Parc
“Excellent trail system about 8 miles from cabin down Barlow Trail Road. To access the main trailhead, you have to pedal about 3 miles up a paved logging road climbing approximately 2,000'. If you are a beginner or novice, there is a loop around the parking lot and an entry point to Lower Hide and Seek about 1.5 miles up the logging road. Laura's Loop about .5 mile up is nice for beginners, and at .75 TNT/Little Monkey has slopestyle jumps for those wanting to air it out. For more advanced riders there are few options at the top, including my favorite: Communication Breakdown (flow)-Quid Pro Flow (flow)-338(XC)-Two Turntables (fast and tight), Lower Hide and Seek (flow).”

“This makes for a fun afternoon. Show up with a cooler of ice. They have fishing poles, buckets, nets, and worms. Pick any pond to fish from, then pay by the size when you're done. They will gut the fish for you. All you have to do is catch them and take them home. You can also picnic on the grounds.”

“Has pretty much everything you might need. From, groceries, to home repair, to clothing and apparel, and even Starbucks and a jewelry shop. Freshly remodeled, this place is actually pretty great for all your food and special dietary needs. They have wine and beer here, but no alcohol (its an Oregon thing)”

“We love this place for its quality coffee and locally grown eats! They are actually a non-profit and help teach youth how to grow and appreciate locally sourced food. They also bake their own bread on site! Perfect for families, with the kids play area in one of the easing area corners. ”
