The permanent collection contains modern art, fashion, music, decorative arts, a print room with about 50,000 drawings, and prints and posters. On top of that the museum has five large style rooms, each representing a different art period. The Hague Gemeentemuseum holds one of the world's leading collections of fashion items, an extensive music collection, and a decorative arts collection exhibited in Berlage's original display cabinets.”

“Westbroekpark was created during the nineteen twenties according to a design by Pieter Westbroek. When the weather is nice many families come to Westbroekpark to enjoy a game of soccer and a picnic. The colourful rose garden is one of the park's highlights, which has acquired international fame. The rose garden contains approximately 20,000 rose bushes and more than 300 varieties of roses. Approximately 25,000 roses flower between July and October. Rose growers from across the globe visit the park annually for the International Rose Trials.”
