“Wonderful food. This restaurant is in West Tisbury ...so a little harder to get to unless you have a car. Consistent quality of food. Island sourced beef for burgers. Thursdays are burger night. They have a bit of everything and it's always delicious. reservations recommended.”

Boulangerie
“Not really Scottish anymore, just a wonderful take-out eatery and bakery on State Road in Vineyard Haven. Not really walkable from the cottage (4 miles away), but is on the bus route. Gluten free and veggie options abound. Meals are made to order. Use the app on their website (scottishbakehousemv.com) to order ahead. They'll give you a pick-up time so you won't have to stand around and wait. They have picnic tables on the lawn if you only want to take out so far.”
