Great hikes, decent park, shorter drive than to Banff.
You can do a day trip. Its definitely a drive, but if its a clear and warm enough day you might think its worth it.

You can do a day trip. Its definitely a drive, but if its a clear and warm enough day you might think its worth it.
This park is HUGE. You can access it from a zillion directions. I drive in a straight line towards it and figure out how to get in from there. I go walking from the closer side of the river, across from Sikome Lake, right by the Golf Course and its my hidden gem. I walk for hours there.
