Zoo
“The Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Gardens is regularly listed in the top 10 zoo's of America. It houses many species of animals but our favorites are the Gorilla exhibit and the sea lions! The tram will take you to the botanical gardens in a different area of the zoo, but don't miss Zip the Zoo, the kiddie water park and the carousel! If you frequent Columbia frequently, it's cheaper to get an annual pass!”

“We love Cafe Strudel for all meals of the day! Try their hangover hash browns for breakfast or the salmon salad at lunch. Every day they have rotating specials and are equally excellent for a deliciously casual dinner as well. ”

Parc
“We love heading over to the Riverfront Park after work and taking a stroll with our baby on the paved 5 mile round trip pathway along the canal and three rivers: Saluda, Congaree and Broad. There is something for everyone, runners, walkers, bikers, roller bladers, skateboarders, readers, relaxers.”

“Fine dining at its best in West Columbia within walking distance of our Historic Mill House property and a short drive or Uber ride for everyone else. This restaurant is amazing and they also have a pizza and glass of wine special on Wednesday evenings. We recommend any of their seafood options, the lamb mac and cheese and their homemade ice creams are delicious!”
