Seattlites--known for its friendly people, stellar views, excellent restaurants and bars, and most famously, Alki Beach.
  • The tiny house is a very well thought-out space. It feels inviting and not at all crowded or cramped. The neighborhood is pretty quiet but close to a lively area if you're in the mood to go out.

    Guillermo2017-05-07T00:00:00Z
  • West Seattle is the perfect place to stay if you want to be out of the city but close enough for a short drive. Tons of cute breakfast spots and stores near by. Great dinner and view few blocks away on alki. Inexpensive Uber's everywhere, including to the main city of Seattle. The hosts are very kind and extremely helpful with recommendations on where to go and what to do. 10/10 would stay again.

Our Little House is easy walking distance from some of Seattle's best coffee, restaurants, markets and retail stores. The house, formerly a garage, was completely renovated in 2013. It sits behind our main house and includes shared access to a courtyard, outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.
The house is 363 square feet and contains a sleeping loft accessed by a ship style ladder. Guests access the house through a separate gate at the end of our driveway, which opens into the courtyard. The house is quiet and comfortable complete with a kitchen, small fridge, living area and bathroom. The queen sized bed is new as of September 2016. When Benjamin was 9, he vacationed with his family in a loft style cabin. His love of lofts started and grew from there. Originally built as a guest house for family and friends and used as an occasional home office, we decided to open it up to travelers who want to visit Seattle and in particular our community of Ballard.
Ballard is a popular Seattle neighborhood with a rich Scandinavian heritage and history as a "sleepy fishing village." Ballard isn't sleepy anymore. Our neighborhood is hopping with retail, nightlife and great restaurants. Independent shops including two record and CD stores, an independent bookstore and many non-chain restaurants and retail stores. We have easy access to the Metro bus just one block away from our place. A short 15 minute ride by car or bus puts you downtown near the WA state ferries, Pike's market, the Space Needle and Seattle Center. Golden Gardens (one of our favs) is two miles away and has a beach including views of the Olympic mountains and the Puget Sound. Our Airbnb guidebook has recommendations for many of our top places. If you are looking for something not covered in the guidebook, let us know and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
  • A wonderful place to stay. Lots of great walking options within 10 to 15 minutes. The house was very clean and cozy.

  • This place is a gem!

    Monika2018-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying there for a short visit to Seattle. This little house is beautiful and really quiet with a really private environment. There are a lot of restaurants and places around the area, which gave us a quite convenient way to get some foods and have a chill walk. We also loved the design of this little, it is comfy and cozy. The window on the rooftop was so cool and creative. If it happens to be clear night without raining, you might be able to watch the stars before going to sleep, but this window could be some problem when you want to sleep a little bit late in the morning because the bedroom would be super bright. The location was great but it is quite far away from downtown Seattle if that's your main visiting area, but you can get an uber to get there from downtown Seattle in like 15 - 20 minutes. That's why we rented a car later. The host was super nice, Benjamin responded me as soon as I asked him some questions, and he also prepared the house for us before the check-in time. The conversation was smooth and great. Overall, this is a cool place where you can spend your own private time in Seattle.

    Lucas2017-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • This truly was a magical place. It is tucked away in Ballard and is so close to everything from the restaurants to the beach. What a unique and extraordinary place to vacation! You must try cafe Besalu and have a fire in the backyard.

    Andrew2018-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at the little house. Property was in a great location for exploring Seattle. The local area of Ballard had many restaurants and bars after a day of exploring. Also a 24 hour super market within walking distance. Benjamin was very helpful and went the extra mile with plenty of soap, snacks, water coffee etc. The little house was very clean and modern, with a lot of unique design features. Thank you again for making our stay in Seattle a wonderful experience.

    Mark2017-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • The little house is quite unique. I love the house is like to be at home. The decor is pretty nice and environment is quiet. If the bathroom has small hand wash sink and little mirror that will be perfect. :)

  • This little house was perfect for us. It was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It's in a very nice neighborhood and we had no problems getting around town. Magnolia is an ideal location - close to downtown Seattle (1.4 miles), the Space Needle (2 miles), the Waterfront (1.6 miles) and 1/2 mile to the Cruise Ships. Magnolia Village offers a variety of cafes, shops and restaurants. We are also located by the bike path along the Waterfront and Pike Place Market.

  • The cottage was super clean and had everything you could possibly need in the bathroom and kitchen. Kathy even provided coffee. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Pam2018-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • Our cottage stay was very enjoyable. We felt at home while being close to everything.

    Rachel2017-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Dan & Kathy were very hospitable and friendly. Their cottage was simply beautiful and equipped with all the amenities you can possibly ask for to feel as if you were at home. This was our first Airbnb as well as our first time in Seattle and our experience was 10/10. We had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights, getting to downtown and its sorroundings was an easy access. I would highly recommend for any one going to seattle to stay at this beautiful place.

    Becky2016-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was wonderful! It had everything we needed and more. Dan and Kathy are both very nice people to meet during our trip! I would recommend anyone to stay here because it is not to far from pikes place or the space needle.

    Britney2016-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Kathy and Dan’s cottage is just lovely. Super clean and tidy, charming, and conveniently located. They were a joy to communicate with, too!

    Rebekah2017-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay! Good communication with host. Would definitely stay again!

Guests have the 1st floor which includes 2 separate bedrooms, 1 small bath, laundry nook, and the driveway parking. No kitchen or living room access but you get 2 rooms, private bath, and kettle/fridge/microwave etc. NOTE: In cold weather, the shower water might not be very hot (depending on how cold the weather is and who is showering in the other bathrooms). Via I-5 we are a 15 minute drive from Downtown Seattle and 30 minute drive from the Seattle airport (w/o traffic).
Your space features 2 separate bedrooms that sleeps 3-4 people. One is a very *small* bedroom with a full size bed and the other is a serene larger bedroom with a queen bed. One full bath, a laundry room, and parking. The kitchen is not accessible but a microwave and mini fridge is included in the smaller room. Everything totals around 500 SQ and includes all amenities listed below. The entryway & laundry machines are shared. Numeric keypad lock let's you check-in 24/7 fuss free. Our stand-alone townhouse style residence is divided into three separate stories. First floor is all yours for the duration of your stay.
We are at the edge of Haller Lake near Shoreline. You will immediately notice the majestic evergreens sprinkled throughout our neighborhood. It is a quiet unpretentious residential neighborhood. The terrain is relatively flat. We are in upper North Seattle near downtown Shoreline. Our house is a 15 minutes car ride (w/o traffic) from downtown Seattle. Overall it is a sleepy suburban neighborhood with the exception of a bustling roadway that will grant you quick access to everything Seattle has to offer. Commuting in North Seattle with a car would be best. We are within good proximity to Northacres Dog Park, Interurban Trail, City of Shoreline, Greenlake, Northgate Mall or a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Seattle! Easy access to I-5.

  • Everything was very nice and clean. It takes around 30 minutes to downtown with one bus.

    Angelina2016-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • Space was nice and large for the price. There were two rooms: one with a single bed, microwave, and fridge. The other had a large, comfortable bed with a desk. Place was quiet and there was parking in the driveway. Great value and nice to be away from the noise of the city. You likely do need a car, but it allows you the freedom to see the northern Seattle area and eat at spots that are $ rather than $$$ of the downtown eateries.

    Bev2017-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • I really enjoy the place and felt like home.

    Elva2017-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • My stay was amazing !! Lily had muffins waiting for us when we arrived and there was water and beer in the fridge. The house was easy to find and very clean, the attention was UHMAZING whenever I asked her a question she would respond like right away. There was also driveway parking available! It took us like 20 minutes to go to downtown and it was super easy to find your way around. Overall my stay was everything I expected and more and I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Seattle!

Rainier et le centre-ville à partir du pont? Nous avons hâte de vous rencontrer ! -Errin & Olivia
Ballard is a great neighborhood with tons of bars and little restaurants. Just ask me and I'm happy to share some of my faves.
  • Errin was the quintessential host and her mini-house was the perfect home away from home. Errin communicated all necessary information in a timely fashion prior to our arrival. She greeted us shortly after we arrived and provided us with an overview of the mini-house. Errin was a kind, knowledgable, and courteous host. The mini-house is just that: a tiny structure with all the amenities a traditional house has to offer. We cooked breakfast every morning and ate outside on the deck. In the evening we took advantage of the jacuzzi tub after spending many hours hiking. The mini-house is located in the perfect location. It's easy to jump on the highway to head to Mt. Rainer or leave your car behind and take the D line downtown. If you are an exercise junkie, there's a CrossFit next door, Ballard High School (with a track) 1 1/2 blocks away, and a Bikram yoga studio only a short drive away. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Seattle. Thanks for your hospitality, Errin!!!

    Vanessa2015-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • The mini house was exactly as advertised. We loved it!! SO clean, fresh and cute as a button and the hot tub was such a nice treat!!

  • We loved our stay at Errin's tiny house! Great location, cute decor, place was just as described! It was very easy to get around town with the main bus line just a short walk down the street and many restaurants and shops also within walking distance. Great check-in/check-out process, thank you for everything!!

  • We loved our stay in Errin's tiny house. It was exactly what we needed for our time in Seattle. It's conveniently located, with things to do within Ballard, or a short uber ride away. Errin's communication and recommendations were excellent. We would definitely recommend staying in the tiny house for anyone wanting a different cozy experience in a beautiful city.

    Noel2017-12-10T00:00:00Z

Suited for driving commuters with a car who are looking for a quick stay without laundry or kitchen accommodations. Travelers can re-energize overnight on the 3rd floor bedroom of our humble townhouse. The big hallway bathroom is shared. In cold weather, the shower water might not be very hot (depending on how cold the weather is and who is showering in the other bathrooms). Do not book if you are uncomfortable with our fluffy, friendly doggies. We're not near the airport! :)
A modest single bedroom with a 9 inch memory foam mattress. The bed is a queen & fits 2 adults comfortably. There is a corner desk, a chair, a lamp, a mini fridge and assorted snacks are included with your room. The room has vaulted ceilings, an outdoor deck, and generous closet space. The bedroom is on the 3rd floor so stairs are unavoidable. The master bathroom is SHARED. The bathroom is just slightly down the hall from your bedroom and connected to our room directly in a Jack & Jill set up. We have well stocked toiletries on the counter and in the drawers. The master bathroom has a tub, two sinks, and the 'loo' is partition off in a smaller room. The bathroom has locks on every door. The main living room is open to all guests who stay with us. *No KITCHEN - like stoves etc. (Getting water is ok. Microwave is in the living room!) *No driveway parking. *No laundry.

Gaze out at an unforgettable view of the Space Needle from the open rooftop of this contemporary studio. This urban getaway is in a historic building, making excellent use of the space, with hardwood flooring, a clawfoot tub, and stylish furniture.
A cute studio with a bedroom nook that fits a queen bed, (bed has high quality pillows and 1200 thread count sheets!). High quality towels provided as well as bath gels, shampoo and conditioner. TiVoli blue tooth stereo and cable tv!
This studio is in the northwest area of Seattle. It is the most vibrant neighborhood in the city and is within walking distance of restaurants and classic local coffee houses.

100% self-contained studio loft attached to main house overlooking small city park. Nothing is shared. 160 sq. foot 1st floor with kitchen (gas stove/full fridge) plus 140 sq ft loft bedroom climbed via ladder, plus full bath with washer/dryer. Fully furnished (linens/pans, etc). "Flexible" check-in means unit is ready by 1pm, or earlier if prior guests left early (you can drop off bags early). Late arrivals are fine. Check-out time is 12pm, or later if the next guests are arriving later.
While our house is 110 years old, this cottage is only 25, and was built by a contractor given the task of "creating the feel of a Vermont cabin." It is your own space, with private entry, and is separate from our other unit on Airbnb ("Private entrance and central"). Queen bed in loft. Through your windows you will see lots of trees, hummingbirds, woodpeckers, and endless squirrels. Inside you will find art from our many travels, including India, Brazil, Mexico, Morocco, etc. We supply pots/pans/towels. Just bring your clothes. Two caveats: First, if you don't feel comfortable climbing a ladder to your bed, or climbing down a ladder in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, this is not the spot for you. Second, while the first floor ceiling height is 7 feet, the upstairs loft ceiling is shaped like an "A-frame" roof, with the center being around 6 feet, sloping lower as you crawl into bed. Our first tenant of 7 years was a 6-foot female, who was quite content. Both her and our later tenant had regular-visiting boyfriends who seemed just fine without banging their heads. But, if you don't want to duck as you get into bed, this is not the spot for you. Two guests only - sorry, no extra guests.
"Madrona" is one of the most central/desired neighborhoods in Seattle. You can walk 45 minutes to downtown, or in the other direction to Lake Washington or in another direction to the vibrant Capitol Hill. Or take a 20-30 minute bus ride to each, or drive there in 10 minutes. Within a 10 minute walk you have access to a supermarket, roughly 15 restaurants, 2 coffee shops, and a bakery around the corner from our house.
  • Thanks so much to phil! We had a really nice stay in the cute cabin:) he was always helpful when we needed something and he gave us very good advice where to eat and what to do. We also loved the treats he put in front of our door from andreas cafe:) we would come back anytime againg.

  • Stop looking and book this spot right now. It's cozy, quiet and comfy, and still close enough to everything to truly experience the city of Seattle. Phil and Andrea are gracious, welcoming and helpful hosts, and the tips they gave us provided some of our favorite memories of the whole trip. Make sure to enjoy the patio as it is absolutely stunning in the mornings if it's nice out, and don't be afraid to ask them for their tips, as we felt welcomed and given the insider tips to experience the best of Seattle in such a short stay. Can't think of anything else you could ask for for a getaway to the Pacific Northwest!

    Dan2018-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • The neighbourhood was quiet but close to good stuff. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and even left us some delicious baked goods every day.

    Jaimee2015-12-22T00:00:00Z
  • This is the sweetest/coziest place to stay! We were welcomed by treats in the fridge and helpful little notes throughout the apartment. It was adorable and toasty with wonderful natural light from the skylights throughout. I appreciate a comfy bed and good shower and both of these things were fantastic! We rented a car using priceline and were able to see so much of Seattle. It is an awesome city and this was the best place to stay!!

    Melissa2014-12-07T00:00:00Z
  • The loft could not have been more perfect. A beautiful little patio area right out back with a pond. The loft was so cute and comfortable. Phil and Andrea left little pastries for me from time to time. The bedroom area was so cozy and pretty with a sky light in the bedroom and also in the bathroom. It was amazing. I did not want to leave.

    Beca2015-11-17T00:00:00Z
  • Such a great stay! The loft was cozy and great to come back to after a long day outside. The treats were delicious and Phil was incredibly friendly. The location is nice, an easy walk to a few great neighborhoods, stores, and restaurants.

    Dani2017-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • This is the perfect place to stay while exploring Seattle! It's comfortable, affordable, centrally located near lots of busses, and in a good neighborhood with plenty of delicious Ethiopian restaurants. Phil was a very kind host with excellent communication. He even brought us a little pastry from the nearby bakery, which was very sweet :) If you're traveling solo or with somebody that you're very close with, I highly recommend this adorable little cottage!

    Guinevere2014-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay with Phil and Andrea was by far our best bnb experience yet. We stayed for one night before a backpacking trip to the Olympics. They were kind enough to accept a package in advance of our stay, then accepted our bags for early check in, provided excellent food recommendations and walking directions and then welcomed us to the loft with Andrea’s homemade scones! The loft was such a cool and immaculately clean space in Madrona- which was walking distance to great restaurants and parks, as well as a short bus ride downtown. Loved being in a neighborhood with such great access to everything happening in Seattle. We look forward to a longer stay with Phil and Andrea in the future! And hopefully take advantage of Andrea’s cooking classes! Thanks again!

  • I loved staying here! It was a cozy little home for a week in an amazing neighborhood in Seattle! The apartment is immaculately decorated, so cute, funky, unique and Rachel, the host couldn't have been more wonderful or responsive. I loved the loft and balcony on the porch! Hope to stay here again someday!!

  • It was such a pleasure staying at Rachel's charming apartment--while we did not get to spend much time with Rachel face-to-face, she was always accessible and prompt in responding, making us feel incredibly welcomed. This is all to say nothing of her amazing book and poetry collection! Highly recommend for those looking for a cozy enclave in walking distance to much of downtown Seattle and Capitol Hill.

  • My boyfriend and I stayed in Fern and Loren's place this past weekend and it was absolutely fantastic! The area was clean, comfortable, and we had everything that we could have needed. We had hangers, shampoo, towels, heaters, AC, TV, etc. Since we occupied the downstairs, we had a private little getaway, which was exactly what we wanted. We had a place to park our car and a private entrance through the garage. At the same time, Fern and Loren made it very clear that we could contact them were we to need anything from them! We didn't have much interaction with the two of them, but the few times that we saw them they were very sweet and kind. They even came out and offered to take our picture when we were struggling to take a nice selfie :P Overall, we had a fantastic experience. It was a nice place in a great location and we will definitely plan on coming back!

  • Fern's house is in a great location. It allowed easy access to downtown and there were lots of yummy restaurants within a 10 min radius. The space was super clean and very comfortable. We had a great visit!!

  • Fern’s place has such a home feel to it that you forget it’s a Airbnb! Everything you need is there and if you need any assistance, you don’t have to be shy to ask. Super clean, cute space that doesn’t feel small at all. All the amenities you could ask for and the softest carpet I’ve ever stepped on in my life! Definitely staying here again :)

    Akira2018-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Not only is this an extremely comfortable and clean environment, but Fern and Loren are the absolute best hosts I’ve ever had! For my friend’s birthday, I asked if they could put some decorations around the living room and they happily helped me. They were extremely helpful through the process; even in the end everything turned out better than I expected! They provided more than enough materials to ensure that we felt welcomed: from extra soap and towels, to Korean coffee packets! The location is about 15 minutes driving from the market, which makes it super easy to get around. I’m already planning my next trip to Seattle—I recommend everyone to do the same, and book their stay with Fern and Loren!

    Isabel2018-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • I enjoyed staying at Fern and Loren's place. It was clean and just what my best friend and I were looking for. There are two and half baths in the space. It was only two of us but this place could easily accommodate more folks. The only thing that was a little off putting was the entrance. It was in the entrance through the garage but other than that everything was absolutely perfect. In terms of location, if you would like to be closer to downtown Seattle this is not the place for you. I did enjoy the fact that I was a 10-15 minute walk to the mall and the movie theater. I would definitely stay here again.

    Dominique2018-05-15T00:00:00Z
  • Fern is a great host with proactive communication and clear instructions. The space is super clean, spacious and cozy. Strongly recommended!

  • Fern's place is very clean. And it is easy to get around. They are wonderful host. I would recommend it to everybody.

You would enjoy exploring the neighborhood, you can picnic, see a concert or access Trail where you can walk or ride your bike to Seattle or the Woodinville Wineries.
We live in Education Hill which is a perfect balance between nature and city life. The area is rated A- for families with children, diversity, and safety. Our neighborhood very green and everything is rather close. Several of our neighbors work at Microsoft so it is an easy commute to by car or public transportation to Redmond/Bellevue/Seattle. An added benefit is we live in a very friendly neighborhood.
  • The place was perfect. It was clean, parking is in front of the house and the hosts are good to talk to. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend that place to anyone.

  • Zeb and Odion are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to make our stays the best it could be. The place is very spacious and clean. They are very accommodating in that that they will do everything to go the extra mile to make the experience enjoyable. We would totally recommend this place to anyone.

  • Odion and Zeb very attentive and polite persons. It is a good place for short and long stop. We were one week. Good location allowed us to reach quickly everywhere and to have a good rest.

  • Zeb's place was great! He was very quick to communicate before check-in, as well as during our visit. Before arrival, he gave us some tips on what to explore in Seattle, which was helpful. Hospitality was A+. Finding the place was not too difficult, just follow the signs in the complex. Checking in was easy as the door code was provided ahead of time. Just be sure to read all the notes about how the keypad/door works because I locked myself out at one point but that was my fault! The place is really close to the Redmond town center and within walking distance of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We had a car, but the bus depot is not too far away if you want to take a ride into Seattle. It's a good place to stay if you want to be near the city but don't want to stay there. The room itself is cozy and there is lots of space to store your stuff. Private bathroom was also a great amenity. We appreciated that Netflix was available. It was a great room to relax in after exploring the great state of Washington!

Our family home sits on 3 1/2 acres, surrounded by trees, and bordered on one side by a 10 acre natural area of forest. There are trails through the woods created by foot traffic, both human and animal. The little A-frame, a separate building nestled in the woods behind our garage, is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The Hilton it is not, a little rough around the edges, but clean, warm and cozy. It has electric heat, a fan and screened windows keep it cool.
The main floor is one room, with a ladder to the sleeping loft. There is a treehouse feel upstairs, and not much headroom, but the bed is very comfy. Also in the loft, are extra pillows, blankets and sheets if you need to set up a place for an extra person. There is also a clothing rack with hangers, on wheels, plus a small ironing board and iron. Downstairs there is a long, comfortable couch. The seat makes a nice wide single bed if you take off the back cushions. A mattress pad, bottom sheet, pillow and duvet comforter are available. The kitchen area is designed for light cooking, equipped with a one-burner hotplate, small refrigerator and microwave. A toaster, coffee maker, ground coffee, teas, sugar and cream, utensils and dishes are also provided. Right beside the A-frame, a private picnic area has a barbeque with an electric lighter and bbq tools, allowing you to also cook outside. Just bring your own coals. There are grocery stores within 5 minutes for whatever meals you want to prepare here. For grey days and after dark, there is Wifi and a Bose sound system. There's a tv screen so you can play DVDs. There are also quite a few movies, books, games and puzzles. Lots of cozy blankets to pile onto your bed or wrap yourself up in cold weather. There are good fans upstairs and down, which seem to keep everyone cool in hot weather. The electric baseboard heater will keep you as warm as you want to be in cold weather. There is also a small space heater upstairs.
Our land is part of an original 80 acre family property purchased in 1904. It feels remote and peaceful, but you will be only 10 minutes from downtown Redmond. There are many excellent restaurants and coffee houses in Redmond and here on the hill- we can tell you about our favorites. There are great theaters and you'll have quick access to all the events at Marymoor Park, like concerts and seasonal Cirque du Soleil shows. Microsoft has offices throughout Redmond, and the main campus is close. We are 45 minutes from great skiing, 22 minutes from Snoqualmie Falls, as well as being close to many other parks and recreational areas. I-520 will take you from Redmond to Seattle in 20 minutes (except during rush hour!) to open up a whole world of exciting adventures.
  • Amazing place! Felt like I was in fern gully! Very much like a home away from home!

    Krista2018-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • The cabin is adorable and great for a relaxing getaway. Super cozy, clean and beautiful location. Would love to go back!

  • Wonderful location close to Redmond and Seattle. Old homestead with a lot of character and interesting things to look at; the old-growth forest trails, the charming patio/barbecue area, the ancient pickup truck... I loved it all and wish I could have stayed longer. Easy to find, too, from Seattle - straight across the water on the 520, then the rightmost fork (Union) at the end of 520. Last 3 miles are through unlighted territory, but the road is excellent. No problems, all good. I love it!

    Vive2017-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • One word - Amazing. Both Gay and Thomas are extremely friendly and caring. We had absolute privacy during our stay, but they were constantly asking us if we needed anything else. Highly recommended due to location, setting and friendly hosts. Book now!

  • Gaye was a great host she was nice and accommodating the cottage was very nice a little cottage in the wood the view from the bed upstairs is beautiful downtown Redmond is only a couple mins away and Seattle is fairly close which was nice the backyard is beautiful filled with wooded area I highly recommend this Airbnb if you want to get away from the big city

    Dallas2018-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a cozy space! Tons of personal touches everywhere— from vintage antiques and board games to dainty flowers and sweet amenities. Cabin vibes that feels like a getaway but is still close enough to downtown Redmond. Would definitely recommend!

    Grace2018-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • You will love Gaye and the wonderful big trees. It is so nice and quiet in the woods with all the giant trees. You will also love the tree house and the garage and the people here. It feels like home...only better! Thank you Gaye.

    Jessica2017-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • This is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at. Gaye provided thoughtful touches throughout the space- it is apparent she puts a great deal of care to make her guests feel welcome. The lofted area had the most comfortable bed and bedding. The short walk outside to the bathroom was no hassle whatsoever. My husband and I only wish we could have stayed longer so we could explore the beautiful property. It had just the right amount of space for us. Thank you for sharing such a lovely place with us. It gave us such an appreciation for tiny houses!

  • Nina's place was very clean. Checkin was a breeze, she was there at the time we agreed upon. I had a couple of questions and I texted her and she responded very quickly. I am very picky and I do highly recommend staying at her place! I will definitely stay again. Nina is very friendly and courteous. She is located in a safe part of town. The description is very accurate. However, there is no TV, which was no issue for me.

    Ira2015-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • Although, I didn't personally meet Nina; her communication was great! the cozy private unit was just what I needed. It was peaceful and quite for studying. The bed was AMAZING!!

  • Nina was very responsive with her communication. We booked last minute and she was very accommodating. She let us use her driveway for our truck and trailer. She offered us to use her washer/dryer. The space is simple, clean and cozy. The entrance is private and has its own little deck area inside of their privacy fence. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was about 15 minutes to Seattle.

  • Christi's place was clean and perfect for a weekend trip to Seattle. It's not quite in the city center but easy to access with a quick bus ride or a lyft/uber. The only caveat is that we were using the lower level and could sometimes hear the creaking from the room above us. Didn't bother us too much but it could be something to consider. Other than that, Christi was quick and responsive which made this a great place to stay. Would come back here again.

  • My labrador/GSP mix Daisy and I had a surprise overnight in Seattle, and found Christi's place last-minute. The space was lovely and felt like our own, with a nice living area, clean bathroom with a spacious shower, and a great bedroom with a comfortable bed and linens. There were also basic toiletries such as shampoo, hand soap, and even shaving cream with disposable razors. Check-in and out was easy and straightforward. We could hear people and dog upstairs moving around, but the listing had been straightforward about this, and it did not bother us. We had a great time!

Completely private and separate space remodeled with love and care by local trade/craftsmen. Laid-back, close to shops, restaurants and night life in downtown Ballard and steps from a great park and buslines. Minutes from downtown Seattle.
This was originally a detached work space that was converted into an art studio. We transformed it into a surf shop and now a fully independent studio living space for laid back travelers who want to relax in a warm, inviting spot. Chosen by the Seattle Post-Intelligencer Newspaper as one of their "Unique AirBnBs of Seattle" (Website hidden by Airbnb)
Ballard is an old part of Seattle that was its own independent city until the early 20th century. It was home to a large group of Scandinavian immigrants, so you can still see that flavor around town. Ballard is known for its massive fishing fleet, great shops, cool architecture, breweries, restaurants and nightlife.
  • medium-sized skillet and saucepan are only provided implements for stovetop cooking; don't plan on making pasta for two :)

  • nice place. very cozy. But the hospitality was not good. If you needed to microwave a snack, i was told that i was out of luck Now for the really bad part that caused me to shorten my stay: They have a 6 gallon water heater, which allows only for a 5 minute shower. The longest shower I was able to take lasted 6minute, 17 seconds. This was tested with the stopwatch on my phone. It may be that tourist guests don't enjoy a 20 minute shower. also, with no way to cook my frozen dinners. regarding hospitality - If a host asks if there's anything they can do to improve your stay and you tell them you really need a microwave to make your stay possible, his reply was "iv'e got the only one here in our house, I would have to tear it out of the cabinet - that was the most inhospitible answer he might've given. The point is HOSTS, to go buy one. There's one at Home Depot for $49.84, and one at 54.99. if you can't spend that on your guests, then maybe airbnb isn't for you There was also no dresser for my clothes, if you can imagine! Nice folks, but it seems that they don't raise the bar very high. All of my previous airbnb lodgings featured both items as well as a well stocked snackbar - and they were the same price. I'd skip this one.

  • I had a great time on my visit to Seattle and Tim's place just made it that much more easy and enjoyable. Perfect placement for anything you could want in the Seattle area for bus, taxi, and uber. Tim was out of town but still was able to answer questions, and able to offer references to places to eat and go. Appreciated Tim greatly

Private cottage nestled in wooded area next to a creek and waterfall. Perfectly located, just minutes from restaurants, entertainment, and I-90 to get to Seattle or the cascade mountains. Also, we have another cottage next to this one. Look for listing "Private cabin right on creek".
Charming creekside cottage with deck. Quiet and private. Accommodates up to 2 people. Please note that the cottage is small (about 200 sq. feet). It has a small private bathroom with shower and toilet only (no sink). The one sink is located in the kitchen with mirror. There is one queen-size bed. Amenities include a mini-refrigerator, microwave, Kuerig coffeemaker, flat screen TV with DVD player, hair dryer, and iron board with iron. We have high speed internet and cable service to cabin. Private off road parking right next to cottage. Though we are close to a busy street, the cottage faces the creek, so the noise you hear is primarily the creek and waterfall. No smoking please, and no excessive alcohol or illegal drugs on property. Thanks for your cooperation!!
Our cottage is nestled in a forested area with a creek and waterfall to provide a private, quiet, and peaceful stay. You feel like your away from it all, yet you are just one minute from Issaquah Highlands with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
  • Right off the bat, I noticed the cabin is actually a bit bigger than I imagined it from looking at the pictures. I stayed there with my friend and for two people it was pretty perfect, just as long as you don't mind being with someone 24/7 - the cabin's only one room. The cabin doesn't have a kitchen, but it has a microwave, sink, and fridge. It also has a Keurig machine, which was an awesome plus. There are tons of pillows on the bed, and you'll have direct access to the thermostat. The cabin heats up very well. The only thing I'd warn anyone about staying at this cabin is your showers will have to be short! The hot water runs out quickly. As hosts, Pete and Mary Kay were the perfect balance of attentive and hands off. They allowed us to check in and out alone, provided a whole lot of snacks, coffee, and some breakfast food, and when they themselves went on vacation, introduced us to someone who would be "looking after" us while they were gone. When we needed new sheets, we got them. When we asked where to throw away our garbage, they took it. All pretty instantly! Lastly, the area the cabin is in is great. I didn't have a car, so the days when my friend had to go to work I was able to walk a short distance to a huge shopping center, complete with a grocery store and movie theater. There's also a whole lot in the town, including an awesome co-op, PCC.

    Laura2015-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was the perfect base for visiting friends in Seattle. The cabin is so welcoming and cosy, with so many little extra touches. The kitchen area is certainly small - felt a bit like our campervan back home - but the hosts make that very clear so it shouldn't be a surprise, and we weren't planning on a lot of cooking! It's amazingly quiet considering its position so near the road, and is such an unexpectedly peaceful spot. The discreet and tactful welcome was much appreciated.

    Pippa2015-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • This is a quaint and cozy cottage, a perfect little home away from home. The waterfall is great, the sounds from it are soothing and relaxing. The hosts are wonderful....attentive and considerate.

    John2015-10-02T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay at Pete & Mary Kay's cottage. It is so relaxing, we forgot we were just 5 short minutes from everything! The location, price and property were exceptional. Falling asleep and waking to the gentle sounds of the front porch waterfall and creek was icing on the cake! The cottage delivered on our hopes of a little peaceful retreat on the tail end of two weeks traveling. This property is exactly why we always search Airbnb first! Thank you Pete and Mary Kay, for sharing your place with us! Doug & Becky

  • We loved staying here! This cottage is peaceful, private, and cozy--beautiful view in back. Pete and Mary Kay made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

  • This place is truly a hidden gem. Pete and Mary Kay were excellent hosts and we had a great conversation with them after our stay. They led us down to the waterfall and showed us the beautiful scenery of the location. This little getaway was exactly what we were looking for on my wife's birthday and it lived up to every expectation! Thank you both so much for allowing us to stay on your beautiful property!

    Will2016-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay at the waterfall cottage! It was beautiful, clean, and we had everything we needed, including coffee and snacks for the following morning. Checkin and check out were easy. Great location nearby Issaquah. Would recommend.

    Brendan2016-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy, quaint perfection! The cottage was exactly what we were looking for - close to Seattle, yet a quiet escape. We loved being able to sleep with the door open and hear the waterfall! Pete and Mary Kay were so welcoming and kind; they made us feel like old friends as opposed to someone they had just met. I hope we have the opportunity to visit again!

  • Brenda and Roger are fabulous hosts. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, quiet and relaxed. They were extremely accommodating to our requests and our needs. A perfect little nook nestled in Redmond. We would definitely stay there again. :)

  • Brenda & Roger were delightful hosts - the apartment was spotless and is exactly like the photos. Roger had taken the time to stock the fridge with a few local IPA's and the kitchen and bathroom were very well-stocked. The apartment was quiet and very close to downtown Redmond. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place in east Seattle (Website hidden by Airbnb)

  • Brenda was waiting me at the time we agreed on, she is very warm and welcoming.Everything in the suite is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos live. I was able to park my rental car in the driveway and made me feel much safer. The neighborhood is quiet, nice and secure with perfect access to downtown and the tech offices in Redmond, WA. Finally I had the honor of meeting Sophie the friendly greeter of the home and she is adorable. If i happen to be in Redmond again Brenda's home is my preferred stay overnight location.

  • We had a great stay in Redmond in this suite. Brenda stocked the kitchen with basic supplies which was so helpful during our busy days. The rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and private. It was so nice to have an outdoor space to relax in as well. Everything we could have needed (iron, wifi, coffee maker, in-suite laundry, cable, alarm clock, post-it notes, pens, guidebooks to the area, bathrobes, plenty of hanging space, etc) was available. Brenda met me and showed me around the suite, and made me feel very much at home while affording us plenty of privacy. My only regret is that we did not have time to hang out with our host-dog!

  • Wonderful location close to shopping and restaurants on a quiet street. Apartment is clean and well-appointed. Fabulous hosts went out of their way to let us check-in a bit early on a Friday afternoon. Hope to stay here again on future Redmond trips.

  • We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. The apartment was as described and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed having access to our own space in the garden/yard - ideal for coffee and breakfast and just relaxing. Lovely dog, too! Would wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant. We appreciated the drinks and essentials that you left for us in the kitchen. Also thanks for for the advice on golf courses and places to visit.

    Lorna2014-07-19T00:00:00Z
  • Brenda and Roger provided us with a lovely retreat. The space was ample for 2 people, warm and truly inviting. Brenda was incredibly thoughtful, stocking the refrigerator with yogurt and drinks and asking us before hand whether we were coffee or tea drinkers. Roger greeted us at the car and showed us around. He was incredibly welcoming! Not only did we have access to the one bedroom suite with an attached kitchen, but also given the use of a portion of the backyard. There was a grill for BBQ's and a full size refrigerator, which came in handy. Brenda stayed in touch by text to check in and promptly responded to any questions we had. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Brenda and Roger's place to anyone visiting the Seattle area. Thank you so much!

    Eileen2015-04-29T00:00:00Z
  • We are first time users of Airbnb and we were impressed with our place. Everything was as described and pictured. Brenda is a great hostess with the mostest. This place is fully furnished and she thought of everything like you would have in your own home, and maybe more. Location is close to everything and very convenient to golf courses and Woodinville wineries.

Nestled atop Beacon Hill, my condo offers amazing views of the Seattle city skyline, the Olympic Mountain Range, and the Puget Sound. Downtown Seattle is an easy bus ride or a quick 20-minute walk away. We're on two bus lines, within a mile of two light rail stops, and have free parking right outside. Ideally suited for couples or solo travelers, my suite also features a comfy futon-style bed for a third traveler or those who don't wish to share the queen bed (see below for more info).
My condo has amazing, panoramic views of what makes Seattle so great: the mountains, the sound, the city skyline, and much more. I promise a clean, inviting, comfortable, and private room. The room is professionally cleaned between guests. For our mutual convenience, you pay a portion of the cleaning fee and I subsidize a portion. *CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: our complex is going through an extensive exterior remodel! The work on our unit is complete HOWEVER work remains to be done on the other six buildings that make up our complex. Workers are present between ~8:00-4:00, Monday-Friday, so there may be elevated noise, dust, activity, and general indicia of construction work in the complex during your stay. Most of our guests are out exploring all day and this presents a small nuisance, but we want to make sure you have this information before you arrive in Seattle. Our nightly price has been reduced to compensate for this annoyance.* WE HAVE A PUPPY! See photos. Juneau is an adorable golden retriever born 3/29/2018. She is seldom left alone (and always crated when home alone) and is in training to be a great dog but it is a work in progress. Please ask if you have questions or concerns. I am on two bus lines (36, 60) and less than a mile from the Beacon Hill Transit Station, which connects to the airport. Downtown, the Bolt Bus stop, Amtrak, First Hill hospitals, the International District, Capitol Hill, Jose Rizal Park, the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trail, and much more are accessible on foot or by car/bus/light rail. It's an easy walk to the two major Seattle stadiums: Century Link Field, home of the Seattle Sounders and Seahawks, and Safeco Field, where the Mariners play. In fact, you can see inside the stadiums, hear the crowds cheer, and appreciate the touchdown/homerun fireworks when they go off. Your bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed with lots of pillows and extra linens provided. The room has plenty of shelving, closet space, and natural light. If you don't wish to share the bed with your traveling companion, or in the case of a third guest, the small couch folds down into a futon-style bed (let me know if you'd like to take advantage of this option!). PLEASE NOTE and in the interest of full disclosure: the three-guest option isn't ideal for three grownups staying for more than a night or two. People do it, but it gets cramped and I personally wouldn't enjoy the experience. Any questions? Let's talk before you book! Your private bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. Two steps door-to-door. It features a marble countertop, full bath/shower combo, and I provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer in the hopes that these little conveniences will allow you to travel a bit lighter. There is abundant, free street parking, and while zoning restrictions do apply during the work week, unzoned portions are less than a block away.
The condo is within a mile of some great Pioneer Square/Beacon Hill/International District shops, restaurants, cafes, parks and trails, downtown, SODO, and much more. The Bolt Bus and King Street Station (Amtrak) are also within walking distance. The closest grocery store is about .8 miles away.
  • My stay at Hailey and Chris' place was very pleasant. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. Communication was clear and effective. I felt very welcomed and the room was comfortable. Thank you Hailey and Chris!

  • Chris's place is a cosy gem close to downtown. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows and blankets. The bathroom was excellent with a high pressure shower and was very clean. My friend and I were reliant on public transport and found it very easy to navigate our way around. It is a quick 5 min walk to the bus stop that takes you directly downtown. I really enjoyed staying out of the city and enjoying the skyline from far away. The view is priceless from the balcony at night. Annie is such a wonderful dog and I wish I could've brought her home with me. This was a wonderful first experience of AirBnb.

  • I was very happy staying at Chris's place in Seattle. Before our arrival, he provided us with useful information. The place has stunning view of Seattle and it's so convenient travelling by bus (number 36) to downtown Seattle. The place is like a 4-star hotel. I would recommend this place to my friends.

  • Very friendly, well organised, and accomdating hosts who made our stay relaxing and comfortable in a modern apartment with a great view over the city.

    Peter2016-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • We were given excellent public transit information upon arrival. This helped us enjoy our entire Seattle vacation by taking away the stress of trying to drive in a strange city. The room was well stocked with information booklets about Seattle and we found these very helpful when navigating our travels and destination choices. Our hosts were very friendly and especially quiet in the mornings, another bonus when on vacation. I would definitely recommend this as a very relaxing place to stay.

Enjoy the serenity of our stunning apartment in the heart of Seattle, with fantastic views of the lake, Gasworks Park, and the Olympic Mountains. Vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, and mid-century decor make our space comfortable and warm. The Sky Cabin is a 730 ft. separate, private apartment on the top level of a lovingly cared for home in a peaceful neighborhood on the shores of Lake Union, across from the houseboat where Sleepless in Seattle was filmed. From almost every window and the patio you'll relish watching the activity on the lake as well as beautiful sunsets. Welcome!
Come and enjoy this beautiful and peaceful home-away-from-home with amazing views in the heart of Seattle! Our light and airy "Sky Cabin" is in the Eastlake neighborhood, one block from Lake Union (where the film Sleepless in Seattle was made). It is a completely separate unit on the top floor of our lovingly cared for three story house and has cork floors and wood paneling that make it feel like a cabin in the sky. The wall of windows faces West with views onto Lake Union, the Olympic Mountains, and even a small view of the Space Needle. You'll have a master bedroom, a bathroom with three shower heads and a heated tile floor, an open living space/kitchen with 13 ft. tall cathedral ceilings, and another small room for doing yoga, playing music, working (there is a desk and a printer), or just meditating while looking out to the lake. The deck is perfect for watching the kayaks, sailboats, paddle boards, sea planes, tug boats, and floating homes that make Eastlake such a unique and special neighborhood. The Sky Cabin is decorated in a mid century style with comfortable furniture and feels cozy and cheerful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking, and there are two televisions and one dvd player. Wi-Fi is included. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as easy bus access to either downtown or the university. Parking is free street parking half a block to a block away, and I provide a parking permit you can borrow that is good for our whole neighborhood. We are 5-10 minutes by car to both downtown and the university and 10-20 minutes by bus, depending on traffic. In the Sky Cabin I have Seattle and Washington state guide books and maps for people to use while they are here, as well as various board games and DVDs for those nights you just want to stay in. No pets, no drugs, must be at least 21 years of age, no smoking inside or out, and no extra guests. If you would like to stay in a one-of-a-kind, beautiful and quiet home, then the Sky Cabin is for you!
Eastlake is a quiet, hidden neighborhood between the University and Downtown. The Sky Cabin is a block from Lake Union, home to seaplanes, kayaks, paddle boards, and floating homes that create a village-like feel. There is a varied selection of local restaurants within walking distance, as well as one of the city's best wine shops. Eastlake is only 2 miles from Downtown, which is easily accessible by bus or by walking along the lake. Come and enjoy peace and quiet in the heart of the city!
  • Appartement très chaleureux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Petit mot de bienvenue posé sur la table, avec toutes les indications pratiques nécessaires pour le quartier.

  • My boyfriend and I came up for a long weekend and stayed in the Sky Cabin. The apartment was cozy, quiet and relaxing. There was so much natural light and the view was quite beautiful of Lake Union and Gasworks Park. In addition, the bed was super comfy and I loved the heated floor in the bathroom. The kitchen was also a great addition and the location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. I would come back here in a snap. Thanks Gillian and Barbara!

    Lesley2013-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment went far above and beyond expectations. Gillian was fantastic at communicating clear instructions, and her mother welcomed us warmly. Everything about the space and aesthetic is inviting and warm without being overbearing or cluttered. The attached patio provides an incredible view of lake Union, especially in the morning with coffee or over dinner in the evening. The Sky Cabin was a bright, relaxing, and refreshing place to stay in Seattle -- my parents enjoyed it so much they returned home and promptly signed up for an Airbnb account themselves in hopes of having such a great experience every time they travel. Highly recommended

  • This place has all the elements why I use AirBnB. A unique place with character and charm that you could never get with a hotel. My wife and I were looking for a weekend away from the kids and this was perfect. We enjoyed the wonderful view, a quiet space, and a bed you can sink into. The morning light coming into the bedroom was gorgeous. Comfy furniture that was great for reading. The location made it easy to get to all the things we wanted to see like the Arboretum at the UW, Downtown, and the flagship REI store (walking up from the parking garage makes you feel like you are appearing from the forest). And with a quick stop at Whole Foods down the road you don't have to go out in the cold for dinner. I'd highly recommend this place :)

  • If you like it, BOOK IT. Great place to stay in Seattle. I have been back and forth for 35 years and LOVED this place. Clean, details all attended to - great space and views. Location is terrific. Gillian is wonderful to do business with and very professional. We will gladly come back and stay again and our friends are interested in it for guests it was so nice! The heated bathroom floor is the PLUS that made us feel like a slice of heaven. Wonderful place to stay.

    Gayle2013-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • The SKY CABIN was better than we had expected, and we had very high expectations. Gillian didn't miss a beat - she had thought of everything to make our stay more convenient, fun, cozy, special, etc. She is the most thoughtful host I could imagine. The place was magical - perfect amount of space for the two of us. It felt like home. If we return to Seattle, you can bet we'll be staying at SKY CABIN again.

  • Gillian was extremely good at communicating and we had a wonderful time at the Sky Cabin. It was peaceful, comfortable and had an incredible view of the lake. One of our favorite things to do was sit in the cozy chairs by the window and watch the sea planes land and take off. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful listing.

The windows bring in plenty of light and fresh air in the summer and there is also an air conditioner, and the floors have radiant-floor heating for the winter months. I have created a small area to enjoy hot beverages and quick meals. There is a mini-fridge, a hot water kettle, and a French press for your convenience. If you need or forgot something, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accomodate you. The guest suite is attached to our garage. The garage will not be in use between the hours of 9pm and 9am. However, during the day, family members will occasionally open the garage door, which can be heard from the guest room. Ages 12 and older are welcome, as long as your child is part of the 2 person max. Thanks!

Come to Ballard for amazing restaurants, micro-breweries, and coffee shops; come to shop at the boutiques on Ballard Ave; come to check out the salmon run and the boats coming and going at the Locks; come for the year-round Sunday Farmers’ Market; come for the Golden Gardens beach with views of the Olympics; or come just to walk one of the most walkable neighborhoods in Seattle. Let me proudly advertise an area just two blocks away from our home. Seattle Met named it “one of the city’s best food micro-hoods.” You won’t have to go far to enjoy these amazing restaurants: Honore Bakery, with French macarons that rival those in Paris; the Fat Hen, a light and cheery cafe that serves great breakfasts and coffee; Delancey’s, where locals line up for amazing wood-fire pizza; Essex, serving mixed drinks and bar food especially for foodies; and Brunswick & Hunt, providing farm-to-table fare. I have a notebook full of suggestions of where to eat as well as where to play while you are here. If you'd like, I can email you my info so you can plan ahead.
  • We felt completely at home at Debbie's space. It was warm, clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. I had just had hip replacement surgery and wasn't able to go up the stairs in my own home. We checked in the day I was released from the hospital. I instantly fell asleep in the cozy bed and I am certain it was helpful on my road to recovery. The delicious scones made us feel pampered. Thank you. We will recommend your spot for family members who are visiting. It will be perfect for my dad when he comes to town.

  • Debbie was a wonderful host! This was a fantastic first Airbnb experience for me. The room was lovely and very true to the photos and descriptions, but even more charming in person! Debbie's scones, coffee, suggestions on where to explore in Ballard, and overall hospitality was absolutely perfect. I'm sad I couldn't stay longer!

    Sarah2015-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time at Debbie's room. Great location, and the room was cozy and perfect for our stay. We also loved the scones and the breakfast treats she provided. Her dogs were also very sweet. Thanks for a wonderful stay Debbie!

  • Very nice private room with all the necessary accommodations. Detailed instructions for everything - much appreciated. Great neighborhood, easy access to Seattle/Ballard.

  • Debbie's place was great! Very clean, comfortable, quiet, great neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. No downsides at all. It was exactly as we expected.

  • Friendly person and a great place to stay.. Totally recommend it

    Hasan2016-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • Debbie was a wonderful host, she left instructions and a very detailed suggestion list that proved to be very helpful. She made our stay very comfortable and even left us homemade scones! I'm a sucker for baked goods and they were fantastic! We had a great stay!

    Meagan2015-12-21T00:00:00Z
  • Unfortunately on our trip to Debbie's airbnb we didn't get to greet each other or talk face to face, but I don't think this mattered in finding out what sort of a person she is. In other words, the person who I was staying with described her (the moment she opened the fridge door in the bedroom, and minus a few expletives) as "an angel". Although I think we could also gather this from the caring and informative emails we received leading to and during our stay. Debbie's detached bedroom is warm, cosy and incredibly comfortable, everything you need for a few nights stay is proveided as well as teas, coffee, hot chocolates, porridges and all the utensils needed plus a few extra goodies in her fridge (the scones were delicious). Debbie also provides a very informative guidebook devised by herself on what to do, where to go and where to eat in Seattle as well as other areas further away from the city. Both the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and there is plenty of storage space if you're planning on staying longer than a couple of nights. Privacy is also a total non-issue. Getting to Downtown if you don't have a car is also very easy, with a bus stop about 3 minutes from her place, the D line will take you where you need to go. Fantastic airbnb and a place I/we will definitely recommend!!

Our quaint little studio is close to Redmond town center (walking distance if you're up for a small workout). There is a direct bus route to Microsoft Redmond Campus and Overlake. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The studio space is about 600 sq ft. It is self-check in and out if you like this kind of freedom and convenience. Parking can be in the garage or driveway. The Education Hill neighborhood is safe and we are located near parks and tennis courts.
This 600 sq ft mother-in law studio is very clean with hardwood floors and gas heat. There is a small kitchen with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and toaster. There is ample closet to hang clothing and luggage. The house above is lived by other guests. You may experience some noises from upstairs. The studio access is through the garage door into a shared laundry area in the garage. The entry way into the studio itself is a separate door and key. Washing machine and dryer are shared by the guests. Generally, it is acceptable for guests to use the laundry facilities if staying for more than 3 nights All in all, the studio is very cozy and clean.
The house is close to the center of Redmond downtown. Macy's , QFC and Safeway are within walking distance if you enjoy walking. There are tennis courts nearby as well.
  • Outstanding value. The hosts were very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the accommodations were superior to any hotel in which I've ever stayed.

    Mel2017-06-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to downtown Redmond, and very clean. The hosts were in their house above the studio and were available if needed.

  • I have stayed at Yong and Marie's place several times. I always enjoy it. It's clean, quiet, the bed is warm (they've added an electric heater that works really well for during the day), they've also added a TV and done some remodeling in the bathroom since I was last there. The place has everything you might need. Yong checked in with me during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed and even left me a gift! :)

    Tracy2017-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • Great place! Automatic check in was great, and the host was even better. Everything was clean, and the hospitality was outstanding.

    Juan Carlos2018-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was my second time staying at Yong's place. It was great both times! It had everything I needed and the bed is super comfy and warm.

    Tracy2017-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • The host provided the access code via email around 11 am on the day of arrival while we were in transit. We didn't get it until after we had contacted Airbnb as we had no internet access. We had to wait and scramble around for an extra three hours. Airbnb actually cancelled the reservation and then revived it after we finally found the code and got in.

    Gary2016-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • The place had everything you'd need for a weekend or longer. I stayed for 5 nights and it served me well. Best part was the ease of check in & check out. The bed was super comfortable and the wi-fi worked great. You'd need a car to get around to restaurants and shops. Overall, I'd stay here again.

  • I liked the layout a lot. The rooftop patio was great, just a picnic table up there - but an amazing view. The room was like a dorm room, everything you need in one spot. Just be sure to read all of the listing's info, I wasn't able to communicate with the host until the day of - despite me asking questions. All the answers to my questions were right there, but it would have made it more personal if they were answered. Great location, clean and affordable. Don't expect amazing water pressure ;)

  • Experience was good. Perfect room for a couple or for one. Great location, within a uber of downtown.

  • Perfect place to stay in Capital Hill! It was very easy to check in/out and the room was small but had more than everything we needed!

    Corissa2016-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Although the location was great, the host ignored my texts before getting there. Pictures are rather misleading since the space is so small. But again, the location is awesome and it was very clean.

    Kelly2016-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • This space is definitely best for solo travellers. The description is very accurate and you cannot beat the price. One thing we didn't love was that the building had no elevator. Not a big deal when we were coming up and down to explore, but bringing baggage up 4 flights of stairs wasn't ideal. This place is definitely hostel style and we loved not having to carry keys as all the rooms have coded locks. Communication was very prompt and the building/rooms were all very clean. Just make sure you are okay saving on cost and relenting on space and you will have a wonderful stay.

    Ian2017-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice building in capitol hill well within walking distance of Broadway or 15th ave which have a ton of shops and restaurants.

    Colin2017-04-09T00:00:00Z
  • Great little place right at Seattle’s Capitol Hill. Just minutes away from the i5 and totally walking distance to many restaurants in the area. The studio was very clean as you could tell that they had a cleaning service set up. Along with checkin being extremely easy with passcode access to the main building and your room. It was also a very interesting experience to stay in a micro studio and to have several common areas and kitchens thought the building. You also have to check out the view from the roof top patio! Only thing to look out for is parking is kinda though! All the streets on the area a permit only and the nearest public parking lot is not one where you can pre pay for a few days. We where extremely lucky to find parking 1.5 blocks north on E Aloha st. In between 10th Ave E and 12th Ave E. But overall definitely a great find!

This is a quirky yet beautiful apartment in an old, secluded duplex (Unit A) that is tucked away behind other houses in the gorgeous Maple Leaf neighborhood in North Seattle. Five minutes from UW and ten minutes from Pike Place Market, it's a cozy, sweet shaded haven for your visit to the Pacific Northwest. It can host up to five people, with one full/queen bed in the bedroom, a full/queen sofa bed in the living room, and a single inflatable mattress in the closet.
The duplex is a historical building built as a barn in the 1930s. The north fence of the property marked the border of the city of Seattle which later extended further north. The structure was converted to a charming single story home in the middle of the last century. The living space has a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a modern ceiling fan. A sturdy vintage gas heater graces the wall. The floors and windows are new, while the underlying architecture is a bit rustic and off kilter. The beautiful gas range is also new (the pictures feature the old one). You will have all the luxury touches you would need in the kitchen, including organic coffees and teas, spices and basic ingredients at your fingertips, excellent cutlery and pots and pans, dishes and glassware. I also provide organic cotton sheets and towels and breakfast ingredients for my guests (eggs, yogurt, juice). There is a variety of books about Pacific Northwest hikes and sights, and a diverse selection of fiction to read and movies to watch. There are cookbooks from excellent local authors like Becky Selengut to use as well as signed copies to purchase of both of her books, Good Fish and Shroom. It's a warm, private and inviting space to retreat after your wild adventuring in the Pacific Northwest! Enjoy.
The Maple Leaf neighborhood is a quiet, pretty, well established neighborhood directly north of the University of Washington. 10 minute drive from Pike Place Market and downtown Seattle, 15 minutes from three different ferry docks, 30 minutes from the Cascade mountains, convenient to everything. People who live here "love the Leaf". Maple Leaf also has its own coffee shops, brew pubs, diners and funky hangouts, too, and is walking distance from Greenlake, one of the most popular destinations in the Seattle area for a long walk, stand up paddle boarding, kayak rentals and other recreation. All of this will be provided in my guest details and you can go exploring on foot.
  • Margaret was very kind and efficient when it came to communication! Her place was very cute and in a great location! We had to wash our sheets, pillows, and towels after and take out the trash, which I don't mind doing but just wish we weren't charged a $20 cleaning fee even though we still had to clean most of the place ourselves. Other than that, we had a great stay!

    Colette2017-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in Maple Leaf was wonderful! We felt like we found a hidden gem. It was very quiet and easy to get around. We explored many of Margaret's recommendations and ate well around the neighborhood, as well as took the bus into town. Initially we drove past because the driveway area really is tucked away, but it was easy to find every time after. Margaret is a wonderful host and her breakfast goodies were very much appreciated, as well as the chocolate!

    Marie2016-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Margaret's place is lovely and cozy, it's like stepping into an anthropologie catalogue. It's a great place to stay to experience Seattle!

  • Margaret is a very responsive host. She answered my questions very promptly and gave us lots of privacy. She provided ample amount of towels and sheets for us. The home was kept clean and supplied with lots of kitchenware. The only downside was that it was a bit tricky to find the house because it is tucked away behind the house in the front. Make sure your drive/walk into the driveway to the left of Margaret's mailboxes.

    Ming2017-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Margaret opened her beautiful home up to us and we had a wonderful experienece. She had a list of things to do and places to see along with some local chocolate awaiting our arrival. She was very easy to communicate with and helpful with accomadating to us.We would recommend this place to everyone when visiting seattle.

This apartment is located on the lively side of Capitol Hill. The living room has a great view of the city! Though the building is old, the interior of apartment is updated with nice bright wood finishing. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance of apartment. Like most of the city apartment, you will expect to hear slight crowd noise especially in the weekend. However I do provide ear plugs for you who are noise sensitive.
This corner 3rd floor unit has great westward views of downtown and the Space Needle. With over 650 square feet and a full separate bedroom, it's quite spacious. The couch is large and comfy and can be used for the third person to sleep on. The 42 inch Smart TV features Netflix, Hulu and 40+ basic channels. The kitchen is nicely equipped. I provide coffee, tea, cream, sugar, cooking oil, and salt and pepper. Some possible items you may find not suitable: 1. There is no elevator in the building. 2. The windows are single pane. So, street and bar crowd noise can be heard. I do provide ear plugs for those who are sensitive to it.
Experience Seattle as a local does. Not only can you enjoy downtown and the sights, which are located within a few blocks of my place, you can live like a local in Capitol Hill. Capitol Hill is where the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in Seattle are located. If you're looking to hit the bars, parks or sights or want to try a different coffee shop within a block each day of the week, you've found the right place. I personally enjoy Victrola Coffee, CC'attles bars, and Kedai Makan, a Malaysian restaurant 2 blocks away.

  • My wife and I stayed at James's place for 3 days and absolutely loved our time there. James is a terrific host. His communication was outstanding and his recommendations were spot on. The apartment is cozy and ideally located if you want to explore the city by foot. You are within walking distance to downtown, Pike Place Market, and a wealth of trendy restaurants and bars in Capitol Hill. And for coffee lovers, don't miss the Starbucks Reserve roastery a block away! Thank you, James, for an awesome Seattle experience!

  • The apartment was great- clean, comfortable and convenient. James was very friendly and had great communication and recommendations. My only complaint is that the upstairs neighbors played loud music 2 nights out of my 3 night stay late at night and it kept me up.

Our home is a place where folks of all walks of life are welcome. We're located close to SEA-TAC airport on a quiet street in Seattle's Rainier Beach neighborhood. We're relatively new home-owners who take pride in our space and are excited to share it with travelers. Guests will have access to the entire lower-level of our home where you'll have the privacy and space for a very laid-back stay in Seattle.
The space we're offering is ideal for 1-4 people. There is a large private bedroom (with a queen bed) and the option to put a queen air mattress in the spacious private living room and dining area. There is also a private bathroom with a shower for guests only. The living/dining area is also equipped with a "kitchenette" that consists of a mini-fridge and microwave (ideal for leftovers or DIY breakfast), and coffee maker / tea kettle. PLEASE NOTE: there is NOT an oven or stove in the suite. We provide complimentary coffee and tea, and the rest is up to you.
Rainier Beach is a quiet, low-key, diverse neighborhood in south Seattle with a number of hidden gems. Our favorite is the short 5-minute walk to Kubota Gardens, one of Seattle's most beautiful public parks - ideal for a morning or evening stroll. We also live about a 10-minute walk from Safeway, a major grocery store with everything you might need for DIY breakfasts. Within a 15-minute walk you can find great spots like Redwing Coffee, Jude's Tavern, and a number of other restaurant options. We're also a short drive from hot spots like Columbia City (with everything), gorgeous Seward Park, or the Museum of Flight - and that's all just in south Seattle. With the Link Light Rail only a mile away, most of Seattle's top sights are easily navigated on public transportation.
  • This is the best Airbnb experience we've had so far. The place is cozy, stylish and sparkling clean. We were very impressed that there was make-up removal wipes and curling iron for the guests in the bathroom. Again, this will be our go-to place to stay in Seattle if we visit again.

  • Josh and Lynsey’s Airbnb had everything we needed and more. They were great with communication and made us feel very at ease. They answered all our questions and gave us helpful recommendations. The location was close to The Link transit, which is primary what you’ll need get around Seattle. The room was not only spacious, but it was also comfortable and warm. I would definitely recommend Josh and Lynsey’s Airbnb to anyone who is wishing to visit Seattle.

  • The place was a spacious, well-furnished, clean 1br. lower level of the house with it's own private entrance. It was a lot bigger than I originally expected. There was a setup for tea/coffee, cups, a small fridge some books about local hikes and nature info. It was quiet and private and overall a great experience.
