  • A very nice place near to the centre of Santa Fe. No problems at all, would recommend.

  • The listing was accurate. WE didn't have contact with the host which was fine. Key was left for us and we didn't need any special attention. The unit is well located, especially to the Canyon St galleries, and is quiet.

  • We were in Santa Fe April 15-17, 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed staying at the sweet little apt provided by Bernadette. It was clean, extremely well appointed and just as you see it in the photos. It is perfectly located for easy walks to the plaza and just across the river from Canyon Rd. we were grateful for the information Bernadette provided. We ate at two suggested restaurants and were not disappointed. Tia Sophia's for breakfast and dinner at The Shedd for the best margarita and most delicious southwestern fare! The Eldorado was great for gazing at art as well as the architecture of the building. Loved learning more about the state of New Mexico as well as More art at the state Capitol building. And you must stop at Kakawa Chocolate shop! Thank you Bernadette, for providing and sharing the perfect place in Sanat Fe! Alan & Nita Olson

  • Thank you! It was a lovely experience and we appreciated the flexible arrival time! We also appreciated the check-out being a little later than many others at noon! Lovely! And fabulous location!

    Jennifer2014-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Location was perfect - only several blocks from downtown. It was a wonderful treat to discover fruit and yogurt in the refrigerator, making us feel very welcome. The historic but fully renovated cottage was beautiful, just like the photos. On our last day, Bernadette stopped by to say hello, and it was great to meet a published author!

    Thomas2014-10-29T00:00:00Z
  • Bernadette was very flexible when I needed to arrive quite late and then had some confusion with the keys & doors, and called her after 9 pm. The casita was comfy and I really appreciated the healthy breakfast foods as I had a tight schedule. Overall a good experience.

    Anne2014-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • Bernadette made us feel very welcome in her gorgeous casita. Loads of breakfast items in her refrigerator and spotlessly clean. The casita remains cool even on the hottest days. The location is perfect - a very easy walk (a few yards) to Canyon Road and 3 blocks to the plaza where so much is always happening. Everything is in the apartment, even a dishwasher. Bernadette's suggestions are excellent. Make use of them. Highly recommended.

Located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Santa Fe's charm. This private casita is great for 1-2 people and features a separate bedroom with one queen bed, a full kitchen, a covered front patio, parking, as well as a small back yard area.
This charming little casita is private with its own off street parking, plenty of morning light, beautiful neighborhood trees, classic Santa Fe style architecture, and offers guests peace and quiet after a day exploring.
Travelers can enjoy a walking/biking path that leads to many of Santa Fe's attractions within minutes such as the popular rail yard district, which hosts Santa Fe's local Farmers Market on Saturdays, Iconik Cafe, countless galleries, Jean Cocteau and Regal cinemas. Easy access to the business districts including great local breweries, cuisines including gluten-free, vegetarian, and Thai restaurants, a popular pizza place, and popular cafes: plenty to explore on the journey leading visitors to the striking destination of historic downtown Santa Fe.
  • The hosts were very nice, even though we never met in person. Check in was easy, and they were great with communication. The place is tiny, with low ceilings, and the bathroom is also tiny and narrow. There are three steps up inside of the actual bathroom area. Be careful if using the toilet at night! The construction feels awkward and makes the area a little difficult to use. I did not find the casita that comfortable, but it could have been just me. It is clean and in an easy location for exploring town. It was also quiet.

  • Just what we wanted, affordable private place close to downtown. Good spot.

  • Sarah was very thoughtful about potential navigation problems getting there, and responded immediately. The space feels so remote but it’s pnly a 15 minute drive to the center of Santa Fe! The animals were so cute and well behaved, definitely a great stay!

    Jenna2018-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Sarah's place is so pleasant! The colors, style, views, comfort, hospitality, communication, everything really, was 100%. It couldn’t get much better!

  • This is truly a gem! It's the perfect place for quick access to Santa Fe while at the same time being out of the din of the town. Phenomenal views, amazingly well built and finished space, and most importantly fantastic hosts who go out of their way to make you comfortable! The wood stove is a crowning touch but get instruction on lighting it first!

    Nick2018-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Sarah's place is perfect! It feels really remote but it's close to town and it's a clean, well decorated, spacious place with a great price for the SF Airbnb rental fee. She was super responsive to all my messages and I only stayed for a night but I would definitely stay with her again.

    Han2018-01-23T00:00:00Z
  • Very thoughtful hosts. The space is custom built and gorgeous. They are tucked deep in a quiet neighborhood and we got to pet their horses in the morning. The drive into the city was quick and easy. Great space to relax and recharge.

  • A very welcoming place to stay at with wonderful host. The atmosphere is just amazing and the cottage is just adorable..

    Cynthia2018-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • This is quite possibly the most charming Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need, beautiful mountain scenery and only 15 minutes to downtown Santa Fe. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Santa Fe.

The house is located on the side of Sun Mountain. It is also right next to Moon Mountain. This location provides spectacular views of santa fe and the surrounding area. The sunsets are magnificent from the front porch. Sit on the back porch and become lost in nature. It is a five minute walk up sun mountain to connect to a trail that will lead you to that Atalaya walking trails and beyond. Museum hill is 4min away and down town is about 7min away. The house is also located about 6min from I25.
There are spectacular views. Easy access to museum hill and down town. Easy access to walking and bike trails. The house is very secluded. There is radient heat and a fire place. The house is decorated with Asian and American Indian art for a unique vibe. It is easy to get to highway 285 as well as I25 which will open up the rest of New Mexico for you.
  • Cute and cozy with a great view and easy access to town.

  • Beautiful place. Loved it. Ben is a great host.

    David2018-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful house filled with art in an equally stunning mountain setting. Very thoughtful host (brand new to AirBnB; I was his first guest) who keeps the place clean, well-stocked, and even offers snacks and drinks to quests. There is a steep gravel and dirt driveway up to the house, so I would imagine that access during snowy periods could get sketchy. That aside, I highly recommend this host and this house.

    Luke2018-01-28T00:00:00Z
  • This place is outstanding! The views are unreal.

    Bridgette2018-01-29T00:00:00Z
  • Ben’s place is located in a beautiful secluded area that’s about a 9 minute drive from downtown Santa Fe. His home is extremely tastefully decorated and comfortable. We came in the cold seasons and were amazed to find out the house had floor heating and adobe tiles. We couldn’t have been any happier with the space and location. Ben was extremely helpful over the phone and text and made checking in a breeze. Would highly recommend.

  • This is such a cute little camper! Very warm and cozy once the space heater is up and running, and no complaints about the bed. Beautiful views of the stars and the city below at nighttime.

  • I adored my stay in this trailer for a week and felt very at home here. The trailer had everything I needed: a small fridge, coffee and a kettle, microwave, and a solar shower next door that heats fast. The location was close enough to the center that I could bike there in 20 minutes, mostly on a beautiful river bike path. The hosts were truly exceptional, generous and kind. I appreciate them making their welcoming place available at a very reasonable rate. Thanks Rob and Nancy for a wonderful week in Santa Fe!

    Krysia2017-10-10T00:00:00Z
  • Great little place close to lots of things Santa Fe. Thanks for the the warm nook to stay!!

    Mat2017-12-28T00:00:00Z
  • This place is GREAT. Would stay again. Solar shower is awesome. The only complaint I have is easily remedied. Robert, pleeeease get a thicker futon for the camper! The bed was really hard, kind of like sleeping directly on the plywood underneath it. Not a deal-breaker though as this place is wonderful. Secluded but close to everything, really cool spot and beautiful views. Would stay again and hope for a softer bed!

    Amos2017-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Quirky little place with great views. Everyone was very friendly. The perfect bang for your buck

    Zoe2017-12-17T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy amd Robert are very sweet and their property is so fun. They kept to themselves but the offer to spend time with their little community was wide open and very appreciated! We had a blast!

    Elizabeth2018-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • Rob's place is a nice little community with great views of Santa Fe! I stayed for a couple months but was very busy and didn't get much time to hang out. But it's a great accommodating place to meet some cool people and explore Santa Fe!

    Thom2017-12-15T00:00:00Z
  • Robert and Nancy were great hosts! The trailer was so perfect. We really only needed it as a place to stay but wish we had more time to hang around in the outside hang out area/hot tub. Rob was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we were set with everything. Trailer is perfect for a little get away for 2 people. If ever visiting Santa Fe would definitely stay at Rob & Nancy's again!

Come and enjoy a private bedroom and living room in this beautiful Santa Fe home! Affectionately called "The Melting Castle", this hand crafted home is like no other you will see! High ceilings, curved walls, beautiful archways, and warm furnishing make this home truly unique.
Your room includes a fireplace, TV (Netflix, Hulu, HBO go), and mini fridge. Bathroom includes a shower/bathtub and is shared. Located on 5 acres, this rural feeling abode is only a 16 minute drive from down town Santa Fe. Dirt driveway is steep and will not accommodate large trailers though most average cars do well and there is parking for up to 2 vehicles. This is a perfect getaway for a couple visiting Santa Fe for a ski trip or sight seeing. The couch is comfy and there is a queen futon mattress in a loft that can be utilized if more want to stay for an additional fee. Your host is a Santa Fe local and can provide a wealth of information on the area. I am also a good skier and can occasionally provide private ski and snowboard lessons upon request. I also have a very affectionate cat named sprite who lives here. This is my first launch of this AirBnB space so the price is a bit discounted as I may still need to work out how to make this space just right. Any input on how to improve this space is appreciated.
Hondo Hills Is a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Gives the feeling of being rural while still being just a 16 minute drive from the Santa Fe plaza area. Wonderful for sunsets!!
  • Krisztina's place was perfect for our brief stay in Santa Fe! The space itself is well designed and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and we got to see the beautiful sunrise out the bedroom window in the morning. Highly recommended!

  • What an unexpected delight this visit was. We loved staying in this adobe home out in the country but just 10 minutes from the city. This felt like a slice of real Santa Fe life.

    Sophia2018-01-09T00:00:00Z
  • Both The Melting Castle and Krisztina are top notch. If you want a unique stay at a beautiful home with a super accommodating and friendly host, then look no further. The quiet location was a great escape from the city life, while still only being a 15 minute drive from Sante Fe proper. Don’t forget to check out the secret room above yours!!

  • Really cool rustic adobe home under the stars in Santa Fe ! We had a great experience, the space was clean and it had great decor. It’s less than a 15 minute drive to the plaza, so we really liked the location. Krisztina is awesome and can give you privacy if you need it. She has a cat but it stayed in her room. Our 2 dogs loved her place. Highly recommended. Bonus points for WiFi and TV with Netflix. -Chloe and Chris

  • Incredible place to stay. Loved being a bit outside of the city center. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely. House is off of a dirt/gravel road, so keep your car in mind while booking!

    Tori2018-01-07T00:00:00Z
  • Krisztina was an amazing host! She met every need we had and was very quick to respond! Her melting Castle was absolutely beautiful and unique, yet so cozy. There was a beautiful fireplace in the room and she had fresh towels and even a manual to answer any questions we had as well as things to do around the area! She also gave me food recommendations that were amazing. Most definitely will be staying there next time I’m in Santa Fe! I highly recommend her place to any guest looking for a unique getaway. :)

  • Kriztina was a super friendly host! I enjoyed my stay. The house has its quirks, (couldn't plug more than 2 things in without the power going out) but beyond that, she was super sweet! It met the needs I had for my trip.

  • Just left Krisztina's amazing Santa Fe style house on the side of a mountain. The place is stunning, close to the main road, I had my own car and it was easy to find and close to the main road. I had a massive room with loads of space for me and my pup. Krisztina happen to be up when I checked in at 11pm and she was very welcoming! If I were to ever return to Santa Fe, I would look her up just to hang out. The place was clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea available if you fancy, private fridge in your room. Tell and private sitting area in the room, however I thought the rest of the house was just as lovely to enjoy.

  • Susan and Steve have been wonderful hosts. They were very nice and helpful. Their house is gorgeous and surronded by nature but however very close from santa fe. It was a fantastic stay!

  • Great and peaceful place; thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! Would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautiful and tranquil house and setting. Susan was very nice, helpful, and a wonderful host.

  • Susan was an absolute delight. The home she has created radiates her calm, serene and welcoming presence. I had a long drive to get there, and little sleep and just being in her home made me feel revived. The house was like an art gallery with interesting collections and hanging art to enjoy in every room. Additionally, when she peaked my interest in a vintage trailer a friend of hers owned, she made the time to take me all the way across town to see it. Amazing. I would spend a month there if time allowed! Excellent quiet location with quick access to the Plaza. Fabulous and highly recommended.

  • This is a beautiful setting to get a true feel for Santa Fe within a beautiful adobe home featuring beautiful art and lots of windows to bird watch and feel the SW sun! Susan graciously provided us with recommendations for restaurants and hikes that fit us perfectly. Recommended!

  • like many people reviewed, susan house is a must stay place for anyone who wanted to visit and stay in santa fe.

  • Had a wonderful stay with Susan and Steve! They were lovely to chat with (and offered some good tips) and their home is beautifully decorated. The location is definitely more secluded but being tucked away in the quiet foothills of the mountains is part of the appeal and is still only a ~10 min drive to downtown. Would recommend!

  • A simple room for a good price. Good access to washer and fridge in main house. I would have enjoyed the company of the people in the house, but I must have seen Alicia for all of 10 minutes throughout my stay, met Luis twice briefly, but I did have a chat with Martin, who is very helpful and friendly. It was a very busy time for all of them, but they all seemed lovely people.

    Eva2017-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Alicia is super responsive and accommodating. She offers superb advice on Santa Fe if you have never been and truly cares about your stay! The place is a short drive to the town square and Railyard and easy walk to the bus stop. Room is super clean, efficient and comfortable. The adjoining walls are a bit thin so not soundproof, but this was really not an issue.

  • Alicia is a great host. Super nice and communicative. The room is exactly as described and very comfortable and clean. A great value. Highly recommend!

  • Alicia is very pleasant and is happy to answer questions. The room is very nice. Having access to a washer/dryer is an added bonus. It's nice to sit on the chair on the porch and watch the sunset. I enjoyed my stay.

  • I found everything even better than the description. The room was comfortable, well-kept, private, and accommodating. Even the books on hand were actually interesting. Gryeat neighborhood location, very convenient, with two unique restaurants within walking distance. Very clear and helpful welcome information packet provided. Only had a brief chance to meet Alicia and Luis, and found them to be open and warm. Highly recommend this home away from home.

  • Wonderful space! I was looking for somewhere affordable I could use as a base while I travelled around the area. This was better than I expected. Alicia has put her heart into this room and it shows. Lots of attention to detail. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

  • This was my 2nd time staying here. Great place, awesome hospitality. Communication is always fast. Room was clean, bed is super comfortable. Coffee/Tea in room is a plus! Also, very close to a coffee shop and great food! Would stay here again!

  • Kristyn's place is quite lovely and we had 2 wonderful days in her house. The room is very clean and her description very accurate. The shared bathroom is just right next to the bedroom, we never had a problem. Kristyn was very helpful in giving good restaurant recommendations. Definitely ask her where to go for great food! The house is about 20 minutes walking from the Plaza and we enjoyed doing so instead of messing with parking. Thank you for hosting us, Kristyn!

  • Aryeh was very warm and friendly and the bedroom was excellent. However, we were disappointed that there was no breakfast. We have enjoyed breakfasts at all of our previous Airbnb stays!

  • Exquisite Sanctuary was very clean and quiet. The room was large, well furnished, good bed and towels. It was light and airy yet cool for July in Santa Fe. Leo was helpful and provided a map to aid getting around town. We didn't have a car. This is a good option for a quiet room for the night in Santa Fe, reasonably priced, 30 minute walk to the plaza, grocery store nearby. Kitchen availability was appreciated and there was lots of room in the refrigerator. The common area was quite small and I didn't feel comfortable hanging out there as it is Leo's living space. There are three rooms available to guests and the one bathroom got busy in the morning with six people sharing. Leo is very particular about keeping his home tidy and quiet (lots of notes to guests as mentioned in other reviews) but guests benefit as well.

  • Clean and convenient location

    Alireza2014-12-26T00:00:00Z
  • My boyfriend and I had a great stay at Exquisite Sanctuary. We stayed for three nights, and found the place to have everything we needed. The host has done this before, many times. His house is arranged to make it easy for guests to come and go and has reminder placards about turing off lights and keeping the bathroom clean. The bathroom is shared between three rooms, but the host works to make sure everything is very clean, and I never had problems with the bathroom being occupied for long amounts of time. Exquisite Sanctuary is located within walking distance of the main Plaza (about 25 minutes) but we always drove at night just to be safe. The host provided us with a great map of Santa Fe that he had created himself with feedback from guests over the years, which was a big help. Overall, our stay was welcoming, clean, and comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santa Fe.

    Erin2014-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great experience at the exquisite sanctuary! We booked last minute, but Kristyn made it work. She did a good job communicating with us prior to our arrival, and recommended a nice cafe where we could grab dinner while we waited for the keys. We especially appreciated her run down of what to see in the Santa Fe area. We never would have known about the aspen trees changing colors. It was an amazing sight. We had plenty of energy to explore the next day after a good night's rest. The starry night room was clean, comfortable, and warm. Bottom line is that it is a great deal for the price!

Welcome to your new favorite getaway! Located 17 minutes from the downtown Plaza, this large, fully functional guest house is peaceful and relaxing. An attached studio unit with a full kitchen, private bathroom, queen bed, and sofa bed, you will have your own entrance and exit and parking. We welcome those traveling with horses as well! We are a friendly couple who welcome all visitors from anywhere around the world. We love to meet new people, and hope you enjoy your visit to Santa Fe!
We are located on a 6 acre parcel in the beautiful Sunlit Hills community. Sunlit Hills is 17 minutes from the Downtown Plaza and feels much more remote than it is. Very tranquil, with great views and great walking trails nearby. The guest house is attached to the main house, has new mini-split air conditioning / heating unit, wood burning stove, two private entrances and parking. If you are traveling with horses, we have plenty of space to bring them along in our 3 stall barn with two large turnouts. We live in the main house & handle snow removal if necessary. Our driveway faces south, so it melts with the morning sun. You don't need 4x4. Check out a virtual tour of our Airbnb by one of our guests, Brazos, in September 2017 on his website for Leverage Imaging.
We are located in a spacious equestrian community, 7 miles or 17 minutes from the downtown Plaza. Great road access year-round, the sunsets here are unbeatable! Feels more remote than it is, very peaceful and great views from the house.
  • If you ever need a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, definitely put this place on the map. The accommodations are 100% what I expected and I reserve this locstion for my next weekend vacation in Santa Fe.

  • This is a gorgeous and peaceful spot. All amenities are just perfect. Totally comfortable with everything you need. Watching the sun go down over the Sante Fe mountains was spectacular. We liked being a little out of town and everything is just a short drive away. John was an excellent host, as a visitor you do nothing but relax and enjoy this truly special place.

  • By far the best Air B&B experience I’ve ever had. Jeanine and John were ultra accommodating and their space was styled beautifully and thoughtfully, making our stay truly feel like being home away from home. The location is perfect; close to the highway and downtown. I highly recommend staying at this Air B&B. Truly can’t say enough good things!

  • Neighborhood seems very poor, with trailer homes located around the area. All of the electricity seems to be an after thought. The bedroom light is connected to the switch for the bathroom. It is very difficult to find a place to read - the lighting leaves much to be desired. The kitchen light does come on, but constantly looses it's strength, so the light is not consistent and it is hard to see when you are trying to do anything in the kitchen. No lighting anywhere that is strong enough to read by. This is not located in the city of Santa Fe. It is located in the village of Agua Fria, outside of the Santa Fe city limits. The apartment was seedy. Holes in the curtains, wall hangings that were coming apart, sheets that were falling apart. It was neat and straightened up, but it seems it has not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. I slept on the single trundle bed, and the springs of the mattress hurt my back. I changed the mattresses around using the mattress on the bottom of the trundle bed and it was much better. I would not come back to this rental.

  • This place is so cute and in a really charming quiet old neighborhood on the outskirts of Santa Fe. The hosts are super sweet and communication was very good. We needed some towels and they brought them over to us in less than 10 minutes. Keep in mind it is small for a group but perfect for a couple or a small family. There is a nice little yard which the doggies loved (although we kept them on leash because there were a few holes in the fence they could escape out of). There is a small living room with a large sofa, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and it is a very tight fit in the tiny room so in our group of four, one couple ended up splitting up - one person slept on the twin bed and the other on the twin mattress from the trundle which we pulled out onto the floor of the living room. Not sure how comfortable the trundle would have been in the second tiny room. Bathroom was decorated really cute and very comfortable.

    Robin2017-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • The casita was great -- a nice space, well furnished, and comfortable beds. The outdoor space was a great place to have a cup of coffee, which we were very happy to see for us in the kitchen. It was an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe as advertised. We didn't have to communicate much with our hosts, but it was a seamless check in process and easy to do when we got in late from Vail. The only thing to note is that there is not a door on the room with the larger bed. All in all, we would happily stay again or recommend to a friend.

    Alex2016-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • This house was just what we needed for an easy overnight stay in Santa Fe. Francois' hassle-free check-in process is the easiest I've ever had with an Airbnb. (No searching for weird back entrances in the dark, no cumbersome lockboxes, no hidden keys...) The house was spacious, clean, functional, and — most importantly — pet friendly. The queen bed was firm but pretty comfy, and since I fell asleep early on the twin in the other room, I can attest to its comfort as well. The bathroom had plenty of clean towels and wash cloths — a rarity among Airbnbs — and the kitchen was pretty well-stocked, too. (We were bummed we didn't have any espresso beans to take advantage of the espresso machine.) Our favorite feature was the fully fenced-in yard with sitting area. It was wonderful to have total privacy AND a worry-free zone for our dog to sniff around and play in.

  • Safe, quiet and secluded neighborhood. Short 10min drive to the plaza. The layout of this place made it super easy for 4 of us to spread out for privacy. Large bathroom as well! Mattresses could use to be replaced with new ones as they sag in the middle quite a bit. Good value though for the price!

  • This was my first time using Airbnb, and it was amazing. I booked last minute and Diane was amazing at responding. She had already accepted and gave me all the info I needed within an hour. She also had so many little extras that made my stay so enjoyable, I can not wait to go again. The location is minutes from the plaza, however, it’s still in a quiet location, full of the beauty of nature. We enjoyed the fact that they had two actual bedrooms with beds and then a separate den area to relax and watch tv, that it wasn’t a common area bed ( sofa bed) . Diane was amazing at responding to my messages and going the extra step in making sure everything was perfect. I can not wait for my next stay here, my friends and I are already planning !!

  • Loved the house and the hot tub. House is secluded from the activity of Santa Fe yet so close to stores and downtown (10min) Thank you!

  • Clean, quite, easy access to plaza and skiing ! Host's communication was excellent. Beautiful.

  • We really enjoyed this cozy spacious first floor apartment in a quiet wooded area and its close location near downtown. Diane has a very personable approach and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the space to a friend.

  • We stayed at Christopher's house as our final stop in our New Mexico tour. Christopher's house is very beautiful and covered in amazing art. We didn't get to meet him, as he was out of the country for a few days, but we met his wonderful housemate Harriette instead. Harriette was very accommodating and a wonderful hostess! The room was comfy, and we enjoyed visiting with Harriette over coffee and breakfast. Thanks!

  • Chris was a great host. My stay was too short sadly, but I would be happy to come back to enjoy more of his company. His house is amazingly airy and beautiful, and everything is decorated with great taste. Chris even recommended a great restaurant close by and I would definitely come back here if I had the opportunity !

    Noelle2014-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • Christopher is awesome. He was very respectful of our privacy, but was also wonderful to speak with whenever we ran into him. He even played some music with us which was great! The room (with attached bathroom) was cozy and clean and we were very comfortable there with our 2 dogs. Christopher also spent some time with our dogs who both loved him. I would definitely recommend staying at his home and if we ever go back to Santa Fe, we know where we'll stay! :)

  • Neat place... Easy to check in, and Christopher was very nice. Would recommend.

    Kelsey2016-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • Chris was super friendly and accommodating! He gave us recommendations for places to go and things to see in Santa Fe. The room and bed was very comfortable and he made his home open to us for cooking or just relaxing!

    Sarah2015-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Christopher is a friendly, creative person with a relaxed and comfortable home. Great neighborhood too - easy to get to the plaza. He made my check-in & check-out easy. I enjoyed his music and am loving "Dance for a Diamond"!

    cynthia2015-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • Christopher was an excellent communicator prior to and during our two-night stay. The description of his place was accurate and his home was most inviting. He had a roaring fire in the fireplace to welcome our snowy late afternoon arrival. Our stay began with hot tea delivered to our spacious and comfortable room. Christopher allowed total privacy but was a charming and fascinating conversationalist as well as musician, but never imposing. He surprised us in the morning with delicious, healthy, fruit smoothies. With his unique and inviting situation, we hope there will be a place for us when we return to Santa Fe, for we surely plan to.

Welcome to our family home! Charming private room with private entrance and bath off of our kitchen. 20 minute walk from Plaza, 5 minute walk from Canyon Road, 30 minute drive to Ski Basin and 10 minute drive to Ten Thousand Waves-- lovely, light-filled room with separate entrance, sitting room, bathroom and courtyard in historic downtown Santa Fe.
20 minute walk from Plaza, 5 minute walk from Canyon Road, 30 minute drive to Ski Basin and 10 minute drive to Ten Thousand Waves-- lovely, light-filled room with separate entrance, sitting room, bathroom and courtyard in historic downtown Santa Fe. Do-it-yourself breakfast. Plethora of restaurants, galleries, event, and hiking/outdoor activities information from hosts. Wi-fi accessible, pets on premises. Fabulous jumping off spot for adventures throughout northern New Mexico. Guests have access to full kitchen, including refrigerator, living room with extensive library, outside courtyard and lovely sunroom. Susan, and daughter Katy co-host in the home our family has lived in for decades. We have been hosts since February 2010 and love the guests we meet through Airbnb. Guests stay with Susan; Katy lives next door with her family. Hidden away in a corner of old Santa Fe, we are minutes walk from the Plaza and Canyon Road. Bus and the Santa Fe Pickup lines run two blocks from the house to the museums and downtown. Santa Fe favorite spots -- El Farol (tapas, music, and bar), The Teahouse (good drinks, light meals) and Milad Persian Bistro are all five minutes on foot. Beautiful park around the corner. We look forward to your visit!
Minutes from Canyon Road (with the delicious TeaHouse, El Farol and Milad Persian Cafe around the corner) and a shortish (20 min) walk to our downtown Plaza, our house is in a hidden corner of Santa Fe, up an old-world driveway tucked in the foothills.

  • I was made to feel very welcome, from the communication before the trip and during our trip, which was warm, direct and helpful. The house and room is lovely, as are Katie and Susan. The neighbourhood was particularly good for a woman traveller staying alone - very walkable, and I especially enjoyed having morning tea and breakfast at the Tea House just down the street. I highly recommend this place!

  • Lovely home, great location for easy walk to downtown Santa Fe. Private area off kitchen was spacious and clean. Double bed only. Hostess (mother and daughter) where very helpful and accommodating. Private drive a challenge since it's narrow. A smaller car will make it easier. Liberal use of their kitchen for cooking is a plus. Communication lag was the only concern when scheduled meeting time got delayed. Overall, very nice and would stay again.

    Catherine2012-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Sweet spot. Clean, private and cozy with LOTS of great books. Coffee and breakfast was easy and I could come and go without disturbing anyone. The only reason I didn't give it a 4 or 5 star was that there was no phone service for AT&T in that area. One bar at best even outside. This was a pretty big issue for me as I had calls to make and receive. If you are on Verizon there is no problem. Internet was fine as they had a wireless service which was strong. Very good for the price. Apparently Santa Fe has this issue in many areas. So you might want to check before booking if this matters to you. Otherwise I would stay again.

    lauren2012-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay. A big plus to have use of a full kitchen! The bed, was comfy and heater worked great. Thanks for Susan gracious hospitality.

  • Great, quiet and comfortable. Susan and Katy were totally welcoming and we felt very at home.

    Laura2015-05-18T00:00:00Z
  • Susan, Katy's mother, was a lovely hostess. The room was just as described. Their home is close to both the Plaza and the art district on Canyon. Susan knew the answer to every question I had, plus she let me harvest several pounds of cherries from her backyard tree (cherry pies are on the schedule for today). I will definitely return when I visit Santa Fe again, perhaps with my partner for our anniversary!

  • I signed up for private room with half bath but was not given the room pictured in the listing- it did not have as warm a feeling as shown here but rather was quite drab and uninviting. I did not realize that in addition to paying for the room that I would be expected to do a chore each day. I never had that kind of experience in a hostel or on airbnb where I was expected to clean bathrooms or mop the floor or take out the trash as part of my stay. I had to leave really early each day to go to a conference I was attending so I had to try to rush to get the chore done before I left. Once done, you have to put the chore next to your name which you will find on a list next to the desk so that they know you did it- it made me feel like a child who has to mark him or herself on a behavior chart. Wi-fi was not included either but rather you have to pay an additional $2 per day if you want to use it, which I thought was strange as well. They do receive a lot of food donated from Whole Foods however beware that some of it was expired and a lot of the bread was hard/stale. All in all, this was probably the least comfortable experience I've had on Airbnb. Next time I might consider paying a little more and going for a listing that is actually someone's home or for a bed and breakfast or inn.

  • I had an excellent time staying with the Santa Fe International Hostel. The staff was very accommodating for my late arrival, explained the hostel rules clearly and quickly, and provided a clean and comfortable room. While the SFIH does require taking part in daily chores as part of the rental, these are very minor (both time and effort wise) and can be done at the visitors leisure (before noon) and did not inconvenience my trip at all. Overall an excellent place to stay with comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, and a great location!

  • This was my first air bnb experience where the hosts live in the house. They were so welcoming and it really felt like you were staying with family. The house was so warm and homey and we loved it. And the food was delicious!!! Best host and best breakfast burritos. We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Sante Fe.

  • We loved staying with Vinny and Vickie. I would highly recommend their home to people traveling with kids, our 6 and 10 year old had a great time. The space is lovely without being fussy and private enough that we could be ourselves without feeling like we were bothering anyone. A wonderful, warm and welcoming home.

    Erin2017-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • This place is gorgeous! It is located in a quite neighborhood and still relatively close to downtown. The hosts were amazing and super friendly. We felt ourselves home! What else tired traveler can expect? Two cozy rooms and everything you need. The coffeemaker was ready to brew the morning coffee and morning burrito charged us with an energy for half a day - big thanks to Vincent! Love to stay there and it'll be our choice for the visiting Santa Fe again. Can't even think about any other place to stay :) That was our first experience with Airbnb and that was great. No hotels anymore!

  • Anytime I go back through Santa Fe I will stay here (if it's available). Vinny and Vicki are exceptional hosts and offer a classic bed & breakfast experience. This is unlike other airBNB's in the level of hospitality and warmth.

  • We absolutely loved our stay with Vinny & Vickie. They are such gracious hosts. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm and cozy. Vinny is an amazing chef - he made us homemade breakfast burritos in the morning, and they were to die for! Their grandson was there for the night, too, and he was absolutely adorable. We truly felt at home here, and will be keeping in touch with both Vinny & Vickie (our new friends)! Thanks so much!

  • We loved our stay at V&V's place! The space was great--very spacious, private, and clean and orderly, but still felt like a home. V&V had prepared snacks for us, and even set the coffee pot so it was ready to go in the morning. They thought of so many careful details, that it's hard to remember them all now! They were all-around great people to meet. Wish we could have stayed longer!

  • Catherine's place was cozy, nicely decorated, and had everything my boyfriend and I needed. We even cooked up our mini Thanksgiving meal in the studio, with no problem! The location is great - walking distance to the Railyard District and the farmer's market and to grocery stores and convenience stores. We were able to walk to the market, to a brewery, and even to the plaza. We were glad to meet Catherine on our way out of town. We had a great chat and learned more about the property and Santa Fe.

  • Exactly what I needed after a long trip to Santa Fe. I only stayed at Rachel's for probably less than 10 hours, but I was very impressed by her home and accommodations.

    Lauren2017-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Rachel was great, very friendly. One night there was a city wide power outage & I came home to lit candles, wine, good conversation and a working radio! I had the run of the house, TV, kitchen, etc. She had coffee ready in the morning and lots of good Santa Fe info available like maps and things to do during your visit. It's in a great location in a nice neighborhood at a great price!

  • Rachel was wonderful! Super communicative and flexible with check-in, very friendly, and truly an unforgettable host. We had a great time chatting about my life in Austin and her move to Santa Fe. She was so kind and one of those people you're just instantly drawn to because she's such a sweet person. The room is beautiful and clean and her house is just gorgeous. The house is in a great location that's very close to the plaza yet still residential and very quiet and serene. I had everything I needed and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

  • Rachel was great! It was a pleasure staying with her. My first night she upgraded me to the master suite for free since she had another guest, and then my plans changed and I ended up staying another night, and I was so glad she was able to accommodate me. Rachel is very hospitable and welcoming and I would recommend her place very highly for any visit to Santa Fe.

    Claire2016-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Rachel was a great host . I was able to check in earlier and found a very cozy and beautiful place. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Her place represents really well Santa Fe's architecture and flavor which it was what I was looking for. The room was comfortable and I loved the decoration. I will go back there for sure if I'm going to visit Santa Fe again.

• I had a wonderful stay at Heather's place. She and her family (and pets) were so warm and friendly and responsive, yet I had all the privacy I wanted. I loved the setting toward the back of their large, beautiful yard, and the casita, though compact, was very comfortable. It was especially nice to have a table and chairs right outside the door. The neighborhood is great -- close to one of my favorite restaurants, and within easy biking or walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. Heather left a large basket of tasty, healthy treats, which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

  • Greatest vibe. Heather and Patrick were so so cool. Cutest spot- super comfy!!! Had a great nights sleep in chilly Santa Fe and couldn't help but cheese every time we stepped out and saw the chickens, the pond and their pup foxy. They recommended us a killer breakfast right around the corner too- would def recommend and hope to be back soon and stay again!

  • Great location close to the Plaza, perfect place to stay if you plan to be out exploring and want a comfortable and relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day! Beautiful yard and a cool cat were a bonus!

  • The casita is very comfortable and sweet. Heather and her husband are very welcoming and generous . Because it was Xmas, Heather offered us a delicious breakfast which made our stay quite relaxing and affordable. If you like a really nice bath tub I highly recommend the place!

  • Christina's casita was such a lovely welcoming place to stay the night. My friend and I had been driving cross country and after feeling so rejuvenated and at home at the casita we wish we had planned more time to stop in Santa Fe. Perfectly located, we were able to go into the plaza area to shop and eat some, and also enjoy a quite sunrise with a cup of coffee- the best of both worlds! Christina came over and said hello and gave wonderful suggestions on where to eat, even though we booked very last minute. What a wonderful home, I do hope to return in the future!

    Amelia2015-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a great space! the location is perfect as its very close to everything but you feel like you are in the middle of lots of space. The Casita is sweetly done and very comfortable with a fenced in front yard which feels very private. It's great to have a full kitchen. Would highly recommend and we will want to stay there many times in the future!

    Michelle2015-12-06T00:00:00Z
  • This is a terrific little casita. It is close to town with a country feel. I spent two nights there but the fully equipped kitchen and w/d would make it perfect for a longer stay. I really enjoyed the private garden. Christina is a gracious host and made several excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do in town. I mentioned in my reservation that I was looking for a quiet, private place and it fit the bill perfectly. I hope to be able to return and stay here again.

  • Christina's casita was a perfect retreat for celebrating our anniversary this past week (early June). Upon arrival, Christina gave us a tour and info we needed to make our trip memorable. Upon entering the private gate we were greeted with an enclosed garden in full bloom with an outdoor table to take full advantage during morning coffee or afternoon wine. The casita itself was beautiful and calming. Perfect accommodations and decorations. I honesty did not want to leave and look forward to visiting again. Of note I will add if you are wanting mountain or sunset views you will need to drive or walk down the road which isn't a bad trade off given the seclusion and privacy of the property. Christina has done an amazing job and truly is a super host. Take heart and reserve. You won't be disappointed.

    Robert2016-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Christina's place was cozy and charming. Very clean and stocked with everything you need. It is off the beaten path so very quiet and peaceful. There is a very private courtyard and it is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe. While there is no living room, the great room with the bed has other seating options and a desk and there is a table and chairs in the kitchen and outside. Christina was a marvelous host. She was very easy to get a hold of and told us everything we would need before we even asked. She also gave us marvelous suggestions for what to do in the area. I would highly recommend Christina's place if you are not looking to be right in the city.

    Gail2017-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • Christina's Casita was absolutely perfect for our two day stay in Santa Fe. As a host Christina is quickly and clearly communicative. She also gave us some great recommendations of things to do during our stay. The Casita is in a great private and peaceful location, yet close enough for a very quick drive into town. It was also extremely clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again if we make it back to Santa Fe!

    Jacob2016-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Christina's the first weekend in Feb. it is a beautiful and well equipped Casita, with a good sized kitchen. Though the location is central to sights and airport, but also its own oasis. Though too cold to enjoy the patio- the yard looked as if it would be beautiful come Spring. The drive and door to Casita are well lit at night. Christina is a great host, helpful and prompt with responses. It was great to be greeted with a bottle of wine as well. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Best airbnb I've been! J'espère avoir l'occasion d'y retourner.

    Julien2017-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • I had nice stay with Christopher and he was so thoughtful. The night I arrived, I arrived late and he provided me with food, so I did not have to get out again to find food. Anyone who fell in love with Ibiza, being at/around his place it is like walking around the island..

    Elisenda2017-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • This is a very peaceful home and area. The cool fresh morning air on the patio was welcome. Very artful home.

  • I had a wonderful time in Santa Fe It’s a beautiful city and living in Christopher’s house just made it a perfect stay. Christopher and Erica were always very helpful and kind. They do their best to make you feel at home. I thoroughly enjoyed my many moments at the house and in the room with the Indonesian door. The coffee was always ready early in the morning and it was delightful drinking it in front of the beautiful and relaxing view. I didn’t have a car while I was there and Christopher often gave me the lift into town with recommendations of where to go and where to eat. I would definitely stay there again if go to amazing Sta. Fe.

    Luisa2017-11-04T00:00:00Z
  • Christopher’s home is truly splendid, his hospitality and accommodations are on par with any of the best. His house is itself a destination place in sante fe. Truly grateful to have had the opportunity to be a guest !!!

  • Far more beyond my expectation. It's just wonderful and my best experience in Santa Fe. Great interaction with host and other guests. I love the song and music created and played by Christopher. I love the food by Erica if I don't get it wrong. If I have a chance to go to Santa Fe again, I won't wait till last minute to book this room again.

  • Fantastic, beautiful home with great atmosphere in a quieter part of town! Christopher is a lovely host, and somehow manages to pull a variety of interesting and respectful guests together to create a wonderful, homey feel. I especially enjoyed playing music with him and a couple of other guests (K+T). Shoutout to C for her amazing poetry as well, and B+P for good conversation! This was a great experience for me!

  • She has 2 rooms for rent in her place and you share a bathroom with the other individual who's renting that other room. I thought that was strange and made me a little uncomfortable. Rosalie is really sweet though and responds to questions and communication promptly!

  • Nice, clean modern suburban home - everything you can expect from a good Airbnb! The address on the house is easy to see at night, so no need to squint your eyes to determine if you arrived at the right place!

  • This place is close to Meow Wolf in a nice neighborhood. We went to a late Meow Wolf show and used Joe's house for our quick overnight stay. The room was great! The bed is full size or queen, comfortable and had clean, fresh smelling linens (probably the cleanest I've experienced at any AirBnB I've stayed at!) The bathroom was spotless and freshly cleaned upon our arrival. It was easy to coordinate bathroom use for showering with the other guest renting out the other room. The neighborhood and house is quiet and calm. Though there was some music late at night but was turned off right away. Buddy, the Husky was very sweet and so nice to us.

Casita Piñon is a turn of the century adobe casita, situated in one of SF's oldest neighborhoods, South Capital, "the heart of the city." Set in a wonderfully walk-able location, 1/2 mile from The Railyard and less than 1 mile from The Plaza. Our home is on a historic tree lined road where hiking, biking, museums, and every type of dining experience are all right outside our door. Our 2 bedroom home, with a modern southwestern sensibility, is the perfect spot for exploring and/or relaxing.
This charming, artistic, and truly Santa Fe style adobe casita with award winning art and photography displayed throughout the house, will set you right in the middle of a unique and wonderful atmosphere, with tasteful appointments, private areas to retreat and a front porch to view the historical neighborhood of South Capital. Southwestern furnishings, saltillo and hardwood flooring, vigas ceilings, and 2 courtyards has the true Santa Fe vibe. .The rear courtyard, directly off the kitchen, is fully enclosed, for private dining alfresco and the front portal faces a xeriscaped garden to watch the world go by. Original Navajo rugs, cozy bedding, full bath, complete kitchen, high speed WIFI, all the comforts of home, which will create the perfect respite for your vacation or business trip. We take pride in the artistic decor, award winning photography and mixed media by local and international artists displayed on the walls. We have a full kitchen with all the basics to cook your special meal; there is a farmers market within 1/2 mile away 3x a week, as well as Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. We are sticklers for cleanliness; all bedding, linens, towels are washed, including duvet covers, every nook and cranny is cleaned, dusted, and washed, prior to your arrival.
Welcome to Casita Piñon; located in the South Capital district. Our property is in the historic region of Santa Fe, where many of the homes were built at as far back as seventeenth century, which makes strolling thru this neighborhood so enjoyable and unique. Santa Fe is the oldest (400+ years) and highest elevation of any capital city in the USA. Ethnic foods, contemporary and native American art, an extensive hiking, biking and skying trail system, a great variety of music, are all within walking distance of our casita.
  • Amy's casita is a great base for seeing Santa Fe, walking distance from the main plaza. It is charming and well-equipped. I especially enjoyed the art. Amy was very easy to communicate with and very responsive.

    Linda2016-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • We had a nice stay at Amy's casita with our 18-month old. The master bed was very comfortable (our LO used our pack-n-play in the second bedroom), and we loved the water pressure in the shower. Check-in was smooth. Although the street outside is busy during the day, there weren't any noise issues at night. There were a few small things we noticed in need of addressing that we mentioned to Amy and she said she's taking care of them; she definitely is on top of things.

    John2017-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • I loved my stay at Amy and Dan's sweet casita! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated (with special note to the amazing photography on the walls). It was perfectly appointed for my stay in Santa Fe. I wish I could have used the little back area for breakfast and coffee in the mornings (it was December and snowy) - I can't wait to come back so I can sit at the cute little table and read! The bed was great, there were plenty of blankets and a good heater, and plenty of nice towels in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything you would need for a short or long stay. The street was nice and quiet but very close to the Plaza (and Trader Joe's!)...just perfect! I felt right at home from the moment I opened the front door. Thank you so much - this was an absolutely wonderful spot for my trip. :)

  • This casita is exactly as stated; authentic Santa Fe appointments throughout the home, spotlessly clean, great artwork, well-equipped, and perfect location to be able to walk everywhere. It’s small, but comfortable with everything you need including comfy beds and couch. We loved the private and quiet outdoor space, where we had our morning breakfast and our evening tea. The Whole Foods, The Plaza, Canyon Road and Railyard District are all a short walk, making it a prime spot to vacation or to work. Amy was a great host; calling before and during our visit to make sure we understood her turn of the century adobe, arrival info and her favorite to do list was a real help to make us feel like locals straight away. My wife and daughter loved the location and all that Santa Fe has to offer. We recommend this sweet home, we had a terrific vacation, and we will be back.

  • What we liked about this unit? It was clean. Not terribly far from downtown though we chose to Uber. Lots of towels and stuff for the shower. It was nice to think about it being 100 years old, and at 100 years old it's in great shape. What we didn't like? Air circulates poorly in the house so on hot nights it's not terribly comfortable. There is a cheap portable cooling unit. We followed directions, went out for dinner. Expecting to come home to a cool house we instead opened the door to a sauna. Then we get word from Airbnb the owner accused us of breaking the hunk of junk. Not cool at all. The house was basically built for people the size of munchkins. Using the toilet takes especially Houdini-esque abilities. The street is busy, the parking is awkward--we had a pick-up--the only way to leave is by backing onto the street. There is a TV. Unfortunately it's in one of the bedrooms, so the usage isn't all that practical and is downright goofy. There's a lot of kitchen, so if you come to Santa Fe to cook, great but for us a large part of the space was unnecessary. Yes, we are not happy about being accused of breaking a useless appliance but even without that, this was one of the more disappointing Airbnb's we've visited--a point we all agreed on before the accusation.

    Josephine2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • The casita was great, just as described. There were three of us there and it was the perfect size for us. It was clean and well-kept, and required only minimal work to keep it clean. Even though it's on a busy street, it was hardly ever noisy. We didn't walk all that much but the location makes it easy to get places whether on foot or in a car. We felt like locals the whole time we were there, and that's the best way for it to be.

    Paul2014-06-01T00:00:00Z
  • This little haven was charming with a capital charm! Cozy and just perfect for two. The walk to the Plaza was super quick and the little courtyard was perfect for a glass of wine. Amy was amazing with directions, sharing her favorite hikes and restaurants and making sure we had a great trip. I hope you get a chance to stay here ... you'll love it!

  • I had a great stay at Amy's casita. The casita is cozy and comfortable, with a great patio out front for morning coffee or a sunset beer. Location is also great, about 15 minutes walk to the downtown plaza or to the rail yard. Can definitely recommend!

Our home is conveniently located, close to downtown, public transportation (South Capital Train & bus), shopping, restaurants, hospital, and Museum Hill. It is a 3 level ranch style home w/ a large yard and large trees. It is located in a quiet, mature neighborhood good for walking. Generous on and off street parking. Close to main highways.
The private bedroom suite is on the lower floor with a separate bathroom/shower, good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families w/ kids, and furry friends. The bedroom has a full size bed with memory foam, a desk, a dresser, a closet(1/2 has our stuff). Adjoining are a bathroom/shower, washer/dryer, a greenhouse, and a den w/ cable TV/Netflix/ video library and a piano. If needed, we can provide an air mattress (and more bedding) if more then 2 people come. The den has a comfy couch, desk, and coffee/tea table. The greenhouse has an extra couch for an extra charge if guests want to use it.
Quiet and established neighborhood near everything. Close enough to walk to downtown, parks, train stations, Trader Joe's and other great shopping places, banks, and medical center.
  • I loved the warm welcome me and my two fur babies received. It makes all the difference in the world to have a friendly human welcome. Jocelma was very bright and bubbly and made me feel right at home.

  • Loren and Madelynn made us feel very welcome! They are open to conversation but make of conscious effort to give guests their distance if that is what they prefer (my husband and I enjoy the conversation). The room is very cozy and small but has everything you need and then some. It is the perfect size for a couple or as a single. They have utilized the small space very well. The neighborhood is quite and easy to find and is a 10-15 minute walk to the railyard and farmer's market.

    Amanda2015-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet neighborhood within an easy walk of the historic district (via a city walking trail by the river). We only used our car for a grocery run (although you could walk) and to visit Bandolier. The space is small, but had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. The highlight was getting to drink our coffee under the pergola each morning!

The location is perfect to get anywhere in town, the Casita was immaculately clean yet lovingly decorated, and the cat Luna was a wonderful addition to our stay. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Santa Fe.

  • Our stay at Madelynn and Loren's Cozy Casita was perfect for us. I enjoyed being in a neighborhood and close to everything we wanted including downtown Santa Fe. The place is definitely small, but they made very good use of every nook and cranny. Parking was always easy and available and having our own separate entrance was nice. We enjoyed visiting with Madelynn and Loren and their family (including Luna the cat)! Arrival and departure was smooth and easy. We would definitely stay there again! Marlene and Mark

  • What a fantastic place to spend a mini-getaway in Santa Fe! Madelynn welcomed us with some fresh eggs from their chickens, which we enjoyed for breakfast for the rest of our stay. It was a perfectly cozy spot located conveniently close enough to downtown but still far enough away that we got to experience more of the city outside of the downtown hubbub. Thanks for a great stay!

  • The casita is very well decorated and put together! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying at Dennis and Inga's adorable casita. The location is great, a quick drive to Santa Fe's downtown! We also loved that the casita was well equipped--cooking utensils, pots/pans, large refrigerator, blow dryer, and iron/ironing board were all included. On top of that the owners provided wifi and a tv with Netflix. When we weren't out and about we were able to relax and make ourselves at home!

  • One of the best stays in Santa Fe. Great location that gives you quietness and also close enough to get to restaurants and downtown. It’s stylish and has everything I need. Highly recommend! Will come back:)

  • Great spot for a home base in Santa Fe!

  • Talk about cozy! Could not have asked for a better birthday weekend with my wife. It’s a nice little walk to the downtown area but it’s great to take in the sights of Santa Fe! Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

  • The place is quiet and stylish- a very short jaunt away in the car from the main plaza. Dennis was very quick to respond to a question when we got a bit lost, which as very much appreciated. We found the bed and pillows to be a little too stiff for comfort but, if you love lots of firm support, you’ll probably love it.

  • Just loved this darling little studio on my recent visit to Santa Fe. Very clean and comfortable. Centrally located within walking distance to Baca Railyard. Cant beat the price either. Will definately be back again.

  • We had a comfortable stay for one night. Thanks!

  • We needed a place to stay for one night while traveling from Colorado back home to Sonoma, California. I found Christina's place on Airbnb. This was our "virgin" experience with Airbnb. It was accurately described. It's a good sized room with a king sized bed. Very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also a nice size as well. Very close to the action in Santa Fe which is down at the Plaza. We had our 8lbs little dog Rosie, so the fact it was a dog friendly property was a huge bonus. Christina was helpful and was easily reached via texts, answered all our questions promptly. In the 15 hours we were there we never crossed paths with our host. But it certainly didn't impede our stay in any way.

  • Christina and Evie have become friends. It was very very sad to tell them goodbye, after three weeks. I really hope to see them again!

  • Staying here was wonderful - beautiful room, cool neighborhood, and easy to follow instructions. We wish we could have stuck around longer.

  • Our travel schedule was tight and unfortunately, we didn't get to actually meet Christina, but she was very communicative and prompt with answering questions re. coordination. The studio was just lovely, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. No complaints whatsoever--we loved it! Thanks so much, Christina!

  • Christina was such a great host a d the space was even better than in the pictures. I was able to walk to the Plaza down Canyon Road in about 20 minutes and it was a very pleasant walk. Thanks Christina!

This beautiful casita is located on 8 acres of land covered with pinons and junipers with eastern views of the Sangre de Cristo, northern views of the Tesuque valley, miles and miles of wonderful hiking trails. Feels like country but just 4 miles from a shopping center with 4 restaurants, groceries, & wonderful retail stores. Hike to 2 local restaurants. Great downhill skiing within 1/2 hour, entertainment and world class galleries 8 min.
World class opera just 4 min. down the road. Summer activities include wonderful hiking, river rafting, biking, world-class opera, and festivals of all kinds, including the International Folk Art Market in July and Santa Fe Indian Market in August. Winter activities include cross country skiing, and snowshoeing practically right out the door from first snow to March. Great downhill skiing is 30 minutes away.
  • Milton and Susan were fantastic hosts! The location couldn't have been more convenient. It was just a few minutes from town so a bite to eat or shopping was just about at your fingertips! We will for sure be back again!

  • What I love most about this private casita is the location. It was a real treat getting to wake up in nature surrounded by mountains but still be a quick 5 minute drive from the Santa Fe Plaza! We appreciated all of the accommodations including toiletries and plenty of travel magazines to help plan our trip. There was even a coffee maker, hot plate, and fridge! What a great place. Thanks again!

  • Milton and Susan are delightful hosts and their casita is a wonderful place to relax yet still be close to Santa Fe, They give you your privacy yet are there if you need them. You can be in town in just a few minutes yet relax at night with amazing views. The casita is very comfortable and a great place to stay for a week or more. My only warning is that by day four you are searching on Zillow for real estate in Santa Fe and by the end of a week you have made appointments with real estate agents.

  • This lovely casita is the perfect getaway! Beautifully decorated inside, breathtaking outdoor scenery and landscaping. The hosts provide everything you would expect in a 5 star hotel, and more. The location is in a peaceful and quite neighborhood, with shopping and restaurants less than 5 miles away. Milton and Susan are readily available, with great tips on restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely return to this beautiful casita and look forward to the next visit.

  • What a magical little gem in the mountains! Wake up to gorgeous views every morning and count so many stars at night. Milton and Susan couldn’t have been sweeter and responsive and thoughtful. Just a quick drive into town and oh so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for a lovely home away from home!

  • Pictures don’t do it justice! The casita was beyond my expectations and located in a very serene setting nestled in the mountains. The view is beyond words and I watched the most amazing snowfall while I was there. The hosts were top notch and excellent communication. I will definitely return on my next trip. Best Airbnb experience thus far! Casita is very inexpensive and comes with a million dollar view!
