“ This is a fantastic place to relax and unwind, especially on rainy days. You can hire a yukata (like a robe) for 100 yen and spend as long as you like walking around eating (great restaurant, separate fee) doing hot pools, massage (separate fee) etc. It is beautifully presented and quite upmarket without being prohibitive.”

“Honestly the place to go for SERIOUS ramen eaters! Like great coffee, one has to understand what one is tasting to truly 'get' the ramen at this place. The cook is a genius in my opinion, as he really works hard to come up with unique tastes. I love the hardcore 'tori shoyu' (chicken soy sauce) ramen, though it is not for the faint-hearted (it has a super rich taste). The 'tai' or snapper (fish) ramen is wonderful also.”
