Directed by Frédéric Baron and Claire Kito, it occupies a wall of the square Jehan-Rictus located place des Abbesses in Montmartre (Paris).

Here is a neighborhood bistro in the true sense of the word. Nestled at the foot of the Butte, Le Colibri can do simple but effective. Traditional French cuisine, not sophisticated but so pleasant.
