“Bourne End is a quiet for popular village mostly in the parish of Wooburn, Buckinghamshire on the north side of the River Thames. Enjoying a riverside location it falls within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bourne End is only 3 miles from the lovely vibrant town of Marlow.(Michelin starred restaurants boasting amongst others, a selection of Tom Kerridge's eateries Bourne End has its own marina and one of the oldest sailing clubs on the Thames. There are a range of shops and restaurants that ably service visitors and the whole community, making the village very popular to all. Ideally situated on the M4 M40 corridor, Bourne End has railway links to London Paddington. Beaconsfield (5miles away) has train links to Marylebone. Only 18miles from Heathrow and 57 miles from Gatwick it is ideally positioned for all enthusiastic travellers and visitors alike. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walks and extensive views of the valley to the rivers edge. Definitely worth a visit.”
