“A dining experience. They don't take reservations. If you are not fond of queues, then try to arrive before 6:30pm or after 9:30pm to get a table. Between that time frame you will probably have to wait for a while to get a seat. Which is not a total bummer because right next door you have a nice bar to get drinks while you wait :) At "El Barrio". Try "El Picaro" and let us know your thoughts ;)”

“I love Underwood for their margaritas (although they have plenty of other excellent drinks), delicious food and dessert options, and overall laid-back and cozy ambiance! While I've usually gone here in the for dinner and drinks, they do have a nice outdoor patio (with bocci ball court) to enjoy in the daytime.”

“Backyard is a local's favorite. Sitting outside on the patio for a meal is especially wonderful on a warm summer's evening. Casual and laidback. Boon-type food for a portion of the cost. Vegetarian friendly.”

“A foodie dream. Great drinks, great seafood. And a hipster vibe. A little pricey, so we like to do drinks and appetizers here.”

Cafés

Café
“Oh man! Check their breakfast burrito (or any of their sandos for that matter) and let me know your thoughts. I promise you won't regret. Wash it down with any of their smoothies or fresh (and locally) roasted coffee.”

Café
“We bring all our friends here! It’s a 30 minute drive along river road to the coast, offering fantastic views of the river along the way! Cafe aquatica is on the Russian River estuary, so often there are seals swimming around and wonderful bird life to see. Once you have filled your belly at cafe aquatica, it’s time to venture up or down the coast for a stunningly beautiful beach day! ”
