Upscale restaurant with fresh, inventive dishes, including fresh seafood. It is pricier than most, but the food is tasty. It’s a great spot for a date night or celebration and it’s less than 5 minutes from our house!

New taco place with delicious homemade tortillas and a variety of tacos to choose from. Go for lunch or early dinner, as they close at 7 PM and usually run out of tortillas before then.

The restaurant at Mafolie hotel is not cheap, but the view and atmosphere are some of the best on island. They serve authentic Caribbean cuisine with plenty of seafood dishes. If you don't want to splurge on dinner, go for happy hour at sunset! I don't think they actually offer any happy hour specials, but just grab a drink at the bar and enjoy the view.

This place is a bit pricier, but the setting and view make up for it. It's located on the beach at Secret Harbour and offers outstanding sunset views!

Small grocery store in town with a good selection of produce. It is only about 10-15 minutes from our house. Go here for produce, cheese, and specialty products. Do not go here for packaged goods, such as snacks, or alcohol, as those items are more expensive than in other stores.

Right down the street from the Fruitbowl in town. It is a lower quality grocery store, but it has more variety than Fruitbowl and it has cheaper packaged goods. It also has a large selection of wine and liquor. If you don’t feel like venturing east, you can find everything you need at Fruitbowl and Pueblo. There is also a small Kmart between the two for other essentials.

Locations in Redhook and in town. Moe’s is the most expensive grocery store on island, but it does boast organic and specialty products. It also has a wonderful wine selection and a nice deli with to-go sandwiches and a hot/cold bar with nice lunch options.
